Been here a week they only gave me clean towels didn t provide clean sheets daily and didn t vacuum like they barely even went in my room to clean I brought it to the manager attention! Short staff was what I got as an excuse! Breakfast wasn t that good powered eggs the sausage wasn t cooked very well barely even warm the juice machines barely worked! Paying for a service that I didn t get! Will not stay here again not even recommending to stay. The parking lot was trashed they don t monitor the area cleanslyness very well. Rooms: Not clean felt like it was third rate Safety: Not a kid friendly place Food and drinks: Food cold not cooked

I booked a king room a week in advance. When I arrived i was told they were out of king rooms and changed me to two doubles. I asked how they were out of kings when I made the reservation a week ago and was told they didnt have any clean. I was checking in at 10:30pm. They then charged me for the change even though it was their fault I had to change room types. When I got to my room the shower was disgusting and the shower head was covered in lime/calcium residue and was also missing the piece that covered the hole in the wall in came out of, the toilet paper holder was barely hanging into the wall. The floors were absolutely disgusting. At least the beds looked clean. Do not recommend staying here. Go to the hotel literally right across the parking lot.

Erica who works in the front is very rude and lazy! Does not like to get up from her chair to get things for paying customers. Likes to argue and pretty much hates her job! Hope she can find something that she actually likes. A formal complaint was filed! Only bad part of the trip was the employee Erica! Also if that was my business I would never want someone like Erica working for me giving out bad impressions for the company! Also hotel advertises a 24/7gym and only thing in there is one treadmill and one step nothing else. Pretty disappointing!

Stayed for 4 nights, checked in Thursday night on Saturday room service came by around 8 asked if they could come back they never did I went downstairs personally asked Erika to have housekeeping to bring towels and to take trash out came back that night at 9PM to an exact same room no new towels and trash can overflowing, Erika was not friendly at all seemed like she had an attitude when I asked that the breakfast area needed refill on bread, this is the fist hotel I visit where housekeepers do not clean rooms!!

Upon check in the front desk couldnt get the room keys to work after several attempts so I took another available room. The shower had black in it, the toilet paper dispenser was full of rust, the mattresses were hard, the worst though was the safety latch was broken. Upon checkout I voiced my concerns and was told property owners were out of town, and would contact me. Its been a week and Ive heard nothing. I also have not received my receipt which wouldnt print Upon checkout and wasnt emailed to me. Not recommended.

The rooms are decent considering the price, but the carpet was dirty and emitted an unpleasant odor. The bathtub wasnt very clean either. However, given the low price, its understandable. The staff members are friendly and accommodating, doing their best to ensure your comfort. Overall, the hotel has room for improvement, but the affordable price and helpful staff make it a decent option.

A Budget hotel for everyone. Wonderful place to stay. We took a room with 2 queen beds and it was so comfortable and enjoyed breakfast( Even thou there are no much items. I think the available items are sufficient) Rooms are clean and comfortable. Happy to stay again for a day or two..

Room smelled very moldy. Carpet was stained and I assume dirty. They wake you up on your checkout day two hours before your actual check out time, yet do not offer a late checkout. This Hotel is more like a hole in the wall and its pretty run down. The staff here are stone faced and show little hospitality.

Love this hotel one of the best ones I have stayed in lately! Great pricing very friendly and always clean rooms! I would recommend this hotel for extended stays and to anyone looking for a room in the area! Safety: I walked to the gas stations on several occasions at night and I never felt unsafe or whatever. I just got the random gentleman trying to make sure I was alright and did not need any help. Good guys! Walkability: Only places in walking distance are a couple of gas stations. Anything else and that is a wrap! The Flying J is not too far to walk. And they have hot food! Food and drinks: Breakfast included from 6am to 9:30am. I enjoyed the breakfast, lots of choices and very good.

The driveway needs to be repaved, the hallways smelled like pot, the tv didnt work. the rooms were nice and clean, very comfortable mattresses. It needs better maintenance to get 5 stars but its not a run down dump. Rooms: The heater didnt blow out warm air, tv didnt work, bath tub was missing the overflow Safety: Very secluded and away from the main road with no shady individuals around. Walkability: The city isnt really a place to get by on foot. It would be dangerous as its right at the intersection of a main highway and interstate Food and drinks: BBQ, whataburger, convince stores nearby.

Elizabeth at the front was very disrespectful and hateful towards me. My husband is here for work and is spending a ton of money at this place. For that I got hung up on several times and she told me she refused to give me service, refused to let me speak to a manager, and in the end told me I could just figure it out myself and preceded to hang up on me again. She told me the housekeepers had things to do and places to be, mind you this was at 10:30 a.m. Every time I called back after her hanging up, she screamed louder and spoke even faster so I couldnt get the correct management information. Ive worked in customer service for years and not once did I speak to anyone that way. No matter how a customer acts you never speak to one that one. Very disappointing. When I asked her to spell the managers last name she told me Im not going to spell it, its not my fault you dont know how to spell and then hung up. I could go on and on but I do have all the conversations recorded. I will be submitting a complaint to corporate.

The hotel was great as well as the location. However, I can not say the same for the staff. Someone complained of smoke on the end of the hall.where we were so we got a call from the front desk person stating someone complained of smoke. We asked the person to come check the room because we dont smoke. No one came down but they felt it necessary to charge my card $100. I called the hotel manager the next day and asked for a refund but she told me no because housekeeping confirmed it was smoking in the room. I will NOT be staying at this hotel again

They had bread, doughnuts, and cereal. A few yogurts, and a couple pieces of fruit. Missed the waffles which is the usual go-to for places that do not offer eggs and sausages.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were decent, but the breakfast wasnt worth free. The only hot food available was a slow cooker of scrambled eggs, which were actually old, lukewarm, chopped up boiled eggs. There was an empty slow cooker labeled pork patties. They had plenty of dry cereal, but only a single small pitcher of milk. There were oatmeal packets, but the only bowls available were Styrofoam, which arent microwavable. The apple juice dispenser dispensed water and the OJ was the super cheap, weird tasting stuff. The fruit was old, some of it bruised. The only decent food available was the yogurt cups, really. Additionally, the plastic cutlery was understocked, and despite there only being perhaps eight people in the dining room, the trashcans were full to the brim.

We were driving to El Paso and had to stop and rest. Worst place Ive ever been to. The A/C heater was not working. They transferred us to another room which was so DIRTY . Paper stock to the entrance floor. The carpet was sticky, with very obvious stains and not even vacuumed. Worst of all was the bathroom. Nasty!!!! Check the photos

Good value and worth the money! Clean decent rooms, friendly people. Gave 4 stars since our first room smelt a little musty from AC unit, but they let us switch rooms free of charge and second one was better. Was thankful they offered a free small breakfast too! Hotel is very nice. Didnt expect because its only about $65 a night. It really is a no fuss hotel. But its clean. Beds are clean and comfy as are the pillows. Microwave and mini fridge. The staff weren t really friendly but they were nice. The king room was clean but on the little side. The shower had good hot water but not much pressure. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. They have coffee, juice, yogurt, cereal, bagels and toast but nothing to put on them. All this being said it was decent for the price and the convenience of being next door to the Truckstop where we parked. I would stay here again for business purposes. But if I were just traveling I would not choose this hotel.

I can see why they have a good rating. The rooms clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nice, clean, and fresh. Its in a shall I say interesting area. We had to move rooms once because the whole floor smelled of weed. We told the front desk clerk and they did nothing until I called and asked for a different room. Both rooms were in shabby shape but clean. We ended up having to checkout early and go find another hotel because the next floor and room we were sent to we woke up to the smell of weed again. If you enjoy the smell and want a free high this is definitely the hotel for you but for those of us allergic to it, our stay was a nightmare.

Pretty nice hotel in a not so pretty area of Midland. The price was ok, we only stayed for a nap my trucker husband needed by law. I liked it. The staff friendly, the rooms clean.

Our room was dirty there was a orange stain by the chair and dirty towels on the other side that look like had been used to clean the stain our lock also didnt work would not recommend
