Ever woke up and decided today is the day I want to give my life for the benefit of my employer? Didnt think so! I bet you havent spent your time researching attorneys for future accidents either. No one does. If youre reading this review then Im assuming you need an attorney and you want the best. Arnold & Itkin is the best, hands down, no comparison. Theres just...not enough I can say about these gentlemen. I had a larger-profile case (for me), and Arnold and Itkin (Corey, Jason) stepped up to the plate as experts in the field subject matter revolving around that case. From the first experience in front of a judge, the other lawyers, everyone, Corey and Jason commanded a respect and profound chessgame that navigatd the nuances of law, and the facts revolving around the case. They gave me a solid understanding of what to expect, and overcame hurdles every step of the way. The game of chess during mediation was something I still couldnt wrap my head around. Everything they said or did and everything they DIDNT say or do was a communication to the other team. We had court delays from the State coupled by surgeries from the other teams leading lawyers, sided in addition to the pandemic which only created delays, delays, delays. Despite that, Corey and Jason stuck to their guns, stayed on top of my case, and ultimately reached a settlement agreement that everyone could go home satisfied with. My genuine thanks and appreciation to Arnold & Itkin, and my highest recommendation to follow.

Update: These folks did contact me to explain their process and while I still havent seen any results...I do feel like they are listening. It is just tough to wait for so long. I do appreciate that they contacted me. They talk big but dont seem to want to really help people. Our family has waited 2 years for some results in a talc case. Every time I contact them they basically brush me off and say when we know something we will contact you. Isn t two years long enough. Our loved one died from Ovarian cancer caused by J&Js talc product.....nobody seems to care.

It was a great experience with this law firm my attorneys Adam Lewis and Andrew Bowman and paralegals Cinthya and Itzleth with my case and others . This law firm of Arnold and Itkin was the right fit for me. I got into an accident and was definitely needed of help with getting the treatment I needed for my recovery of my injuries from my accident. They kept the communication lines open with information I was given on my case. Very quick response since the first day I was in contact with the firm. I didnt get a million dollars! I had to wait 14 years for a risperdal settlement, that was awarded under 100,000. This has caused major depression upon me. Ive observed other clients with the same injuries get awarded millions of dollars. I dont recommend these injury lawyers or their associates.

The team at the Houston office was nothing short of amazing from the beginning of my case to the end. Adam immediately called me back the second I called him far after his working hours. Taking his own personal time away from his family to field questions and walk me through the whole legal process and how things usually play out. You can usually tell how good an outfit is by how helpful and supportive the secretary is and in that department Ms Alda exceeded all expectations. She was kind and was patient with my many questions and got me connected to services anytime I needed help. The two other all star players on their team were Andrew who was incredibly helpful at walking me through the deposition process which was nerve wracking. He calmly explained the how s and why s of my answers so they were both authentically my own and answered the questions better than I might have otherwise done on my own. I believe it was Claire that helped with the negotiations as well and was really in my corner the entire time. Having been through one of the most difficult times in my life, with my children involved, was eye opening. I could have never been prepared enough for the emotional, psychological, and physical impressions getting hit by an 18 wheeler could cause. Having lost sight, memory, and time with my children was devastating and debilitating. Through blessings from God I was referred over to this wonderful firm. This is the longest lawsuit I have ever been a part of. Almost 10 years and still no change. I dont think theyll ever settle this case. Update: I reported this company because they re stealing people money. They waited years to tell me my son might not get anything after sending pics and other information. It suppose to been a class action then they said they were doing individual cases. They later said he was taking the generic brand instead of the actual brand. They knew this years ago and didn t say a word. I think they re getting people money and lying about it. I don t understand why their ratings is a 4.6 cause a lot of people reported them. We need to file a lawsuit against them and have them investigated.

I have a respiradol case with them that they have dragged out for many years, for the past 3 years every year they tell me the deadline is end of June or end of the year, and then every time, last minute they push it back another year. This has been going on for over 10 years. Do your research and go somewhere else!

These people don t care about you as a person. They only care about how they can make money off of you. My case closed in February. While I should have been still under a dr. Care I had back surgery. These people got their money. Paid the dr. And never mentioned anything to me. While I m in pain trying to get a dr. To see me. One receptionist finally told me the case closed in feb. I needed to go to the Emergency Room if I needed to be seen by a dr. This was in may.. while I can t get anyone there to answer my phone calls nor return my calls they finally sent out letters telling me they settled out of court and I needed to come to the office in Houston to explain it all. They showed me what I should be receiving and the healthy amount they received and how much my medical treatment was. All the while I m crying telling them. I m in pain. How could they possibly stop paying for my medical treatments. I need help. So I cried the entire time this person is talkn to me about money. It was pissing me off that he just didn t get it. I need medical assistance and he s talkn about. Money.. then had the nerves to ask me if I would do a client review video after I calmed down. I knew then. This man is CRAZY!!! So a month goes by and I still haven t received a check. I called. After a week or 2 I finally got someone to take my call. Someone Named Joseph tells me they will be doing wire transfers on the 17th. Well the 17th came and went. On the end of the month I call back. I spoke to Joseph again he tell me that Medicaid had a lien on my account. So I call Louisiana Medicaid they pulled up my account and said I had absolutely no issues on my account.. so I call back again. Joseph tells me that s all the information he can give me. My case has now been turned over to a new law firm sage and orchard . So I asked for the contact information. He then goes on to tell me he s unable to give out that type of information but he will let them know that I wished to speak to someone. Sooooo now I m heart broken I then GO to the Medicaid office in my city they tell me the same thing they said on the phone. So now. I m just up a creek with no paddle. And not a penny to my name. Because now the finance company that I was borrowing against my case with also stopped payments once the case closed . So needless to say I ll be homeless in no time. And these rich folks got richer off me. I don t know what to do to see my money!

Hi I was with this law firm from February of 2017 all the way through till I finally received a judgment in 2023. It took six and a half years to settle my case multiple different attorneys multiple different paralegals. Needless to say all I can say is if you use this law firm be very careful I received a $2 million settlement but I only received $250,000 out of that 2 million The law firm got the rest $1,750,000 to be precise I to this day do not understand how they can receive 3/4 of a settlement and the person who was injured is screwed. My airfare a lot of which was received on miles you know how when you fly x amount of miles you receive x amount of free miles so that was that. The hotel was you stay x amount of days and you receive x amount of free days and so therefore theres that now between the two of those theyre not going to say theyre no $200,000 or more cuz that would be a lie. They took 40% of the 2 million for themselves on top of all of their fees I paid for paper clips envelopes just far far too much of office supplies I dont understand that part. They got my medical bills knocked down substantially to where that was almost not a big deal The rest went to the law firm that should never happen. The law firm should never receive more than the client of their settlement All I can say is just please be aware of this law firm

My name is Stevenson Williams and they gave my settlement money over to another entity that goes by Archer Systems which is still holding the remaining amount after 4 different law firms that helped Arnold and Itkin with my resperidal case which was in the amount of 88 thousand dollars. I only received 40 of that money. This Archer company isnt even registered with the better Business bureau so why did they give my money to them in the first place. Every lawyer has been paid but Im being told that I have to wait another 2 years for the other amount because no one was paid yet. They are giving me the run around and something fraudulent is definitely going on. I have filed complaints with FBI, contacted my attorney generals office and the better Business bureau. Something has to be done because they are ripping people off and sitting on our money. This law firm still hasnt contacted me back concerning Archer Systems. I will be filling a complaint against Arnold and Itkin as well. Its ridiculous I already waited over 10 years for this settlement and is still continuing to wait.

The only reason I did not give this law firm a five star rating is because communication could ve been better in the early and middle stages of the litigation regarding my Risperdal case. While it sucks that many Risperdal clients did not get true justice it is not because of Arnold and Itkin. Judge Joshua Roberts is a crooked judge who is in bed with big corporations like Monsanto and likely would have thrown out our cases once he was appointed a judge in the Philly Civil Court so Arnold and Itkin did the best they could with what we have. Andrew Yount had a much more fair and compassionate judge than Judge Roberts. And for all of the Risperdal clients complaining about the lowball settlement offer, you should ve appealed for a higher amount and if you didn t then that s on you, not Arnold and Itkin. The attorneys at Arnold and Itkin truly care about their clients but when you have 10,000 plus clients and going against giant corporations it s gonna take time. I personally believe I deserve at least half of what Andrew Yount and his family got after the 15 years of Hell on Earth and massive debt Risperdal put me in, but there s no way Judge Roberts would have allowed that. He needs to recuse himself from all Risperdal cases but I doubt he will. Thank you Arnold and Itkin for doing the best you possibly can for me. God Bless you

Theyre really good with communication Years later case is done I received my money but they gave power over my money to a scam company called Archer Systems They have 8,000 dollars of my money theyve been holding for about 15 months now and there calling it a hold back expense for any liens or medical bills which I dont have then they told me there waiting for everyone one in my group to get at least one payment they also said 18 to 24 months with no promise why would you guys do this Ive tried calling but no one answers or I get sent to voice-mail

Update: No one every returned a call or a message-they are no longer my lawyers. To my lawyers, I would like you to know that I am not just a name on a piece of a paper. I am more then cancer, I am a daughter, a mother, a grandmother, a friend, a partner. You never recover from cancer, there is just before and after. I will live with this diagnosis for the rest of my life, which I hope is a long and healthy one. I trusted a long standing family created company, I believed the commercials. I did not feel the need to question such an institution as Johnson & Johnson. Now I question everything. I am saddened by the lengths that Johnson &Johnson went to to avoid taking responsiblity for a product I not only used on myself but at one time my baby. I have led a very healthy life, I have always been active in sports and as one of the old commercials stated I used Shower to Shower daily to stay fresh. The cancer diagnosis came as shock to myself and my family. There is no history, I had never been sick, never had surgery until now. I have spoken to many women with ovarian cancer and it effects us all differently physically but mentally we are all the same. We are scared. Scared of what our future holds, scared that it will come back, scared of dying. We all know that we will die at some point but as ovarian cancer victims, we are reminded every three months as we get tested, probed and prodded. As we wait to hear those results we ask why? and how? What did we do to deserve this? And now many of us know that we didn t actually do anything, that Johnson and Johnson knowingly and willingly continued to produce and market a product that now has devastated many lives and the runaround that they have attempted just proves their guilt even more clearly. Please fight for us, please fight for your mothers & daughters. They must be held accountable. I believe they deserve to be in jail but if money is the only way to punish them, I hope you make it hurt. * It would be nice to speak with an actual lawyer associated with my case.

The worst lawyers I ve ever dealt with in my life. How is it that Andrew Yacht gets 70 million dollars for his Risperdal claim? How come my case didn t go to trial? I didn t get enough to purchase a house? Hell I couldn t even use my settlement towards a mortgage. I sure as hell wasn t about to live in no trailer park. Part of settlement check arrived in November of 2023. My medical lien has been processed with Archur since November of last year. Where s the of my settlement? If I don t have a bankruptcy? Why did Archer take 700 dollars out of my settlement check ? Why do I have to wait 18 to 24 months for a hold back fee? This is ridiculous! Not all of your clients have family or support. Some of us are homeless trying desperately to make ends meet. For you all to play these type of games and steal money from your clients is wrong. You should pay people what you owe them. My case is part of a large Mass Tort. I think that many negative comments here are related to the same issue. Mass Torts take time. Any time that I have called I have received proper answers. You also have to self advocate somewhat. Supply records, communicate, etc ... A&I had sent me material and have sent material to them. I know my file number, where my case is filed and they have kept me updated. Yes time will pass. A Mass Tort can take several years. There are many Plaintiffs. That does not mean that your case is going nowhere. Also personal injury cases have to pass review. I have filled out their paperwork and the Judges paperwork on time. Thus far I am kept updated, things are moving slowly but I am proactive without bothering them. I know my case number, the jurisdiction and the Judges name. The system moves slowly. However, it does move. This is not the lawyers fault. I know that the lawyer assigned to my case is also traveling to other jurisdictions at times. I keep up with other cases on the matter and I see his name.

Well I thought I had hired the best in the industry. I was wrong! I had an accident and broke my neck and my back while being employed by Dohman Builders who works for the largest elevator company in Texas Marchal Stevenson Elevator Company Inc. So A and I took my case and now came the long long long 3 1/2 year wait. So I went to every appointment and did everything they asked of me. Long story short, they are in bed with the insurance companies and care nothing about the actual client. They went ahead and accepted an offer from the insurance company when I expressed how I would not just settle for nothing. Somehow they went ahead and accepted the offer when I had turned it down. Long story short THEY ARE IN BED WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANIES. THEY WILL ACCEPT AN OFFER EVEN AFTER YOU REJECT IT. Not sure if there are any honest lawyers out there but I can promise you that these guys are not them. DONT PUT ANY HOPE IN THEM. THEY ARE COMPLETELY OUT FOR THEMSELVES.

Hi my name is Justin.F In 2020 I had a very bad accident A friend of mine told me to give Arnold and Itkin a call so I did and they picked up my case very fast it was in the heart of the pandemic so everything was pretty crazy I had the pleasure of meeting Joseph one time he set me up with a few appointments for pain management, physical therapy I went to some of the appointments most of the doctors only wanted to do virtual at the time. They sent me through about five nurse paralegals from there I could never get in touch with Joseph when I finally spoke with him he told me he was no longer with the firm . Every time I would call I would get no answer I was always told an attorney would reach out to me it never happened . Then finally in 2023 I get a phone call from an attorney after leaving over 100 messages and going to several appointments. The attorney by the name of Paradowski told me it s unfortunate but there is nothing we can do for you, and to be totally honest I don t even think this guy even knew who I was.. Every time I would call they didn t even know Who my attorney was. So three years later I can barely walk barely sleep the Can t even really turn my neck at a full range.. They told me I will receive one amount and when I got the check. It was a different amount on top of that. Greystar Ordered To Pay $860M After Fatal Crane Collapse National Construction & Dev April 27, 2023 Dees Stribling, Bisnow National A Dallas County jury has awarded more than $860M in damages to the family of Kiersten Smith, a woman who was killed in 2019 by a crane collapse at a development by Greystar in the Old East Dallas neighborhood. The jury found that Greystar, which is also the largest U.S. apartment manger, bore some responsibility for the incident. During a thunderstorm in June of that year, a tower crane at a new Greystar apartment development collapsed into the neighboring Elan City Lights apartment complex. The crane crashed through Smiths apartment, killing her. Five other people were injured in the incident. Smiths parents were the plaintiffs in the suit. The Houston Attorney Jason Itkin for the plaintiffs argued that Greystar, among other things, had allowed the cranes inspection to lapse, and that it had installed a sign on top of the crane in violation of OSHA standards, KDFW reports. The jury agreed. Also, the plaintiffs Attorney Itkin argued that Greystar was responsible for the overworked operator of the crane not leaving it in weathervane mode, which would have allowed it to move with the wind, rather than being blown over during the storm. Greystars attorneys argued that the incident was the responsibility of the crane company, Bigge Crane and Rigging, which is one of the largest businesses of its kind, and which had rented its crane to Greystar for the project. The jury did not find Bigge responsible for the collapse, however. Congratulations Attorney Jason Itkin!!

Risperdal client Took around 10 years to receive a settlement They did not communicate at all Only called and reached out to updated contact information every 6 months or so They have far too many separate entities helping with the cases regarding risperdal They suggested a special needs trust because they say disability benefits will penalize you They said you will need to do a spend down if you receive a lump sum They also said you could do a partial lump sum and the rest in the trust What they fail to do is inform you of just how difficult it is to receive funds from legacy enhancement special needs trust and they do not educate the clients on allowable purchases In example I have home repairs that need to be done but they will only alot me half cause I live with my father however he cannot afford to help with the other half Vehicle purchases are a joke they demand that they are a lien holder on the title and require full coverage on said vehicle which will drain funds extremely fast and have you sign a document stating if you dont have full coverage they have the right to repossess the vehicle sell it get funds back in the trust and leave you without transportation While calling to get the trust dissolved they tell you to call archer then archer tells you to contact the CAG and they Tell you to call legacy and they tell you to contact A&I which leaves you going in circles they dont communicate are extremely disorganized and dont return phone calls and I have a feeling they are going to want to charge me a fee to dissolve the trust even though its their fault that I signed up for it not knowing what I signed up for because they failed to educate me on exactly how hard itd be to gain access to money thats rightfully mine

RETAIN ANOTHER LAW FIRM THIS 1 IS ZERO STARS Communication is absolutely 100% important when youve been injured. THEY HAVE ZERO COMMUNICATION. Sometimes a couple weeks without an email reply. The only person at Arnold and Itkin that is worth anything, Is Caj Boatright. As far as the rest of the staff, I did more work on my case than Lori Bailey she was horrible, any and all secretarys, doctor coordinator, travel coordinator (on day of travel I had to remind them to book my flight). I gave them many many many zeros in legal fees. And when I ask for doctor reports so I can get disability. They have the balls to charge me $600+ I will never use and never refer them to anyone. I absolutely do not recommend using this law office for your astroworld lawsuit. They sent me a letter telling me I m failing to communicate when I have documented proof I ve stayed in contact with them. They sent a letter saying they ve called and emailed and sent mail well the strange part is none of that happened I regularly check my mail and email as well as my voicemails and text messages. Why should I keep them as attorneys on such a important case when they can t even take the time to call me or email or mail a letter? As your attorney with the cut their taking from your settlement they should be more effective and actually work on your case.
