Absolutely disgusting! Ordered the Swiss cheese and bacon chicken sandwich. First bite seemed off just thought they put too much of something because it was a very strong taste the texture was weird but thought might be the bacon. The second bite I realized the texture was from the chicken it was super rubbery I quickly checked to see if it was still raw. It looked cooked, I removed the chicken and tried to take another bite of the chicken itself just out of curiosity and I could barely get through the tough rubber texture. It was so weird and just grossed me out! Never again.

The toppings on the Whopper were clumped together. Until employees care, individual franchisees will lose profit. Im apprehensive to go back to this location (which I chose based on the best reviews nearby), but Im going to try another one soon. I went for a cold milkshake on a hot day and the machine was broke. This seems to be the case more times than not. Youd think they had a DeLorean time machine in there.

Went through the drive through and asked for extra Ketchup cause I bought an extra medium hash brown .. I didn t even get one packet of anything , so now I have to eat dry hash browns. We got three Whoppers and three burgers and the Whoppers were to be Mustard Whoppers, but one of them had no dressing. They shorted me one but wanted me to open them up to see which one was short since they didnt do their job and mark what was what. The whole experience explains why they had one customer and Whataburger across the street was packed.

I visited this restaurant on September 21st of this year. I had planned to use my coupon codes from my bk app. I always forget the paper coupons. The in-app coupons are more convenient. I walked in side the store to place my order. When I made it to the counter, no one was in line. No one acknowledged my presence. The store manager was sacking orders, yet, she never took the time to acknowledge me. She continued to sack approximately 5 orders before rudely stating that she would assist me soon. After she dragged herself to the counter, i immediately showed her the coupon code in my app. The lady immediately stated in a rude tone I can t accept that ! I looked at her with disgust, and before I could say anything, she stated the computer is not going to accept it. Rather than argue with that woman, I snatched my phone than left. I made a complaint to the corporate office and I have not received a response from them yet. These Burger Kings are franchised in Midland are a disgrace to the restaurant industry. I guess they don t care about their customers. I will not frequent this restaurant again.

Honestly, I had never had a problem in this place, since I go very often because I live almost in front of the restaurant, but this last time that I and my wife went, my experience was a little unpleasant because the person who served me asked me if I could wait, I dont have any problem with that, when he comes back to serve me I was giving him my order and I still havent finished telling him and he told me something else and this every time I wanted to order something else, in short, when I got to the window He gives me the drinks, I ask him which Coke is regular and which is not, he ended up saying he didnt know, he turns around and leaves. Very bad service from this person..

By far the worst franchise I have ever been to. Server totally rude, argumentative and arrogant. I ordered the double croissant sandwich with bacon and sausage. I received my bag and left. Grabbed my sandwich and check it and it was not what I ordered. With in 2 minutes I was back at the store telling her she got my order wrong. She stated thats what she heard even though I gave her the menu number. I will never eat a BK again. They have totally gone downhill. I will stay with McDonalds though I despise them least.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 orders of chicken fries and asked to have them fresh along with 2 chicken sandwiches and wanted them made a certain way and told them in the drive thru and received food I m sure that had been sitting for quiet sometime, and my chicken sandwiches were made wrong. 2 stars because the fries were good but everything else just sucks. Those cheese sticks should not be fed to anyone. I dont know what was worse, the freezer burnt taste or the pale sad batter surrounding the tiny bit of cheese on the inside. Its like they split a cheese stick in fours then rolled them in kinetic sand threw it in the microwave for a few seconds. Absolutely inedible. Next the nuggets of chicken had no discernable chicken content. The cross section ratio of chicken to batter was inexcusable and again the batter tasted like freezer. I will not order anything from there besides fries and burgers because that is all they are good at.the jalapeño cheese bites were so so. I can see people enjoying them but I prefer the big sliced half pieces from sonic.

I can t rate anything lower. I went through the drive thru. Made my order, when I went to pay for it she was going to charge me for an incorrect order. After dinner rush/closing crew were uncaring and rude the night I went. My order was incorrect and had to be refunded. After a second attempt at trying to get my order correct the sandwich was missing entirely, I took everything out of the bag in front of the drive-thru girl and the expiditer insisted my sandwich was in the bag.... Overall the manager on duty was the only pleasant experience at this location. As to any other time of day I dont have experience, but tonight has left a sourness for this location.

There was no wait on line but we waited for staff to fill about 2 window orders. Mean while staff not once acknowledged they knew we were there. It took them 20 minutes before we got our order. Other people came and left finally got our burgers they were cold and the fries tasted like they were under the heat lamp for over an hour, my burger had so much mayo, ketch, sauce, that before I could take a bite, I had to scrape some of it off.
