I dont recommend it because Ami didnt help me in my case, they always left me on hold when I called, the very rude assistants... they only talk nice and treat you nice the first time you hire them, as soon as you pay them all the money, they dont even bother you. as if your case did not exist... be very careful with the lawyers you hire in child support cases because they are not good, they only waste your money. Also 6 months ago they sent me a letter to tell me that my case was over and without them doing anything and it was because I called them to ask how my case was going .

Attorney Aly, I do not recommend this law firm at all. I filed for divorce with them and after a year and three months they say the case was closed. I called for information and to follow up on the case, (They never returned the call) in reality they had me married, dragging the matter out, there was a lot of negligence in sending the documents for the divorce process and correcting some details that they wrote poorly . In the end they tell me that the Court closed the case. They were negligent in the writing of the document. If I wanted to continue with the case I had to open it again, and of course pay again, that is not ETHICAL BUSINESS.

My Child Support case took more than 1 year to conclude, they charged me for calls that I did not make, they did not respond or send emails to the opposing attorney to respond to agreements, I spent more than 5k on them and in the end the Opposing lawyer was the one who closed and signed all the agreements not to go to court. THE ATTENTION was HORRIBLE, I was never able to communicate with the lawyer who was handling my case. They only know how to charge and they have so many cases that they dont do things right. Total disappointment having chosen them, if I knew that it would be easier to agree with the other lawyer I would have done it from the beginning and not given away the money that I saved with so much effort for my children and ended up paying these people. They did nothing in my case and took all my savings

They are scammers, they play with the needs, time and money of their clients, my fault was not having seen the bad references here on Google before hiring their services, I realized later that what the ratings here report was happening to me. In my case I requested a simple service for my representation in a Chilld Support negotiation, in the first interview the lawyer assists you and tells you that he will accompany you until the end in court and will be attentive to your case, in that case moment they ask you for $2,600 for representation in the entire case, after that day you do not see them again, they do not communicate with you, only the receptionist assists you and tells you that the Lawyer cannot assist you. On the day of the negotiation with the child support officer, they sent a lawyer who only spoke English when it was clear that we were all Hispanic and the negotiation was going to be in Spanish, the child support officer in less than five minutes decided to close the session due to because I could not communicate with my own lawyer and she was not going to be an interpreter between me and the lawyer who does not speak Spanish. After this, the law firm told me that that was the extent of the help they could give me, which was already known. I had used up my balance and if I wanted to continue I had to pay $2,600 again. My case has taken well over 5 years to conclude. After concluding and signing the papers for disperse funds, the attorney has not responded to any of my calls. I also have not received my funds. I acquired the services of lawyers to present the marriage petition, the only day I had contact with the lawyer was on the first appointment, then every time I wanted to speak with her the assistants denied me, I asked them basic questions about me case and it was always a different answer or they didnt know so I had to call USCIS directly to give me the answer I needed... or else they told me that they were going to call me back and they never did, the positive thing is that they sent my package complete without any problem, but the communication was 0, when I told them to bring the lawyer for my interview they told me that it was not necessary (they made the decision for us) they also told me that a friend could be my translator at the immigration appointment Which when I told the officer she told me no, (she was about to cancel my appointment) but they found a person. I do not recommend these lawyers unless you just want me to prepare the immigration package for you. My case was under review for 3 months... until they approved me in January, they received my green card on Saturday at 10 am and on Monday if I dont call at 1pm they dont call me... I took 2 weeks for the package to be delivered so I could study my old addresses (since they were many years ago) before my interview

Its really hard to find good lawyers who are genuinely good people and arent in cases for the money. The prices are very reasonable considering that some lawyers charge a lot per hour to divorce someone. Please do not go to this office, they are unprofessional, they omit information, I found out that my process was finalized by a call from a government office and they still did not know about my resolution, they never sent me the email with the documents signed by the judge even though I requested them twice, and the process was slow even when it could be carried out online, due to the closure of offices, from the secretarys voice I found out that they submitted my documents 3 weeks after they were signed. This is the worst law office I have ever seen I paid them in full $1,700 and yet my case is still in the same place I signed my paperwork back in June almost a year later and Im still there my case hasnt moved for my case hasnt moved. My case never went to court every time I call the lawyers never in the office but yeah my case is never in court it makes you really think when I got there to give them my full payment they made me sign a paper about no refunds this law office has caused my family so much stress I dont eat my hair is falling off. They have caused me so much emotional pain I do not recommend this place for no reason today I got a call Im guessing the secretary that Im always mad and threatening I am tired of waiting I will be reporting them like the way they take my money is the way I wish I could get my money back.....

I spoke to many attorneys for my case. All of them made guarantees for my case. When I talked to Abogado Aly, he took the time to explain what my rights were. I asked him to guarantee what his office could do for me. He only guaranteed his office would work hard for me. I told him that was not enough. He told me politely before I paid any money that there are two kinds of attorneys, the ones who say what you want to hear and the ones who are honest with you. He promised his office would work hard and be honest about my case. He told me directly that there are things that I wanted that I would not get from the court.
