Attorney Pratt and her team are AMAZING!!! We went through an adoption termination/adoption with her and her team and are completely over the moon Ruth their professionalism, compassion, and timely manor. Due to our circumstances and the hard work of their team, we were able to have our baby girl adopted in just 6 months! Clarissa Fernandez Pratt is a phenomenal lawyer. After being stuck with a court appointed attorney who did nothing for my case, finding a lawyer who cared about my well being was a breath of fresh air. CASE DISMISSED!!! Being an already convicted felon, I thought I was surely doomed. Even though for this incident I was not guilty the state would have given me at least 8 years if I hadnt had the proper legal representation to fully go through my case and prove my innocence to the prosecutor. My experience with Clarissa Fernandez, wasn t so great. At the beginning she seemed like she was a good lawyer said she was going to help me out with and handle my case but Towards the End of my case she was clearly bought and changed everything up and never help me proof my innocence she made me pay fees for subpoenas that never took place for also for a technical investigation and cps record fees that was never demonstrated we never went to trial like she had told me we where supposed to all she was able to do is dismiss my case without resolving any matter make things worse she promised me to help me see my daughter and resolve the issue for my visitation rights as a parent she never did anything. And now I m in a 3 yr probation have to pay fees and do community service hours and that psycho person she was supposed to remove with my other case that got dismissed is listed on my probation no contact so basically I m in the same situation since the beginning starting all over again I am so disappointed I thought she was going to help me but it turns out I was wrong. I thought she d care but she never really did it was all false hope I expected for her to do much better and have better results then what she did for me.

For almost 2 years, after the death of our daughter, Mrs. Pratt and Mrs. Garza have diligently worked on our custody case involving our grandchildren. Had a personal family issue that needed someone with knowledge of family law and what was going to be excepted from this crazy situation. Long story short, we were given Clarissa Pratts information in the middle of the night. We called her, thinking we were going to get an office line, nope, we were wrong, it was her cell number. We spoke to her, right then and there, she took the time to calm us down, gave us information regarding what was going to happen, and she even called us in the morning to check on us.
