It seems this location has a lot of negative reviews in correspondence to a woman who works mid-day and her condescending attitude. Visited this location on 04/09/2024 around 1:30pm and left completely baffled at how she spoke to me. I simply can not believe she still has a job here with as many negative reviews as there are, that are very obviously catered to her. Not out of spite, but because of how uncomfortable I felt, I am personally okay with driving further to a different location to avoid talking to this woman.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!! Zipit has been my go to for package drop off for years! HOWEVER recently I had a phone device return I dropped off safely here, 2 weeks after the insurance company advised they could not locate the package and was going to charge me 1k for the missing device!!! I emailed and went to the Zipit and with MICKIs help we were able to track down the package and correct mailing number for my package because the insurance company had the incorrect information! Micki researched this issue for me over the span of days and saved me funds I didnt have at my disposal! Thank you again for going above and beyond!

Rude customer service. The woman behind the counter got upset because I wanted to get a physical receipt of drop off for my package. She asked me for my email address, which I didnt understand at the moment, why she needed it. If she wouldve told me ahead of time that it was to send me an electronic receipt, I would have said NO. Why else was I standing in line to get a physical receipt?? Not only that, I got that receipt 2 days later!! At the end end, she rudely told me that next time I brought a package, I can leave it in the DROP Off section and that theyd take care of it.... Really?? Thats not the kind of service I want. Obviously, I just want a physical receipt right away, no email with strings attached...

Very very unhappy with the customer service this morning. I have gone there frequently for the 9 years I have lived here, but never again. I realize I signed my form at home, but I am a known customer. It wasnt so much that my need for a notary was declined, but the CSR seemed almost delighted to turn me away. She even chuckled. Perhaps she could have recommended using their copier to make a fresh blank one to sign, but no .... she just chuckled. Never going back .... never.

My first time was great here I was amazed at how easy it was, doesn t matter what kind of package you have you can just scan and go. But my last visit the guy helping me said that he can t take my package cause they don t take the kind of package it was (ups) I asked if he could just try to scan my QR code. He looked at it with his eyes and said he doesn t recognize it. Just go the extra mile to whatever carrier your package is for so you don t have to deal with lazy employees like this ! Edit: I came back to the store with proof that it s a ups package and he s still sayin that they don t accept ups even though I ve done it before and it says on there window that they accept ups packages!!!! EDIT2: The employee could have explained to me that the QR code was the problem instead of saying that you dont accept ups and asking why Im arguing when all I wanted was an explanation. Im Sorry that your employee ruined it for everyone but Neither I nor my family will ever be returning.

Zip It Postal Center in Little Elm is hands down my place to fo for postal and printing needs. They also have great gifts for the family. The staff is knowledgeable, fast and super friendly!! As a business owner it pains me when other businesses make it hard to give them money. They only take CC for $3 or more. The difference between 1 and 3 is minuscule. Businesses needed to accept that CC fees, processing fees are the cost of running a business and factor that in when setting prices and not create rules that creat pain points for customers.

One of the workers was cartoonishly rude. 10/15/22 around 11am. She snapped at simple questions like the price of merchandise, she interrupted us asking questions, cut us off mid-sentence. My wife became so angry at this horrible treatment, she had to walk out of the store before we had finished our business. Two other employees who looked like subordinates appeared to be traumatized to be there. Ive been there before and it was fine previously. Not sure whats up with this employee who clearly doesnt want to be in a customer-facing service job.

If I could give negative stars I would. The lady that was supposed to be helping was completely disrespectful and degrading. The other lady who was there was extremely nice however the white lady working the front was completely disrespectful, rude and condescending. After I complained to the owner about her she laughed as I was walking out and again I addressed her and the owner. She wasn t rude to any of the other patrons who happened to be white. The only difference between me and them was I a woman of color. Her attitude was completely off putting and racist. They will never get a dime of my money.

Aug. 20, 2022 - Called in to check on a FedEx package showing on their website that itll be delivered to my ZipIt PMB today. A rep who had to keep putting me on hold to answer my questions said Itll get here when it gets here. Ive mentioned the rude interactions-lacking kind, patient-customer service to the African American female manager of this establishment. March to August, not much has changed. The IPostal software used is a great software setup. The human aspect of great-customer-service-business interactions is spotty. March 2022 - Definitely felt rushed this 21st morning as 1 of only 2 people to be serviced. #NotABusy 9am morning. Im new to this place, and hope my experience is FAR better than the W. Eldorado USPS post office. So far, I dont have much greatness to report between Sat. & today. Time will tell.

I Highly Recommend Zip It Postal! The people working there are very nice and helpful! I have done business with UPS and Goin Postal stores at several different locations and Zip It Has Them All Beat! 1. No other place ever notified me when there was mail in my box! I find it very convenient that they do this! 2. When a package comes they wrap their own label on the package with your info. No Other Place Ever Did This and I Think Every Package Receiving Business Should Adopt This Practice! I am so very happy I found Zip It Postal! Zip it has made my life so much easier. I dont have to run to 3 different places to ship something I can bring all my packages here. I once had to ship a spin bike and they did a great job packaging it and helping me through the whole process. Ive always had a good experience here! Every time Ive been Ive seen them friendly with other customers as well!

Lady working at 1:45 (06/14/22) needs a hug or an attitude adjustment. I have never been barked at like I was today. If you want me to next time, leave it over there...then first off, you can ask me politely and maybe point to the specific location youre talking about. As I was walking out I saw a shelf...not a spot to drop packages off. I have been in here plenty of times and have always done the same thing and not one person has ever said anything. I stand in line and hand my package to a employee. Is it really that big of a deal you had to look up from what youre doing and help me? There was one other person in there being helped. Its not like I was holding anyone up! I have enjoyed coming here instead of the local post office, but after today, not sure if Ill be back.

Eric charged 3 dollars to print 1 piece of paper, stated it is a 3 dollar minimum and this is not printed in the store. I think this is definitely an overcharge and not customer friendly to tell customers ahead of time will no longer go here.

Went in to have some documents notarized. Without even caring enough to understand what we needed the girl working there said she couldn t do it. She absolutely could have done it, and we had to find a notary elsewhere. I m not impressed with the lack of customer service

I took a package there to get sent back as a return and the package showed up on my door step the next day. So instead of sending it back to the company as a return, they sent it to me. 5 minutes up the road. And now I cant return it because the date to return has passed. Cool.

I usually go to the UPS store for printing but it was super busy today. So I decided to go here for the first time. This was a big mistake. I wanted to print off copies from my usb drive and was treated very rudely when I ask if I could print the copies myself like I normally do at other places. I was told NO! You can come around the desk and show me what you want. I couldn t get out of there fast enough..

This was my first time trying to ship with Zip It Postal Center. My girlfriend asked me to ship some packages for her, so I went to the Zip It Postal Center in Little Elm, TX. I asked the lady working the counter if they charged the same amount as the USPS and she stated that they did. She processed my five packages and affixed the shipping labels to each. As I was paying the $89.26 for postage on my five packages, I asked the attendant how the company made money if they charge the same amount as the various carrier services. She stated they made their money by selling other items and providing other services. There was a variety of merchandise for sale, as well as some printing services that she gestured to on the wall. I didnt really think much of it and assumed she had told me the truth. I finished my transaction and on the way to my car, I texted my girlfriend the amount of the shipping. She texted back stating that the amount of the shipping seemed exorbitant and she wanted to take the packages to USPS to verify that the postage was correct. Uh-oh! I thought. I quickly went in and approached the lady that had helped me a few minutes before. I asked her if I could get a refund and have my girlfriends packages back. I am sure the frantic look on my face said it all. I asked her once again if Zip It Postal Center charged the same as the USPS would charge? She sheepishly confessed, We charge a little bit more. I asked her how much a little bit was. She never responded, but quickly started processing my refund and disappeared behind the closed door to retrieve my packages. The company did provide a full refund and were kind and courteous, but with that said, I was lied to. I made a mad-dash to the USPS across town and ended up paying $58.02 to send the same five packages. I would say by most peoples standards, that is more that a little bit higher.

I can say I have never been to a store that every worker in the store knows you by heart. This store Zip It Postal Center in Little Elm has by far out did themselves. Yes of course I can print, copy, scan and fax all by myself but I dont always because I really do love stopping in saying hi and listening to their lovely music. They know what they are doing, they offer up their advice and for sure are willing to help and lend a hand. I am by far very blessed to live in this wonderful community of people.

No one should have to wait weeks to get business cards. My business partner went in to this place with a pre made design, in the file type they required and it still took 4 weeks to get our business cards. Their service is crap. I could have spent the same amount of money and used Vistaprint and gotten better quality cards, faster. The people who work there seem consistently lost, always looking to someone else for answers. Just sad. Wont be returning or recommending.
