Blue Sky, in my opinion, makes some of the best burgers around. Thick, juicy and cooked just how you like it. Fries are good. Service is fairly fast. Their shakes are made with genuine Blue Bell ice cream. For a great burger/cheeseburger it s one of my favorite places to go.

First time going and didnt know what to expect. I was not aware the only alcoholic drinks they offered was beer so was kind of a bummer. They do have fountain drinks & a variety of different teas. Miserable, rude staff and an unfit manager-on-duty (7pm 12/22/23). We have always had trouble with to-go. The folks who work it are always rude on the phone and at the window. Tonight, we waited at the window for 5 minutes with no service. The cooks looked our way several times and the only acknowledgment from the was one pointing and laughing at us when it started to hail. The woman finally came to the window with the worst attitude I ve ever seen and ended up slamming it on our face (after leaving food out of our order). When we called in for a manager, his response was oh. I have no words I guess. You can tell the wonderful attitude starts at the top. Again, the staff has never been warm and I ve bit my tongue so many times - but this was the straw! I hope ownership cares? But it doesn t seem like it with a crew like that. Bad job guys.

Food was very authentic in the homemade taste category. The special thing about it was that it wasnt bland, or over seasoned. It tasted like something the cook in your family threw together. Staff was ok, nobody went above and beyond. They ran out of coconut tea and put a wait time on it.. why when you should have it premade in the back knowing your about to run out? The place was very small and compact, definitely need a bigger unit. All of that said, I recommend going between 2pm and 4pm for the best experience. Good luck working class.

Blue Sky is great, great drinks, great food, great staff. We ordered a hamburger and 2 Modelo. If you want to get fríes and drinks, it comes by separated. The burger was tasty, super crunchy, fresco and juicy, the fríes were over fried, however delicious! The room was crowded, clean and enjoyable. Its definitely a family place, children are welcome, and they do not have dress code. Plenty of parking cz they are in a mall. The staff was super friendly and happy. The room has a nice decoration, and tv to watch videos and games. This place is located in Midland, Texas Definitely a place to come back.

Have been to Blue Sky several times and the food has always been good. Today upon entering we were not greeted by anyone and the cashier Madison seemed to hate life, her job and annoyed to have to take our order. That right there set the tone for our dining experience today. Place was busy but drink station was not very clean and while our table was just clean it was unkempt throughout the place. We received our food fairly quickly and got to our table hot. Husband had a mushroom Swiss and I a Texas Cheesesteak. Both were ok but I had envisioned my cheese steak on more of a roll and not a burger bun with sliced American cheese. I will go again and hope that next time my experience is a bit better. I would like to note we did tell a manager of our ordering experience and he did say he would talk with the girl he stated they all were a bit frazzled but she shouldn t show it to the customers.

Got my order a little wrong (the burger didnt have the grilled mushrooms and onions I ordered) but it didnt matter because it was a delicious burger for a fair price (the burger was bigger than expected). Best sweet potato fries Ive had in a while and staff were very nice.

Tried the bacon cheeseburger, fries with fried cheese sticks. Wasnt disappointed Thank you Blue Sky Texas. Exactly how I ordered it and tasted amazing. Staff was polite, and great customer service throughout the whole restaurant. Ill be coming back.

Blue Sky s food is delicious for what it is! I don t come here expecting a pretty burger or a healthy meal, haha. I come here when I m craving something greasy and delicious. Their fries are some of the best in the area! The atmosphere is always super comfortable inside as seating is plenty and there is always good music playing. The serve yourself fountain drinks are a big plus in my book too. But really what keeps me coming back here is the exceptional service. I recently was on the receiving end of a not-so-great situation while trying to place and pick up an order at their drive thru window. Something didn t feel right so I messaged Blue Sky on Facebook and got an almost immediate response from their general manager, Craig. Craig went above and beyond my expectations to correct the situation and ensure my satisfaction .all on a Sunday evening. Based upon my experience with Craig, I ll be a customer for as long as we live here. It s not often that you encounter employees and even managers who truly care anymore, but that s not the case here. Blue Sky, I hope you do everything you can to keep Craig around because he truly is a gem and asset to your company! Kid-friendliness: Sandbox outside for littles to play in when the weather allows! Overall a loud , relaxed environment that welcomes families and kids.
