This is the type of service we pay for. We have always had issues each time this company comes to clean our home. We maintain a relatively clean home for how busy our schedules are and how many animals we have. Two people were sent today to clean my floors and this is what clean looks like? Interesting. I think our relationship with this cleaning company is ruined. I would advise being home to supervise or double check what quality of service you received once you have a chance. We asked for a crew to be sent back out to do the work we intend to pay for and have not heard back yet which is why I m leaving this review. We were told this job will be invoiced for anywhere between $150-$200. The integrity of this company and the quality of customer service is just flat out disappointing.

I ve used several other services and individuals to clean our home. MaidPro is heads above all of them. They have a detailed list of what they clean. They are efficient and professional. They are very responsive when I ve needed to change my service or if I have a question. They remind you they are coming. We usually have Ashley and we think she s the best! Always smiling and she takes excellent care of us.

Maid pro has been taking care of my apartment for a few years now when my health started to decline. My son and his wife do the best they can for me but with their schedule and newborn cleaning is always a hassle for them. I worked at this company since January 2022. All of the employees have been incredibly helpful, nice, very efficient, and detailed at their job. The employees in the office have always been understanding when it came to family and transportation issues that arose in my life. I was always treated with courtesy and respect. All of my clients I cleaned homes for were always amazing and very happy with our work. Their prices for cleaning are always reasonable and the communication to their customers have always been on point. We have monthly meetings where we are constantly working on improvements to streamline the team effort. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for their cleaning needs.

Natalie was an excellent house cleaner, very professional. She was very detailed in cleaning my master bathroom that looks spotles. Unlike Aubree, who cleaned my kitchen. The sink wasnt touched, the baseboards were left untouched, and Natalie had to pick up her slack by helping her mop the kitchen floor. Aubree also broke a glass. I would give Natalie 5 stars, Aubree one star. MaidPro shouldnt send house cleaners who arent ready to do a proper job to a paying customer. I was charged $286.86 for this job.

I was quoted a price over the phone of $246 and then charged $448! They showed up an hour early and said they would leave if not let in within 15 mins. Fortunately, I was home but in a meeting, so I was interrupted from work and not ready for them. There were 3 cleaning people who all showed up in 3 different vehicles. Not a big deal, but strange, as I was told there would be 2, not 3. The lady who quoted me was new, which is fine until there was an issue with the cleaning time running over. She remained nice, but defensive about how she underestimated the quote. The cleaning crew seemed unorganized and slow, thus taking more time and running up the clock. Ive always had private independent cleaning people in the past with no problems! I decided to use a corporate company due to time in vetting another private person. Big mistake! As for the actual cleaning, it was good before they were told to speed it up, and then sloppy after, leaving some things partially dirty.

I used to work here and it was amazing. All my coworkers were very kind, reliable, and extremely talented at what they do. They are the most thorough cleaning service I ever worked for, there were no cutting corners ever. Everyone checked each other s work, making sure the customers always got the best clean possible. Many of my coworkers worked for Maidpro for years or in the cleaning industry/hotels for years. They really are a very talented crew. The equipment and cleaning supplies work great. Those ghostbuster vacuums and mops could polish any floor. The cleaning chemicals didn t have really strong chemicals scents or fragrances so Maidpro is great for anyone sensitive to those types of things. A great service overall!

I was desperate to get an apartment cleaned for a friend who went into the hospital with a heart attack. Because of his weak condition, the apartment was in terrible shape. Garbage not taken out for a long time, fridge with old food, lots of dust and pet hair. It was really a challenging assignment. Cindy, the boss and owner, was kind enough to take on this job despite going there to take a look to see how really bad it was. Maid Pro is really amazing. I saw the before and after pictures. I cant believe the fridge, the sink and the stove look like NEW! The garbage gone and everything cleaned. Thank you so much for this service. I would recommend MaidPro to anyone. Horrible-I do not recommend them. They will take your money and not throughly clean your home. Apparently they consider a job that you cannot even tell that they have been there to be adequate. I ask for cabinets to be cleaned and they never touched them. Toilet and tub were not scrubbed. They only fold the toilet paper rather than cleaning.

I got a one time clean. Three people showed up on time, and got right to work. Cleaning quality was amazing. A water glass was accidentally broken, and I was immediately called (I was out of house) and offered a replacement. Would use them again!

I worked here as the top rated maid in the company. We had thorough training, and very attention to detail. But if youre hiring them, I URGE you to tip in cash, otherwise the owner Cindy will take it for herself (if its on a card, or check).
