Its an interesting hotel. Its basically like staying in hotel designed by IKEA. Trendy looking but not the most comfortable rooms. The corner bench and table look cool in a picture but are very uncomfortable unless you are 6 years old. The biggest issue is that it also smells like an IKEA. The smell of fresh particle board will be tough on your throat after a while.

I would never stay here again. The room next to us chose to throw a party all night, and we could hear loud music, shouting, laughing and the door repeatedly being open and shut almost all night long. We called down to the front desk the first instance it started to occur and the noise stopped after 30 minutes. Thought that was it and could finally sleep. The noise started back up same thing. This time I went downstairs to the front to attempt get the issue rectified. The front desk was kind, and said he would have his manager go back up to investigate. It probably took another 30-45 minutes for them to come upstairs and ask them to quiet down. I heard them knock on the door a speak with the other guests. They quieted down briefly and it started back up again. The noise did not subside until nearly 4AM. When we attempted to speak with the front desk this morning she was sympathetic, but that she believed they could not kick out paying customers and that there was a wedding last night. I cannot imagine myself and the other guests in my room were the only ones bothered by the noise as when I went downstairs to notify the staff I could hear music and yelling at the end of the hall to the elevators some ten rooms down. I would caution anyone staying here as they dont take noise complaints seriously and will not make any corrective steps to recity the situation. Being unable to sleep at all last night (the primary function of a hotel) has completely ruined the plans I had for the day.

I absolutely had a great stay! The front desk to housekeeping was all extremely pleasant. Ill definitely be returning. Oh, and most importantly, they are pet friendly. My 4-legged son even enjoyed his stay!

These rooms were surprisingly large and nice. No carpet, which is both good and bad. Carpet can be gross, but the vinyl flooring made the room echoey. Only wish it was closer to the airport.

Had a cool vibe. Was super clean. Staff was super friendly. There are PLENTY of shopping and restaurants in the area within walking distance. The area seems safe and it was quiet except for the early morning highway traffic.

Got here at 1:30 in the morning and I am handicap with 3 pieces of luggage. Got no help with the luggage Got no help finding a taxi to get back to the airport in the morning! Great location near the airport and lots of other things nearby. The property was clean and updated, the room was comfortable and the staff was excellent. There are a number of great options for food across the street and many other options if you dont mind walking a little bit. If I find myself in the area, I would stay here again.

This place was an ideal location. In a center with so many shops (Old Navy right next door), nice restaurants and Dave and Busters right behind it. Staff was incredible entire time; my remote was laggy and I called front desk and she was up to my room in less than 5 minutes. There were games like pool, big chess, and I saw other people playing connect 4. Aesthetically so nice throughout. If I had to say one negative thing, I would say there is not continental breakfast. There is an option to buy breakfast type items from the little store area. We went to the Brunch District restaurant right near by and it was fantastic .

Edited We have stayed here several times now and we haven t had any other issues with the TV s. We still love the location because of how many things are around it. I like to have places to walk or drive while my husband is working. It s in a great location with lots of shops and restaurants around. The only issues we have had so far is the TV won t load Netflix or any of the internet TV options that it says it has and even some of the TV stations won t open. Also the air is not great. You get cold and then get hot before it kicks back on so we only slept on and off. Safety: I always feel really safe walking around here.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service provided by your event space coordinator, Kenneth Clemons. I had initially reached out to him on January 23, 2024, at 11:24 am, followed by subsequent attempts on January 25, 2024, at 11:52 am, and February 2, 2024, at 10:45 am, I had left a voicemail inquiring about your event space availability and pricing for my daughter s high school graduation celebration. After finally receiving a callback from Mr. Clemons on February 2, 2024, at 11:10 am, I was assured that he would promptly email me the necessary information regarding your event space availability and pricing. However, it is now February 19, 2024, and I have yet to receive any communication from Mr. Clemons or any other member of your team. As you can imagine, this delay has caused significant stress and inconvenience for me and my family, as we are eager to secure a space for such an important milestone in our daughter s life. This location was convenient for our family and friends that will be traveling from out of state. The lack of responsiveness and professionalism demonstrated by Mr. Clemons is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the reputation of your establishment.

We got stuck here since 9pm last night and I wasn t prepared to be in a hotel New Year s Eve because of noise and craziness etc. Anyway this place was nice. There was no noise or commotion except for some bratty kids running up and down the hallways for hours. It s a really cute attractive place. . Tito the driver happily drove me to Starbucks for coffee before taking me to the airport. He said he would be taking the rest of my crew to the airport in a few hours. Just an update about a small problem. When I left for the airport I went before my coworkers and the lady at the desk (Sheresia) said she would tell everyone I went ahead. They were scheduled to leave the hotel at 7pm on a van we had scheduled the night before. Not only did Sheresia not say anything to anyone but there was no scheduled van available. They had to call a car service for my coworkers. Don t know what happened because she told me she would let them know I already left and also the van driver assured me he would be driving them. This caused a lot of stress and confusion for my coworkers not knowing where I was. I even tried to call one of them before I left but the call went to the front desk and she transferred me (she said) but the line was busy. My coworker said she never used the phone. Anyway I really wish this hadn t happened.

Best description of the rooms, like a dorm room, very minimalist. The van driver is a stand up guy, honest and hard working. Front desk, Mary, honest and friendly. Refreshing having staff who didnt make excuses for a problem. They acknowledged it and apologized and offered a solution. Thats great employees. They made me will to come back!

I m part of an American Airlines crew and our flight was delayed by 6 hours coming into DFW because of mechanical problems. It was 12:30 at night when we landed in DFW and our airline put us up in ALoft. When we arrived, Mary was working the front desk. She was very courteous and friendly at our check in. Since we were delayed and a recent booking, she needed to take a bit of time finding our reservations. She was very diligent and courteous throughout. It was refreshing to have her assist us after a crazy day and really late. Sometimes hotel staff can be distant and not very understanding of our situation. Mary was top notch in her customer service and it was a pleasure ending our hectic day with her. Rooms: Clean and smelled clean. Comfortable bedding.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location and decor in the lobby. The front desk attendants were very unprofessional...I thought I was at a MOTEL! The walls are paper thin whatever is going on next door or upstairs you will definitely hear it then there was a party with LOUD music and at 10:47 p.m. the slide to the left, slide to the right was a its highest volume. When called to ask the front desk when this party was ending she said we could move to a different location? Maam its almost 11p.m. then she stated that we should have been notified at check-in that there was a party? In summary...DO NOT stay at this location unless you like being in the CLUB with RUDE people.

My company is still using this property!? Waited 40 minutes curbside for shuttle. My assigned room was occupied. Back to desk. ALL decaf coffee pods in room.. STAY ELSWHERE! Newer building, expected nice. The HVAC rattles, the fridge is a small chiller. (47°) Had 3 coffee packs, all decaf. Had 2 sugar packets, no stir stick. No coffee in lobby. Yes it was 3:30 am, but they knew we were leaving (flight crew). Shower ceiling peeling.

The room was hot & I called down to room service & asked for a fan. You can only adjust the temperature from the unit itself on the window, not from the wall thermostat. Who knows what the actual temperature was in the room? I also asked for a hand steamer, because one was missing from our room. About 30 minutes later a lady brought a hand steamer up, but said there were no fans available. I said, So, they are all checked out? & she said yes . There was also no body wash in our shower. Also, our shower looked like it had a leak or one was fixed & painted over with the wrong color of paint? I m not sure if it was currently leaking or not. I forgot to put this in my website review. The next morning as we were leaving the lobby, I went by the front desk & asked if anyone turned in a fan, if they could please bring one by our room. The girl said to wait just a moment & she walked behind the door at the front desk like she was looking for a fan, came back & said there were no fans. I said, Do you mean there are no fans at all for guests, or they are all checked out? She said we don t have any. I wish they would ve told me that in the first place. There was also dog hair along the walls in the bathroom, which I was disappointed to see. For $500 for 2 nights, I expected better. This is our third or fourth time to stay here when I visit my sister & it has steadily gone downhill. Nearby activities: It s in a shopping center. Food and drinks: Hotel itself offers zero food & beverage, but there are restaurants around the area.

I encountered an extremely frustrating experience while attempting to utilize my remaining credit at a Marriot hotel. Regrettably, the front desk attendant was unhelpful and made inappropriate comments while expressing their dissatisfaction with gift cards. I was appalled by their unprofessionalism and promptly requested that they simply close out my stay and proceeded to pay the full price. It goes without saying that I will not be returning to that specific Marriot hotel and will diligently search for superior accommodations in the Dallas area for my upcoming visit in two weeks.

Perfect location, great rooms, amazing service from the host/receptionist. Nae was so friendly, attentive, and helpful. Im so sad my stay was so short due to work, I definitely want to come back. Magnificent modern hotel in a great area surrounded by all the shops and fun spots that you should need. The rooms are trendy and fun. Beds were comfortable. Customer service was awesome. The employees are kind, but to find out if a room is occupied they call your room. First it was at 2:30AM.. Yep, in the morning! The front desk apologized saying, sorry we were checking if this room was occupied. WTH?! Ive never had a hotel do that. I couldn t fall back asleep because I heard the music blaring at the pool below me. Mind you it s a Thursday at almost 3 in the morning. It s also February so obviously no one was in or enjoying the pool. Very odd and when asked to turn it off the girl at the front said they would turn if down. Idk.. make it make sense. Then I got a call again at 5am! I didnt even answer I was so delirious. At that point I disconnected the line. I dont know if something was down with their booking system, but regardless it was extremely frustrating. Expect not to sleep.

Great place near the airport and good restaurants. Plenty of spaces for groups to gather. Wish the exercise room was less on display though. Rooms: Rooms were clean, but no microwave. Safety: Felt very safe both in the hotel and in the neighborhoods around it. Walkability: Great walkability to many restaurants and some shopping. Away from downtown, but relatively close to the airport, but never heard the planes. Food and drinks: Bartender Alex was great and friendly. The drinks were reasonably priced and open atmosphere. The local restaurants also had good drinks available and there was a beer, wine and liquor store walkable distance too.

Andy at check in did everything he could to get me checked on a business trip when there were problems scanning my credit card. The room was spacious, spotless and quiet. Positive: Location was great! Plenty of USB ports around the room. Negative: The rooms were small, pillows were way too soft. No closet, just a hanging bar & we had 4 clothes hangars while my daughters room had none. Not much counter space at the sink & no place to hang a hand towel. The shower door would not close & the shower floor was very slippery, our daughter fell & we almost did too. Air conditioner was way too loud. Woke us up every time it would kick on/off. Finally just kept it in the on setting & was still too loud. Think way too much time/money spent on decor & not enough on functionality.

This was our second stay at this hotel and both have been pleasant! This time around I did the mobile key so not much interaction with the staff to comment on that aspect, but we liked the hotel itself. My favorite part is the location! Lots of food options and shops right across the street you can walk to, and the general surrounding area is such a cute spot. Very clean and maintained. The rooms are and good size and very clean! I bring Clorox wipes and do a quick wipe down of toilets, handles, any tables and not a spot of dirt was picked up so that s always reassuring of the cleanliness. We didn t have any problems being able to hear other rooms like you can at some hotels. We initially chose this location due to convenience of our friend living down the street, but I m glad that it could check all the boxes and will be returning for sure!

The rooms were clean and well made, the area is great, the amenities are nice. But the staff are sub-par. I was troubled with WiFi problems within the room, and got zero help. Called the front desk for any assistance and was transferred to the internet provider themself, who also proved to be no help in this matter. When I called the front desk back, I was asked if I worked it correctly . Of course I know how to manage hotel WiFi. Then the person at the front desk decided to develop an attitude and was zero help in this matter. This was not the only negative customer service experience I encountered either. When checking in, the person at the front desk couldn t have cared less about me, and was too worried about what song was playing in her headphones to even worry about my check in, or even mention anything about the hotel itself. Overall, good hotel and great location, but I was extremely disappointed with the staff.

I absolutely loved the vibe of the room and the whole hotel. The best was so comfortable. Is there any way someone can tell me what brand and type of mattress is used? We stayed one night here and honestly if we needed to stay longer we would have gone to another hotel. Cleanliness was okay, our toilet got clogged twice and we barely used it. We had to get access to another room to use the toilet. Maintenance came and fixed it and it still clogged. The pool was NOT as advertised. Very small and looked dirty and cloudy. Front desk lady was less than nice. Never said hello, thank you for staying here, goodbye nothing. Barely even looked at us. I know people don t want to work these days but dang, this is a job that requires a friendly face and good customer service so if you don t like to provide either of those things, then maybe you shouldn t work in the hospitality industry.

This place is great in every aspect Price, Location, Pet Friendly, all around pet friendly you can hang with your pets in the lobby area, pool area, and all outdoor areas. They have there own garage that leads you straight to the hotel. Surrounded by all fun and games for the family. The hotel itself very upscale Modern in every aspect of it. Rooms, bar, lobby decor etc . The staff was very friendly to both my fur babies and I as well. Very clean all around no pests anywhere especially during the Humid season. They have a pool table and a human size Chess board and a real relaxing hangout vibe going on in the lobby area that you ll make friends and play pool or Chess together. The rooms were amazing clean modern fixtures lighting decor everything about them was great. Very comfortable king size bed. This was a great and better experience compared to other Alofts I have stayed at Prior to this location. Location is everything about this Aloft as well. Within walking distance Dave and Buster, Cineapolis movie theater, shops like OldNavy foreverr21 and more. I would highly recommend this hotel for both family and Business travelers. There is more than enough around here for you to do for both type of travelers. Not to mention you are just about 25min drive from all the major attractions in the DFW area as a whole. Thank you Aloft staff it was a great experience all around for the 4 of us. If I comeback and visit DFW anytime soon I ll definitely stay here again and again.

The room was okay. The cleanliness of the room was OK not the best. The service at check-in wasn t the best either. The service that was given at check-in was the reason for the 2star. The two ladies that was at check-in played a big part in discrimination. Their wasn t no warm welcoming at all. But the people that came in after us was greeted with a warm welcoming. In the future we will not be booking at this location every again.

Excellent location, very chic and clean. Great Air conditioner. On the downside, the room was a little to noisy, you could hear the highway. Very nice hotel. Loved the location and the atmosphere is fantastic. Check in was smooth and without any issues. However, there was no electricity in our room and a manager had to flip the breaker to get everything going. Only a minor inconvenience, but certainly not something you hope to encounter when you first enter the room. The double queen room was smaller than Id hoped and there wasnt much (audible) privacy when using the restroom since its a loft style room with high partitions vs actually rooms (e.g., doors, walls, etc.). Nevertheless, the room was very comfortable and our one night stay was good. Ill certainly stay again since this is a great spot in the shopping center central to plenty of dining, fun, and drinks .

So I will start with the positives because everyone deserves to here about the things they are doing well also. Love this places location to everything around and is very nice. The front lobby and hang out area look very nice. LOVE that parking is free thats an awesome bonus. The bed was nice and the room was quiet. The bad... Our room was visibly dirty. The table in the room had something sticky on it. In the bathroom someone had missed the toilet and no one had cleaned it up. ( two females staying in the room, it wasnt us!) We got to our room late and didnt want to bother with saying anything that night. The next morning when we checked out the gentleman asked us how our or stay was. We told him about the issues with the room and were just met with a Sorry we then asked why do you ask if you arent actually going to do anything about it or investigate our complaints? We were met with another sorry, kind of unnerved that it really felt like they were just going through the motions. Is this all a big deal, no its not the end of the world. But when you turn the TV on in the room and look around the facility and all you see is the facilities promise to be cleaning even better due to COVID what other corners are you cutting? We travel ALOT with work at least 2 stays a month in different hotels. We have always loved the ALOFT chain but we will avoid this one in the future.

Ive stayed here twice now. It is convenient for the location and you have access to many stores/eateries. However, I have several serious issues with this hotel. For being a brand new hotel you would think they would have their stuff together. (1) First, theyve had plumbing issues. The first time I stayed, we had to change rooms because the toilet would not flush. This happened AGAIN during our second stay. (I know what some might be thinking, but it was a liquid flush.) That time, they just handed us a plunger with $15 in vouchers. (2) My second issue, is during the second stay the shower door would not close correctly (the glass was not level) so water would pool outside the door. (3) Third, storage is severely limited (not ideal for a stay for more than a couple of days). (4) Next, this is very minor, but there was inconsistencies with the mirrors in rooms. Out of the 3 rooms weve been to, one did not contain a full length mirror but the other 2 did. (5) Some of the rooms also face the parking garage, so hardly any lighting when opening a window. If youre not careful with your room choice, I hope you enjoy a view of someone taking a smoke break or parking their car or just pure concrete.

Went in Sept 2020 amidst COVID-19 and was unpleased with the cleanliness. Sure, the room was fine but I found a marker under the table-- probably from a child who was previously in the room. They didnt have a new roll of toilet paper just a half used one and those things sort of made me skeptical of the rest of the cleanliness like sheets and comforter. Space and location were good. Staff was kind. Amenities closed which was understandable. Just didnt feel too good about the sanitization.

Fantastic location, clean beautiful hotel. Super friendly staff, even with COVID. Rooms were awesome. My complaint, the air conditioning in the room was sooooooo load. It was like a 737 was taking off. Needless to say I stuggled to sleep. Also I was staying here becuase our AC was out in our house and needed to cool down. The one thing i needed ended up killing me. 5 stars had that not happened. That being said, i cant wait to stay again. It would be a cool get away even though we live down the street.
