Stayed here because it was a Hilton property close to NASA for two nights. The area around the hotel and common areas seemed very clean and safe. The room was perfect and we had no issues. We were very satisfied until the breakfast the next morning. A gal who was working the breakfast area was very rude. The hours are early AM-10am I rushed down and made it at literally 10:02am.. the door/sliding was open, food was still out, 5 feet away, and the lady says sorry it s closed and literally started close it the door in my face I said I know it s past 10 but the food is right there, I just want to grab a plate for my kid and I ll be quick and she said no and literally closed the door in my face. I didn t get her name, but she was a Hispanic gal. Of course I told the front desk who was very nice, but still terrible experience. The next morning I was sure to be down there before 9:59am. There were two different ladies who were very pleasant, funny, kind, and personable. Rhonda and Loretta they are the only reason I didn t give 1 star.

We had a lovely night s stay extremely quiet and exceptionally clean we had the view of the dock which was a great touch The staff were very helpful and even provided two complimentary bottles of water for each room, which was a thoughtful touch. The complimentary breakfast was quite good, offering a variety of options typical for hotels of this type. Overall, with its perfect location near the Space Center, I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and restful night s sleep the hotel looked and felt brand new

Nice hotel even for long-term stays. Acceptable breakfast included. The only flaw is the internal gym: a threadmill that doesnt work, 2 that do so in fits and starts (they turn off after 3/4 minutes) and a bicycle that is out of order and this resulted in one star less...

Management is only here from 9am to 1pm so we probably won t even get to complain to any that can do anything about it. There are other hotels, won t be staying here again, pretty disappointed Hampton.

I booked this room for a mini vacation for my kids. The pool was out of order, so was the gym. They checked me out on the app and locked me out of the room 2 hours before check out. None of the out of order information was on the website or app. Would not stay again. The room was fine and the breakfast.

Abysmal customer service - really by Hilton as a whole. The Hilton website allowed me to book a room here, after scrambling to find an accommodation with AC during the power outage of Jul 2024. We rented a car specifically to get to this hotel (otherwise would have been picked up by family) and drove out of the way after landing at Hobby. Got to the hotel at 11 pm to find out they oversold by 15+ rooms. We were in town only for a funeral- so this was all around a horrible experience. I contacted Hilton corporate and they didn t do a thing. This is why I ll stick to Marriotts moving forward. SHAME ON HILTON.

My father called someone to help us out to find a hotel. In which they told us that this hotel has ONE room left. Taking his money while he gave us a reservation. Once we got there, theres no room AVAILABLE.. Unbelievable, and how the manager isnt on top on this... Which is more sadder that a couple came in in the same situation.

They don t answer the phone, bed was so uncomfortable. The room looked clean but small so horrible. Water pressure on the shower was very low. The GM of hotel is not capable of doing his job. He keeps telling us to talk to the front desk like he is too good to solve any problems. The kitchen employee needs to be fired. She has the worst customer service. She keeps telling us she was out of items until I spoke to the front desk and she went in the kitchen and got it got us and apologized on behalf of the kitchen worker. Hilton should not claim this please at all. Please save your sanity and book different hotel. This is The worst hotel I ve ever been. Rooms: Room looked clean but it has very bad smell and the water pressure was so low. It took us so long to take a shower Food and drinks: Food was terrible. The lady that served the food treated us like we didn t belong there. We asked for butter and she told us she didn t have any. I talked to the front desk and she went in the kitchen and got it for us and apologized on behalf of the kitchen worker that refused to tell us her name

Great location I stayed in room 322. The view over looked the lake that was across the street. The room was super spacious. Everything looked brand new. The room was extremely clean. The hotel parking lot was well maintained and felt safe at night. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. I wasn t a fan of the breakfast, but they had some okay options. The other thing no microwave was available inside the room, they did provide a mini fridge. I definitely would recommend this hotel and stay here again. Our first night there I heard a woman screaming and crying saying she was being threatened with a gun in her room. I went to tell the (rude) lady at the front desk and she said I ll have to wait because she was checking someone in. The person checking in ended up going to the room to make sure the woman was okay because the receptionist said she had to call her manager she couldn t call the police. Then she said she knew the couple in the room and it was complicated and they had been there for 10 days. Then she and her manager decided not to call the police. I felt extremely unsafe and the room smelled like mildew Safety: Extremely unsafe. No regard for customer safety

Ok so to start out we had no hot water the first night. We let that slide. Then on the way back to the hotel the second day I contacted the front desk to see if they were having water issues and I was informed quickly that they were aware of water issues, BUT failed to inform me. They then asked if we could move to another room. I said no we are not moving and I want to speak to the GM or owner. Luck had it that the owner and his son , Amir and Allie, we both on-site. Together and in person we agreed that we could stay in our room and have access to another room across the hall because that shower worked. Both Amir and Allie even got in the shower to make sure the water pressure and temperature was working correctly. Because I am a Hilton Diamond Member I requested a 1pm check out the next day for my inconveniences. They both agreed and stated they entered the late check out into the system. Great. All good right? Wrong. While fishing this morning, my wife contacts me and says the GM , Allie s other son is not aware of the arrangement and will not grant my wife access to the room that has the working shower. On top of that, the GM has basically placed this women at the front desk to be the one who would bear my wrath upon arrival because he s too important or doesn t have the business skills to deal with such issues. The woman at the front desk should have the GM s job since he s too afraid to engage with customers ..You know the people who pay his salary. Anyway , I really enjoyed meeting the owners last night, BUT I am very disappointed that they did not communicate to the business lacking GM son/ brother. This should have NEVER HAPPENED. Unfortunately, in addition to this poor review, I will also be submitting a complaint with the Hilton Diamond Desk. Guys, this is not rocket science. Take care of your customer.

Many issues with this hotel. From TV not working in first room. Was relocated to a 2nd room where the AC/HEAT did not work but the TV did. Went to take a shower in the morning before work and no hot water. Tried to call the front desk, phone did not work either so called from personal cell phone. Apparently hot water had been out all weekend. I was NOT advised about this upon arrival, or I would have gone to a different Hilton brand. The staff is not helpful or transparent. I asked immediately for a refund upon checkout and called many times afterwards to speak to a manager, who is never around or the owner. Very disappointed in this hotel and complete lack of response. For the price we paid we were happy with the hotel. The rooms are quite large and clean and equipped with a refrigerator. A microwave is only available in the lobby. Unfortunately our window was blocked by a concrete wall. In this case, the view wasnt that important to us, otherwise we would have complained about the room. Its actually incomprehensible that were being offered a room like this when were spending nine nights here. We had already paid for the room through Expedia, but our credit card was accidentally charged again. We are currently checking to see if we can get a refund here. Breakfast, gym and location of the hotel were good. Overall, four out of five stars for the price, although the one with the concrete wall in front of the window would actually have deserved one star less. My family and I were in town for a family gathering and we stayed one night. I called the morning we were arriving to ask if we can check in earlier if possible. The front desk lady said the earliest they can get me in is at 2pm. Which was fine. We ended up arriving shortly after 2pm. Upon arrival, the parking lot was small but walking in it was very pretty and clean. However, there was no one at the front desk. A few moments later, a lady walked up from the sitting area where breakfast is held. She wasn t very warm and friendly as I would expect being the face of Hampton In, but she did have the room ready and we were able to check in with no issues at all. Walking into our room it smelled cleaned and was very tidy. Honestly, one of the best Hampton inns I have stayed at. It was more modern and had very high ceilings. The AC worked very well, we had no issues. We were on the first floor near the side exit door and when we tried entering in through there with our room key it was not working which was not convenient as we were unloading our things. We had breakfast and it was very good! My son loved the cookies that were put out on the reception desk. Overall, I would recommend The Hampton inn in Seabrook and would come back if we are ever in town again. The hotel is located near many restaurants and grocery stores.

We arrived at the hotel at 7:40pm after a 7 hour drive. The room had a horrible, very strong chemical smell. It was unbearable and certainly not fit for a guest stay (at least not to Hilton standards). I requested another room but the receptionist didnt appear very interested in our problem. She said that there were no other rooms available and left it at that. There was absolutely no effort on her part to solve the problem, and continually mentioned that it was not her fault but that of housekeeping. She promptly checked us out and left it to me to find us other accommodation. As mentioned, this happened late in the evening after we spent 7 hours on the road and were very tired. This was the worst experience I ever had at any hotel, yet alone from all my stays at any Hilton.

We are Hilton Honors members and are incredibly disappointed with this location. The entire hotel smells like it has flooded and not been properly remediated. That smell is unmistakable. The pool was cloudy with trash in it - I used the skimmer to clean but just could not overlook the stuff that was scooped out. The air conditioning did not work in the lobby or our room. The deadbolt was stripped and would not lock. We stayed on the phone with Hilton for a total of three hours trying to transfer to a different location or receive a credit, which of course has not happened as of late. We are on the cameras leaving after one hour there, but could not check out until our expected departure date. Two hours on the phone with Hilton said we must check out at the hotel, the hotel said we must call Hilton. So, that is essentially $250 I should have lit on fire. We pre-booked the rooms, so this is of course going to be a fight to get any sort of resolution. This location just has the by Hilton stamp on it. There should be better recourse for guests who pre-book but end up not being able to stay because of the state of the hotel. Yall need to get a restoration crew in there and get rid of that mildew smell. Gross.

Left here pretty upset, I called ahead to make sure this hotel could accommodate a late check out at 2:30 pm as we had a wedding we needed to get ready for. At 12:30 we received a call stating we needed to get out unless we wanted to be charged for another night. I tried explaining to her we got permission from the front desk the night prior and she was not having it. I told her we had a wedding to get ready for and no where to do that, and she again stated if we stayed in the room we would be charged another entire night. I told her we would leave. Not five minutes later she came knocking on our door telling us we needed to leave. I told her we needed two more minutes to do a final walk through of the room as we had just finished packing. Not happy that there were no notes stating we had late checkout. It really put a damper on our trip. AC was not working right either.

Upon arrival to the hotel, the two people at the front desk were so involved in a conversation, that we just walked by and were headed to the elevators. Finally one of the front desk people acknowledged that we had a dog and said that we had to sign an agreement, which we did. I had downloaded your app and was able to choose my floor and room (Rm. 306). When we arrived at the room, my remote key unlocked the room and we entered. Everything appeared clean and orderly. The next morning after having breakfast, we tried to enter the room but my key now showed Rm. 206 instead of 306. So I went to the front desk and the girl said she had to call her Manager. So I sat and waited probably 15 minutes or so. During that time, she kept asking me questions. She and her Mgr. thought that we changed rooms overnight or something. To which I explained to her that we did not change rooms, but there was obviously something wrong with their system. This went on and on, back and forth until she finally got off the phone, said it was probably a system glitch and she could re-assign my original room (Rm. 306) to me but with a physical room key. At that point, I didnt really care and just wanted to get into my room. This whole scenario was a disaster waiting to happen. What if someone else also chose Rm. 306 and entered in the middle of the night. Wow! Yall really need to update your system or get a new IT person. Potentially a very dangerous situation for sure. This NEVER should have happened

This was a weekend getaway for our 1st anniversary. The third floor smelled like paint and sewer water. Paint chips on the floor. The shower didn t really get hot. At 8 am the fire alarms kept going off. Eventually everyone one was asked to leave the hotel. We were allowed to go back in 30 minutes later. The best thing about our stay was the breakfast.

Upon arriving the smell of mildew/rancid was overwhelming. There wasnt anyone at the check in counter. She finally got up from her seat in the lounge area. I kindly asked about the smell & she had a blank look on her face & bacame a bit stand offish. Its not her fault. However, after returning from a night out we wanted to wind down & watch some TV as we never do. Well, the remote only worked on volume. My husband called the front desk to troubleshoot & was told that maintenance wasnt available. So disappointing especially after my husband went down to check in to ask for batteries & still didnt work! We were looking forward to this mini vacation with no hiccups! This is a bad start...for sure!

This was the first place we decided to stay while visiting Houston. The deco was recently updated to a more modern look. Some of the rooms were also being updated, but we couldnt hear any work being done. The front desk was really nice and we were put into our room at the time expected. The room was spacious. We absolutely loved the bed, which is hard to say when traveling but the bed was so comfortable and so were the pillows that it makes me want to update my mattress when I get home and I just bought it. The bathroom was spacious and the stand up shower was nice. I wish the shower head was a little taller and was a better quality. It was the only thing in the bathroom that looked outdated. There was also a gym and a pool on property as well. The next morning, breakfast was complimentary and let me say Ive never seen a setup for breakfast like this before unless youre at a restaurant. They had a lot, too much to name all, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, make your own waffles, fruits, juices, coffee, bagels, muffins, granola, pancakes, eggs, etc... it was impressive!!! Hands down best breakfast setup Ive seen at any hotel Ive stayed at. This is a place I would definitely return to and its located close to everything we wanted to visit. If your visiting NASA and looking for a hotel to stay, I highly recommend staying here.

Alot better than the Hilton down the street, there the hallway and rooms look older-not worth the price. Here at the Hampton, everything looks more new or modern, the beds are firm, quiet hallways, See if my pic shows up. Good breakfast 6 to 10am. Everyone on staff is nice and helpful. If i had to be picky about any negative things, it would be the pool (3ft- 5ft deep) is open until 10pm but no lights underwater like at other hotel pools, they Only have lights by the outdoor tables. Theres Seafood restaurant across the street from hotel but try to go in a vehicle, the street has 6 lanes...

Of all the Hampton Inns I ve stayed at in various states. This one is by far the worst. The room smells like it has a mold issue as does the hotel when you enter the premises. It s supposed to be a dog friendly hotel, but clearly is not as I was grilled upon checking in by a very rude young girl. Management needs to train their staff to have manners and also what the ADA laws are for service animals.

This was a really great location. Close to Nasa and Kemah. There was also plenty of food options nearby. The staff were really helpful and kind. This place was also really clean. Disinfecting wipes were provided in the dining area and sanitizer by the elevator. Breakfast is a real breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, breads, juice, coffee and milk. The rooms are small but there is a mini fridge. The bedding was not very comfortable even my kids complained. They end up using blankets from the car. The kids swam in the pool every evening and they provided towels which was a plus. We would stay here again because of the location, staff and breakfast. We would just bring our own blankets.

I arrived to have a relaxing weekend before I am admitted for another procedure. The service representative (Emily) decided to question my health condition as to confirm my ADA status for my service dog. Understandably inquiring to a degree but asking what is your condition? THATS NOT Legally acceptable. Mind you, not only do I have a certified ID for the dog but its illegal for her to inquire about medical conditions. I did disclose and even was willing to call my doctor to speak with her. I informed her that she cannot legally inquire about my status and she said she could. Im offended and annoyed. I will never visit this location again. They have no respect for anyone with a disability so I hope they have respect for my veteran husband because hes calling the manager to get this addressed. I only told the representative about one of my conditions. Just an update: I decided to go and inquire about the questions they generally ask. This morning representative asked THE APPROPRIATE questions but she had to step about 2 to 3 feet away to find them. This leads me to believe that the team here is trained appropriately but Emily may have made just a common mistake that many do when trying to recall questions. Im not done with ordeal but Im more empathetic that she may have made a mistake. Regardless, mistakes or not, I did tell her that is illegal to ask me and I will be moving forward with ensuring corporate steps in and the local ADA is advised of this matter. When traveling with a service animal, according to the ADA, the hotel staff only has the right to ask you two questions; Is your dog a service dog? What task(s) does your service dog provide? Please note that the facility was lovely and all staff, even imposing and disrespectful Emily, appeared to be helpful. I would not recommend anyone coming here due to my experience but if that never occurred then this truly would have been lovely.

This is one of our favorite places to stay. The reason I am giving it 4 stars is because on one of our stays the shower didnt work, which we did not realize until the morning of checkout and nothing could be done. The second reason is I really dont care for the egg omelets. There are plenty of secondary options, fruit, waffles, cereal and oatmeal along with pastries sometimes. I prefer a hot breakfast and the scrambled eggs were better than the omelets. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. I stay here probably 4-5 nights a month.

Hotel room reeked of mildew, bathroom smelled strongly of cat urine and the bedding was not soft, felt starched and pressed. They cleaned my room, but never replenished things like soap, shampoo, conditioner or lotion like they would at other Hampton Inns Ive stayed at. Instead I had to ask for these things at the front desk where they would apprehensively give them to me. Im also very confident that when they clean bedding and towels they do the minimum amount of work required, really not doing well to add to the cleanliness of the place. Needless to say I will not be staying here my next time in Seabrook. Id rather sleep in my truck.

The rooms were fine but the fitness center had multiple issues. There was a wet or molding smell that we reported our first day that wasnt addressed by the time we checked out 2 days later. We reported that the one fitness machine was broken but that too had not been addressed. Understandable if those items could not be resolved in short time but a notice to guest members that they are working on them and especially for the fitness machine to prevent someone from hurting themselves trying to use it would have been idea.

Upon check-in we were told there were no accessible rooms with traditional four leg bed frames. We have learned over time that most hotels do actually have a couple of traditional bed frames, they just don t know it. The night clerk, Z, went out of his way to try and help us out eventually finding a room with a traditional four leg bed frame. Another solid example of the outstanding customer service we associate with the Hilton brand.
