I m soo very thankful and grateful to Ms. Markham. She helped counsel me during one of the most difficult times of my life. My grandmother was in terrible health with a few days given to her. Ms. Markham handled my case with professionalism, timeliness and compassion in creating a Last Will, Transfer of Property and other documents necessary for end of life preparations. In 2021 I had a legal problem with my spouse and needed someone to assist me regarding the options available. I needed a protection order to keep me safe. That is when my family and I researched attorneys in Family Law. Our research lead us to Bloodworth Law Firm, P.L.L.C.; William Douglas Bloodworth II which was highly rated. This was the absolute best attorney to solve my dilemma and the most excellent and outstanding firm in Conroe /The Woodlands and Huntsville Texas in my opinion. In November of 2021, the court issued a two year protection order. My spouse kept threatening to come after me when the order expired. At that time, it was apparent my problem would not end without further legal protection. I came to the conclusion, the marriage of fifty five years would no longer be safe for me. Therefore, I sought a divorce and was granted in the 418th Judicial Court; Montgomery County, Texas. After two years, I again acquired Bloodworth Law Firm to be my attorney in order to seek a permanent protection order. No one wants to go through a divorce but if you do, make sure you have the best team by your side. Ms. Markham and her team did an amazing job with my divorce. I needed help with my divorce and struggled with understanding how to handle custody of my son. I m thankful for Bloodworth Law Firm! Before visiting them I previously went to 2 other consultations to be sure I was making the right decision and I could trust the person helping me through not only with my divorce but custody of my son which is the most important thing! This is a great law firm we have had the pleasure of using their services. It begins in the first point of contact we had with Bloodworth Law Firm. At the time, I was searching for a competent law firm that was knowledgeable about my situation. I had an extremely tough false paternity and child support case that I needed someone to listen to and for someone to analyze if the situation was a fit for both parties. We had so many questions. I looked around and called many, but many either charged an initial fee for hearing my case or was neither competent nor available (didnt pick up my calls). From the very first call to the Bloodworth office, they listened very carefully of the details, answered my questions and then determined the fitness of the case to their competency. I think we spent almost 40 minutes of FREE legal talk and probably a few more 20-30 minute calls to continue talking about the case, verifying details, and finally beginning the service. I felt extremely comfortable with them handling my case from then on. They went straight to work from day ONE by quickly filing our case and getting ready to fight. Their team is organized with a good online case system that tracks all legal documents in a professional manner. If it had not been for their openess and willingness to hear my case, we would not have WON our crazy and outrageous paternity and child support case, which was in Conroe, TX. Our case went nearly as far as the Supreme Court. While the case was mediated, Mr. Bloodworth said and did precisely the right things in the right way with the right strength of character. It was as if he was a powerful legal extension of me to do the job that needed to be done. Not only that, Mr. Bloodworth made swift tactical moves along with me to seal the deal and take us home our victory, which to be frank, was a victory for all parties. I can sleep well at night knowing that the case is behind me. I can move forward with my life instead of looking at the past. And I did that because of perseverance of Bloodworth Law Firms willingness to take the fight and see it all the way through to the end. Chose this practice after being poorly represented by a different attorney in Conroe, TX. I felt like Bloodworth paid great attention to my case and would explore every possible avenue/outcome. He would sit down with me and my family one on one, face to face and discuss all available options. He and his office called regularly and communication/transparency was never an issue. I got what I wanted out of my divorce case. I only wish that I was represented by Bloodworth since the beginning.

I was looking for an attorney to help me with estate planning - since I have only been in this area about 2 years, I begin by reading reviews from clients who had this kind of work done. I was impressed by what was said about William Bloodworth and his firm. I mapped where he was located and liked that he was in a very nice business complex - no tall buildings where you have to search for parking spaces. Mr. Bloodworth was extremely informative on my initial visit - he knows his stuff. At the final Trust Signing Ceremony, he was patient with my questions and I was amazed to see what thorough work had been done on the Trust. The Trust was placed in what I thought would be a basic black plastic binder, but instead it is a beautiful binder that would rival any book in a Harvard library, which is so special because it carries inside of it what represents my love for someone so precious to me.

My world was turned upside down when I learned my husband was living a double life in another state. I felt cheated, used, hurt and discarded. I was prepared to hire the Bloodworth Law Firm, but after a consultation with Tina, a Sr. Paralegal for Mr. Bloodworth, it turned out that I had everything already taken care of and didnt need to hire them. Tina was so kind and so knowledgeable and the areas that she wasnt an expert in, she referred me to an expert in that field. I really appreciate the time she spent with me going over our situation. I would highly recommend at least getting a consultation with them to see if they would be a right fit for you. I would give Tina 5 stars definitely! The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because I cant personally attest to Mr. Bloodworths expertise.

I was referred to Bloodworth Law firm by a cousin who was represented by Mr.Bloodworth on her divorce. When I called the office I was very nervous and the staff immediately went to work on asking me questions and making me feel at ease about my situation on filing for a divorce. I have consulted 2 Austin Attorneys, four Attorneys in Houston, three Attorneys in Fort Bent, and two Attorneys in Montgomery county before consulting Mr. Bloodworth and only Mr. Bloodworth believed in the spirit of my claim, he understood what was at stake (my childrens well being) in modification of parental relationships, he understood my family case, and most of all he believed in the cause. He solved in three hearings what the rest of the attorneys I consulted advised me was not possible. Mr. Bloodworth not only made it possible, he litigated in a cleaned fashion, fair, and above the standards I expected. Although I have not hired for my divorce, being that I need someone who is licensed in Oklahoma, this firm seems amazing so far. This guy is a joke... He dresses like a circus clown in court(think Saul Goodman, only worse.) If youre getting a divorce, find someone else. He will let you get walked all over. Mr. Bloodworth and his staff helped me work through the process of leaving and overcoming an emotionally and physically abusive relationship, while maintaining both the safety of my young daughter and myself.
