Update: why do the employees park in the ordering stalls? There is employee parking next to the building. App works SOME of the time. Keep getting an error saying something went wrong and try again. Would be nice if the stalls had numbers you could see when the display is turned off or broken. Food is always correct. They have good iced tea so far.

The burger tasted like it was old meat. The tots werent crispy ,and my stomach hurts now. There was a time when this food was delicious, to me in my personal opinion the quality control is lacking . Yeah I think for me and my family no more going to any of these places . Im sure there are those that love it ,it was a great drive in ,rich in history ,I mean the servers use to skate to get you your food . Now its in my experience rude teens , poor taste ,no quality control , wheres the leadership ?. What happened?. Yeah I think Ill just stick to making my own food Id feel better if I could get a refund, but that wont happen.

We ordered 1 slush and 4 ice waters and sat out side for 25 minutes waiting on our order. We watched as every one was served and not one person looked are way. We got out to check on the ordered and waited another 5 minutes for someone to come to the door to see what the problem was. Pulled up at 7:50 pulled out at 8:16.

Rudest sonic ever . It was just a of kids being rude on the mic and I can t even finish my order on the mic when she kept interrupting me . She even thought it was funny to say no when I asked for an item like what kind of establishment is this . Sonic do better like for real I spent 40 dollars there and the food also all come out bad and burnt like why I never been to an establishment that poorly ran. This location off of midkiff is horrible they are so slow EVERY TIME I come, as soon as you press the button they say i ll be right with you and i ve loyally been sitting here for 34 minutes and JUST got someone to ask for my order, the only reason I say her was because I had already paid for it on the app hoping that would take less time but as usual that didn t change anything. The food was dry. I got an extra long chili cheese coney, tots and a drink...drinks from sonic, are always bussin! My coney was just so dry, the bun tasted stale, as was the service. Like, I really, get annoyed when the person that takes your order, kept saying, anything else?- and what else? They hurry you, and they try to speed up your order, just to come across as RUDE. Its just so hard to choose, when you, have so much to offer from your menu! But, overall, love the drinks and the sonic food is an all time favorite!

So my wife and son came to visit after hard weeks of work. Finally, we get to even sit w one another to enjoy a said meal. We order some Conies and slushes, we get a kids meal burger w a milk. My wifes drink is horribly foamy yeah foamy up on top w clunks of strawberry. They also forgot my sons milk after ordering twice requesting his drink. At the end I shared mine w my wife and son. I love Sonic ice and have been buying it by the bag, (over $5 per bag) for the past few years. I went to Sonic a few days ago to get ice. I was told they no longer sold ice by the bag. Im not a genius but a bag that was a VERY small bag to start with for over $5 a bag had to be a money maker for Sonic. I know several people who bought bagged ice several times a week just like I did so they had to be giving up a very profitable item for them. The profit margin on a small $5 bag of ice had to be ridiculously high. I will never understand why they would give up that easy money or why they would disappoint and anger so many loyal customers behind something so profitable....but they did and I will take my business elsewhere from now on. I dont want to spend my money with an establishment that doesnt care about their customers wants and it becomes something thats all about them and not their loyal customers.

Ordered 2 drinks, corn dog, pretzel and mozzarella sticks. Alert on menu said order in the way. 18 min later, I go up to check. They check on it. Another 5 minute later and it finally came. Said they were waiting on corn dog. IE they forgot it. Then brought a coke instead of diet coke. So another 8 min. Just dumb, dont tell me the order is on the way till the car hop is actually headed out.

Doesn t matter what sonic you go to in midland they all get orders wrong quit often and will not provide utensils, packets of condiments or anything extra unless asked more than three times for it. Will charge .25 cents to remove ice from your drink even if returned completely. Plus foods almost always cold by the time it gets out to us.

Sonic on Midkiff Rd. The other night me and my husband we re hungry and felt Sonic sounded perfect. It was at night time when we went but didn t notice exactly what time it was and I thought that I knew Sonic closed at midnight. Pulling in we saw cars there the lights were on so we pulled into our area and ordered with no problem the girl that took our order was very nice. Soon after paying I noticed a truck pull in beside us rolled down his window and said something to the speaker, my window was rolled up so I didn t hear what was said but right after the truck drives away. And at that moment me and my husband look at each and started questioning the closing time. Looking on google the Sonic we went to closed at 10pm, looking at the clock is was 10:45pm and turns out there is only one sonic in town that closes at midnight. Then we started wondering why would they take our order if they closed an hour ago??? The food finally gets delivered and we apologized the girl smiled said no worries it s fine we thanked her and we left. Getting home I m unpacking the bags and noticed both sandwiches were super thick, opening mine I found 3 very thick tomato slices, I like tomatoes so I was fine with that then turning over the sandwich to be face up the side was drenched in mayonnaise. They put so much mayonnaise it was all over the bread, now I like mayonnaise so I didn t complain but I did have to use a new napkin after every bite ..then my husband opens his burger to find they had also drowned his in mayonnaise. You could barely tell there was any pickles or lettuce because there was so much mayo. I understand mistakes are made but this did not seem to be a mistake for both of the sandwiches to be swimming in Mayo .Anyway!! I would have rather been told they were closed then for them to pull something like that.

Very disappointed, I ordered and paid for a double meat with mustard, jalapeño, all the way, super size French fries and cherry limeade to go. Received a hamburger with mayonnaise and no jalapeño, no fries, asked them for my fries and they brought gave me a small order of fries. I tipped the carbon $5.00. Never will go there again. Ill just go to Texas Burger. Sonic has gave me the wrong order three times now and the last time the Mgr refused to correct it so we left, I discovered I received the wrong hamburger when I got home.
