Shelby Weaver represented us in the sale of our home last year. We met her while she was showing a nearby home, and wound up interacting with her on several occassions as she worked to try to help this couple buy their first home. We were impressed by how hard she worked, going above and beyond the norm, so when we decided to sell our home, we selected her as our realtor. Shelby truly is passionate about what she does. She went over things with us carefully, helped us decide on a reasonable price point for our property, and immediately had people lined up to see it. She kept in touch with us regularly, keeping us informed on the various showings and how they went, what offers seemed promising, etc. She even took time to contact us while she was away for her sisters marriage weekend - a time that certainly would have been reasonable to be out of pocket. She is dedicated, hard working, and humble - which surprised the heck out of me when I found out she was the #2 ranked realtor for sales in the Denton area! If you need a realtor, give her a try. You will not be disappointed!

Shelby Weaver was our realtor buying our house in Fort Worth, Texas. Before we bought our house, we were not sure 100% sure where we wanted to be at. Shelby was dedicated to finding the perfect house and location for us. She sent us several listings and based on our opinions of those, would send us more. When we finally did find THE house, Shelby spent countless hours helping us put an offer in and keeping us well informed the whole process. She would text/call us just about every day during the closing process to make sure we were doing okay and that we were staying on top of our document signings. We even ran into a problem about a week before closing, and Shelby was there to be our therapist and explain our next steps, and ultimately resolve the problem. She is extremely knowledgable, personable, and hardworking. I would recommend Shelby a million times to anyone who needed to buy or sell a property!
