Delicious food and a fun atmosphere. I tried 2 sliders and was stuffed after eating 1. I also tried the fritters. Im not from the area but would absolutely return if I ever come back for a visit. I ate my fry sauce on the side, and my sister had hers on them. I think we were both happy with how they came out. This really goes without saying based on my photos, but the vibe of the entire restaurant was also pretty cool. I loved the art everywhere and the hanging flowers from the ceiling.

The most unique menu I have seen in years. I was a fine dining waiter for 15 years, Ive been in hundreds of restaurants. This was the cleanest, most professional kitchen I have ever seen, ( off tv.) Very impressive portions and prices. Absolutely 5 STAR. ILOVED ALL OF IT. IAN AT THE DOOR SAY HELLO.

It was such a great experience here. Menu was inspired, food served quickly and tasted great. The staff were very pleasant, the owner even took time to assist us with a bag for the excess food trays and to chat for a minute. Highly recommended!

Being a fan of the Odessa Curb Side I stopped by for lunch. Walking in the Music and aesthetics were spot on and brightened up the mood. I ordered the Homer Simpson/ Bacon bomb/ Swine Divine Fries. Tastes just as good as it looked with Plenty to take home. This will be a regular for me.

Went in and got the home Simpson and asked to remove the bacon because I have allergies. When they got the food, it had bacon. Matt the manager walked up to me and asked what the issue was and I told him that I have allergies and asked for it to be removed. He take the food to the back and comes out with the same sandwich, and plate but the kitchen removed the bacon Freon inside the sandwich but you can see the small parts on the side. If I did not pay attention, and ate it, you would ve had a lawsuit coming your way so I would highly suggest changing the your staff for such irresponsibility.

Curb side bistro is a hidden gem! The inside is spacious and has unique artwork and murals inside. The inside reminds you of those old diners from the past, although everything inside is brand new. We told the cashier it was our first time dining there and she was very courteous and explained the menu patiently. Their main items are a variety of different type of sliders (small sized burgers). They also have other entrees like salads and french fries etc... My wife ordered a salad which was very well portioned and worth the price. I tried two different sliders and they were excellent! We will be back to try the others! Parking: Parking is located in front and to the side of the building.

Great restaurant! I had their bad momma jamma and the Simpson sliders. I bought an extra slider but I shouldnt have since thier sliders were almost full burger size lol. I like this restaurant a little better than the original in Odessa but both restaurants are top notch.

Usually eat at the Odessa location & even family members from out of state LOVE Curb Side. We are traveling east today & stopped by Midland Curb Side. The sliders had great taste, well made and awesome. The outside of the restaurant and inside are so cute! 4 stars - the staff lacked knowledge & again being use to Odessa they didn t bring the same vibe and service. Second is the fries! SO disappointing! They are not the same at this location, not sure why, but if anything - have the same fries these here in Midland taste like old freezer burned soggy oil fries. I will continue to support Curb Side because their owners are amazing, really believe in what they are doing, giving to the community but I hope they mirror the Odessa location.

When to the midland location and expected the fries at the Odessa location... They were not the same mouth watering ones. Thought maybe it was a supply issue. Ask someone working there... He said those have always been the ones... Dont understand. .. Love the feel of the place. But the fries left a bad taste. Please say it was a really a supply issue. Wow! My husband loves sliders, and I brought him here for date night. I had the Homer Simpson and Mamma Jamma. He had the Jefe and Borracho. Each came with a huge side of fries covered in spicy ketchup and cilantro ranch. We loved each bite, and agreed the prices were perfect.

CurbsideBistro 8/10 BadMJ(A sweet & savory beef slider, topped with a fried egg, bacon jam, cheese and caramelized onions) - El Jefe(Beef slider topped off with cream cheese, roasted jalapenos, bacon, spring mix, cilantro ranch and pickles) cilantro ranch spicy ketchup fries Sliders with classic ingredients but push the boundaries just enough mostly southern comfort food piled into and on top for the more adventurous. The buns are definitely worth mentioning. Perfectly toasted all the way around with a very satisfying crunchiness that compliments each bite. The slider is cooked medium well, caramelized and draped with cheese. The meat did not have a lot of flavor but the quality of the beef was definitely there. Fresh ingredients were just that, fresh! Adding even more texture and crunch all the way to the last bite. The fries were a stand out, coming pre-smothered in cilantro ranch and spicy ketchup. paired with the over medium egg from the badMJ, I popped the yolk and drizzled over fries as well chefs kiss. Not the best slider combo I ve ever had but this place is a solid staple that would satisfy anytime.

If you have never backed down from a Mayonnaise based food challenge in your life, then this place will present your toughest opponent yet! Tried to like it, but there is a reason everything is hidden under an egregious amount of sauce. Expected better from a limited menu. The building has been a revolving door of eateries, maybe this owners reputation will keep them around long enough to dial in the menu & better use of the space.

If I could give zero stars I would. First off the lady that takes orders speaks so fast I couldnt understand her. My two burgers were to have NO cilantro sauce and they didnt have any when they were brought out. I ate the first burger and it was okay. The second was very raw. The patties are so thin it shouldnt take long to cook. I asked the wait staff if I could get another one and again asked for NO cilantro sauce. After I had eaten all of my fries and my wife had completed her entire meal my burger was brought out with cilantro sauce on it. I paid for two burgers but only got to eat one. I will recommend NOT coming here. I vomited when I got home and didnt feel well after leaving. Probably from the one bite of the raw burger. Also another staff member was mopping the floor and the smell was very powerful over the food. It didnt stink it was just too much smell.

The sliders were absolutely fantastic. The fries were a travesty however. I asked for just plain fries. They served them to me with Ranch and Ketchup drizzled all over them like a toddler had been left unsupervised. The few fries I dug out that were unsauced were actually quite tasty I would have loved more of them.

Ok I have to edit. Every time I have gone back it gets worse and worse. Overcooked fries. The pics of the food look nothing like they do online. You may have enough dressing on your fries for a third of them. The chicken strips have this really weird taste to them that wasn t there the first time I had them. I don t think our family will be going back again. Most of the food is really great. The only complaint was that the pork sandwich was way too soggy from grease. Be prepared to pay for condiments (which is really uncool) including ketchup. The music is a bit too loud to hold a conversation.

Ive watched Chef alejandro on chopped, such a great person! Ive been to curbside bistro, once in odessa and the 2nd time in midland. I am disappointed both times my food wasnt hot, it just seems not like its freshly cooked. Fries, i expect them to be piping hot, freshly out of the fryer fresh. I will give curbside another try.
