I had a great nights sleep and delicious breakfast, the hotel took care of me when it was all said and done. The lady at the counter this morning was very kind and made sure my experience was a quality one. I would recommend this place out of all the surrounding hotels around.

Our original booking at another hotel was cancelled and at 12:30 in the morning, Femi at the front desk had a smile on her face and was most compassionate and helpful with booking me and my 4 kids for the night. She gave us cold water and fresh extra blankets! She saved the road trip!! Then in the morning Amber at the bistro bar hand crafted breakfast and drinks and made our morning!! If you are looking for comfort, cleanliness, delicious food and AMAZING staff, BOOK HERE!

I dont like to give poor reviews...but I feel I must. After multiple delayed flights I got to the hotel super late (3am) and the first THREE ROOMS they gave me were dirty! Not like somebody left a streak on the mirror dirty...like they were never touched after the previous customer dirty...wet towels...empty water bottles, messed up bed, ect... the 4th room was finally clean, but by that time it was 4am and I had to be up in 2 hours, so I was pretty upset. Beyond this.. not a single compensation was granted for this after the night desk person promised that my first night would be taken off the bill. Needless to say...Ill be booking a different hotel in Midland going forward.

Had 2 rooms, one single King and one done Queen. King was a queen bed and the queens were full size. Water leaks all over the bathroom floors because the shower doors are not installed correctly and do not close completely which ultimately caused me to slip and fall in the bathroom. Also happened to my wife, but she caught herself. Had to lay down extra towels so the kids wouldnt slip. This was the case on both rooms. Property in dire need of repairs. Only 1 elevator working which made it tougher having to walk our service dogs. The elevator had no posting of recent inspections to show our was compliant and up to date, emergency fire panel had multiple holes in it, base of elevator walls torn up. Pool was in unsafe working conditions. Concrete in pool was breaking and chipping, huge chunks missing and coming out. Tiles cracked and falling a part. Handicap accessible chair lift for pool was not covered so guests were using it as a lounge chair. The staff was very friendly, polite, hospitable, and professional. Only reason I gave it a 2. Talked to manager and its been 5 days and has not gotten back to me about anything like she said. Been in serious pain all week from falling and going to hospital today.

The rooms are just ok, small pool with no shade. There are no complimentary foods, but water bottles are free. There are bigger rooms in different nearby hotels, these are small in comparison. The room had one of the smallest TVs Ive seen in a hotel room. The room had a microwave and a wobbly refrigerator. It got the job done. I wouldnt stay here again unless there just isnt anywhere else to stay.

I typically stay at Hilton hotels, but I wanted to give this hotel a try since I had some points to use. I stayed one night while passing through town. The elevator did not work for our floor(just that one floor), so we had to carry all of our luggage up the stairs. The rooms smelled horrible and there is a scented machine in the hallway that tries to cover up the smell. Water in the shower would go from hot to cold while showering. Disappointed that there was no complementary breakfast. The phones in the room do not connect to the front desk when trying to call. Overall it was a disappointing stay.

This was just a last-minute book on a trip home so they had availability and we stayed the night. Weve been on a six day trip and stayed in some really nice courtyards. This one was older. The air conditioner sounded like freight train, and the shower door sounded like it was coming off the hinges. The staff was nice. But corporate needs to make some upgrades. Photos were just an afterthought when leaving.

The only issue was that the ice machines on the floors werent working. Also, if you went out in the pool area, there was no key reentering. Had to prop the door open to get back in. Staff stated it was due to remodeling that area? Noteworthy details: Theres a Sams Club and HEB store across the street from the hotel.

My daughter, hers kids, and I arrived Monday without making prior reservations. I asked receptionist for a room with double beds, she found one at $220 the night. We go into our room and panel was off the ac with exposed wires. Called immediately and let them know the room was not going to work so they gave us another room and that one had the doors removed from the closet (no big deal I guess). But after checking out the following day I asked for the receipt and I noticed when I got home I was charged $259 for the room plus taxes, total $300.90. I called to complain about the charge but didn t get nowhere. Pictures of the rooms are shown in photos by visitors.

DO NOT believe the pictures. This place is run down and ragged. The beautiful pool, no doubt saw in the pics, had a lady s menstrual pad in it beside a floating beer bottle. The rooms are run down, the walls are scraped all to pieces, the nice fire pit on the manicured lawn . a wreck. This is one of the worst places to say in Midland.

The saving grace of the property and the only reason I didn t give this a lower rating is the front desk staff! Those girls are awesome!! Priorities are in the right place! Super friendly, helpful, and professional! However, I m not sure why any hotel would have toilets that don t have a lid on the seat. Not just broken off, just non-existent! (??) Plus, the water pressure - and temperature - was frustrating.

Excellent staff. Food was well-prepared, but a tad pricey...$23 for eggs, bacon, toast. Loved the oatmeal...too much to eat. Elevators need maintenance...several of the override buttons were punched out and no labeling. Elevator floor trim has seen 1 too many luggage carriers banged against. I am not a fan of the thin bed covering...I want a heavier covering, but not necessarily a heavy blanket. Great location not far from the airport.

This hotel is conveniently located near major traffic arteries with quick access to airport and many commerce centers. The staff is amazing; friendly and helpful. The rooms are well maintained but not as modern in technology updates as many other Marriott properties. There is an on-site bistro serving breakfast and dinner selections, and a bar which is open late in the evening. The hotel has a large outdoor patio area with a pool, but the pool was disappointingly closed during my stay.

I have contacted the manager of this hotel on 2 separate occasions trying to resolve an issue and both times the information has been parroted through the front desk employee to me. First our keys wouldnt open the room so they had to relocate us after we had settled in. The room we moved to had a hazardous bathroom where the toilet had boiling water coming from it. When we addressed it, they said they were aware of the problem and all of the rooms on that floor were that way and they put us there even though they were defective. The lady at the Cafe was nice. I lost something in the original room. They told me the old room was still unlocked and I could go check myself. Someone had a drop off for me the next day and they told them they couldnt help. For being an elite member, there was nothing elite about our stay.

Staff very inattentive- not uncommon to not even be able to locate anyone at front desk. The advertised bistro/bar is never open. You can t get breakfast, you can t get a beer in the evening. They serve no food in the evening as advertised. Worst Marriott experience I ve ever had. The Manager of this hotel needs to do some serious training with the staff. And if the bistro isn t going to be open they need to take down all the signage all over the hotel advertising the hot breakfast, happy hours etc

I personally may not be too concerned with COVID, but finding a used washcloth hanging from the shower, behind the door, makes me wonder how well the housekeepers are really checking the rooms. The hotel location is its best attribute. The staff was not organized or friendly. When we got to the room, it was not particularly clean and in the time of COVID, I found that unacceptable. The worst thing about the room was the mattress. It had been broken- down to the point I literally feel into a large divot made by previous customers. The mattress is in dire need of replacing. Not much to love about this place. Avoid it, if you can.

I enjoyed my stay...The employees were friendly and were practicing Covid-19 safety guidelines...The reception area is nicely set up and has plenty of seating as well as a bar...The building is in an area with plenty of stores, restaurants and gas stations... The room itself was nicely spaced out...The beds were very comfortable and its a decent decor...The only sore spot was seeing hair in a couple of places and considering I have no hair, well, you can imagine the cringe upon seeing it...They have a decent gym and a washer/dryer by the lobby... Overall not bad...

3rd time I have stayed at this Courtyard. The first two stays were great. This stay I will have to say was horrible. First, I was given a handicap room. I am not handicap but I am a Titanium Member with Marriott and I am not pleased. Second, I went to Bistro to eat and order a beer. I received the beer and asked for a menu. I was given the menu but the bartender never came back to ask if I wanted to order. I waited for about 15 minutes while the bartender stood in the bar are with two other customers. I finished my beer and got up before he even acknowledged I was there. This will be my last time at thIs hotel. As I said I m not pleased with this stay at all. One positive thing the handicapped room and hotel are clean.

I can t say thank you enough to all of the staff here. The front desk is so friendly and helpful they make you feel like you re right at home. My wife fumigated our room being overly cautious and it was overbearing. I went to the front desk and the young lady hunted down a fan for us to make it pleasant again. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. There s a H.E.B. Grocery Store right across the street that is absolutely magnificent. There s also a great seafood restaurant just across the parking lot. I ll definitely stay here next time I m in Midland. Please share with the staff. Our entire family really enjoyed our stay during the unfortunate circumstance.

Great location. Not as advertised. Pool closed do to COVID. Yellow caution tape blocking off receptionist area because of COVID not 6 feet more like 24 feet. A bit much when trying to conduct business. Restaurant closed do to COVID. Reception area was unkept and needed some major cleaning. Staff was always hard to find. Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Decent Courtyard location. I didnt use the amenities (there is a business center and a fitness room that seem alright) but the room I stayed in seemed pretty nice. Climate control is great. You got modern tv and alarm clocks as well as a full selection of bathroom products and a pretty nice modernistic design scheme. About the only complaint I have here is the shower door was kind of confusing and I wasnt sure I could get I all the way closed. Other than that its decent for the price.

Unbelievable customer service by management. After being told by the front desk staff I could stay 2 nights I came back to the hotel to find all my belongings packed up and put in a closet in front desk after returning to the hotel the second evening. The staff was extremely rude and had no empathy towards me- even as a frequent Marriott guest. They made a mistake in their booking process and took ZERO responsibility for it and violated my privacy! I am amazed that this type of behaviour is tolerated as Marriott is in the Hospitality business. This treatment was far from hospitable!

Everything was fine until this morning at 7:30 they have people working on the roof and we are on the 5th floor. Nobody bothered to tell us this last night when we checked in, so we were very annoyed when we woke up to that racket. Front desk offered to move us to a new room but nobody wants to do that at 8 in the morning. Also for $400 a night they dont even offer complimentary breakfast. Instead they offer a little Bistro whats not so appetizing food. I am grateful for the Starbucks coffee though. we will not be staying another night like planned.

I booked a room for two nights. Upon check in, the room was not ready so had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby with all our luggage and personal stuff. The next day we left and got back to the room at almost 10 PM and the room was the same way we left it. Housekeeping didnt even bother to stop and pick up dirty towels at least. I asked the front desk about compensating us a night but she said no and her boss would have to be emailed about it. Not too happy about this stay to say the least. **Adrian, the general manager,just called to insult me for sending him an email with pictures of what I returned to and he was livid! Told me that I was a loser and to not stay at his hotel if I didnt like the way he ran it. Wow. I believe I have seen and heard it all now.

Room 102 is next to the boiler and air handling units. There is a very loud vibration and noise. Hotel is full and they cannot move me.

I work night shift for my jobs throughout the nation. Often hotel staff can never get in to get new towels, shampoo, take trash, etc., because Im sleeping. This is the only hotel Ive seen that makes up refresh bags with towels, rags, shampoo, etc, and puts them on the door handles of guests with the DO NOT DISTURB signs on them. Absolute managerial genius and insight into the customer. I will recommend this specific hotel location to anyone, and will return.

Ive stayed at many hotels before and I have to say this is one of my worst. The elevators dont work, the phone line in my room doesnt connect to the reception and then vent in the bathroom is broken. Im used to staying at Marriotts, Ive never had this problem so I have to say its only this location. Would avoid this location.

We checked in at 4:00 a.m. and the process was super quick and easy. They even gave us a Starbucks complimentary drink. And allowed us a late check out. Very accommodating and staff was superb.
