Everything was great when we first contacted the firm. We were able to get right in for a consultation. We paid our retainer fee and waited for further instruction. When it was time to go to court and have all the documents in order, there was a big confusion on who the attorneys were representing and for what. The Attorney General screwed up and made it seem like they were suing us for back child support, which we were never ordered to pay since we are the custodial parents and the mother was entitled to pay. During the case, there were arguments brought up that shouldnt have even been an issue on our side with the Attorney Generals office from our own attorney. After the case was done, there was no communication from anyone. We didnt know what to do next, except wait. Today we receive a call to see if they need to close out our case. Michael asked if I had any questions, and when I would ask, he would speak to me like I was incompetent and didnt know anything about the situation. This isnt my first custody case. I was just asking about what to expect next and I couldnt get a word in to explain the questions I was asking. Then he offered more of their services to do an enforcement which I was trying to find out if I needed to do anything to enforce the new orders. I finally got frustrated and told him just close the case. Maybe next time dont speak to your clients like youre the smartest person in the room and listen to the whole situation before giving your opinion. Or maybe, ask the attorney that handled the case in your office to see if anything else needed to be done.

Run away from this place. Dont even consider them. Fransheska should be fired and the rest do not care. It is incredibly hard to get answers from them since they are so bad at communicating and wont return messages or calls until days later despite how many times you call or text. My friend who employed them found out that Fransheska was taking bribes from the opposing party and it made complete sense based on the horrible legal advice she was trying to coerce my friend into taking. Fransheska was feeding the opposing party so much information about the case. She also then tried to convince my friend to take actions that would hurt them and help the opposing party, even when it went against basic common sense. Luckily, my friend switched lawyers in time and the case (now closed) was able to have a successful outcome. It wasnt because of Eaton though. The new lawyer was shocked at the monstrosity of a job this firm had done and how they had done absolutely nothing in the months that they had this case. A truly disappointing firm that needs employees to be fired in order to have a remote chance of being good.

I ve never had to deal with lawyers and this was the worst experience of my life. Hiring them to represent me in a divorce was a huge mistake. This firm is unprofessional, dishonest, unethical, and, in my opinion, very shady. Just google the firm s namesake and you ll find out everything you need to know before making a decision.

My ex hired this joke of a law firm. Over payment of child support. The first set of paperwork was never filed correctly by this firm so back to court we went. Second time the attorney representing him had no clue how much was owed and again never checked with the Child Support office that they never opened a current case. Case was opened but the withholding order they filed was not so again no payments were applied. Third time in court Zachary Sanders still had not a lie how much was ordered to pay. Told me it was my problem to get his client get money they had no culpability. This was 8-30-2023. Literally filed paperwork yesterday after two other lawyers from the firm had to help him out. Don t waste your money on these charlatans.

The Eaton Law Firm helped one of my best friends recieve FULL CUSTODY of her daughter. This little girl has been through so much at the hands of her father. My friend went to several law offices with the sole request to obtain Full Custody only to be told it probably wouldnt happen. She didnt settle for a probably, so she continued searching for someone who would fight like hell for her and her daughter. Thats when she found The Eaton Law Firm. We know everyones circumstances are different, however if you want someone who listens, who is persistent and determined... dont walk... RUN to The Eaton Law Firm!
