We arrived 30 minutes prior to the posted closing time. They told me my 3 yr old couldnt use the rest room because they had already been cleaned and were closed. As a result my 3yr old had an accident which only further irritated the staff

Ordered a 2 piece fish combo with rice and fries, I added a piece of chicken for $2.50 on the side. Tell me why I got fries and green beans? Green beans look nothing like rice. And to top it off I paid $2.50 for a chicken nugget. WTH man y all increasing prices and shrinking food portions. Hope y all s greed ruins your company.

Just left Midland Long John Silvers on Andrews Hwy. Awful service! Guy at drive thru who took order said at 9:35pm they had 3 pieces of fish & 2 chicken planks left & not putting down anymore food since closing at 10pm. I ordered a fish & more combo added 3 shrimp. He rudely informed me no shrimp, no crumbs, and short on help! He said didnt even have enough food to fill order for car in front of me! Wow! I hadnt been to Long John Silvers in quite awhile & now I remember why!

I go to LJS all the time and I ve never gotten food like I got today. I m pretty sure the corn is several days old as well as the coleslaw. The shrimp most definitely is from yesterday! Now I m paranoid about going back! Recommended dishes Dr Pepper, Two Fish Combo, Coleslaw

My crew and I were doing a job in the area and one of them remanised about the place. We had chicken, fish,and popcorn shrimp combos. Update: the food has got a lot better. One weird thing when I picked up my order it was in a raisin canes sack? Since COVID this place has gone way down hill. The fish is cut so thin now its tuff like leather. I used to love this place. But the quality of the food is unacceptable.

We had to wait an exorbitant amount of time just to order, there were 2 vehicles in front of us. When we finally ordered we were told it would another 15 minutes to get our food. Our good was hot as it should be, but the wait was terrible. They shouldve thrown a free piece of fish in there or gave a free dessert.

My boyfriend and I had just about given up on LJS. The last few years we had gotten cold, rubbery, overcooked or double cooked food, and wrong orders at every location wed been to. Two weeks ago we came to the Andrews Hwy location and was blown away at how good the food and service was! It was hot, fresh, and quick. Thinking it must have been a fluke, we went back a week later and it was just as good. If only all Long John Silvers was this good, they might make enough money to start updating their buildings! Shout out to Andrews Hwy LJS, thats how it should be done!

Normally I really like Long John Silvers. However this time I was greatly disappointed. I ordered just 2 pieces of fish. When I got to the window and I paid and she handed me my food I asked for tartar sauce and vinegar. She said it was in the bag. I drove off into the parking lot stopped because I was gonna dress up my fish. And no tartar sauce or vinegar. So I pulled into the parking lot because I had to go in to this store to get the stuff I needed. I waited in line for the other person in front of me to finish. I told him that I was in the drive-through and had asked for the tartar sauce and vinegar and did not get it. And 2 people said oh you can go over there and get it. I felt that at least one of them should have said Im sorry or showed some kind of concern. I wasnt asking for anything special I didnt want my money. I just felt like they really didnt care at all!

Went through the drive thru window and asked for several of the different condiments, but with 3 meals we only received 5 packets of malt vinegar. None of the others(cocktail, ketchup, tarter, salt, pepper, plasticwear, napkins) were included, so I had to go inside to get what had already been asked for, at the window. The employee was very discourteous and complained about my entering the establishment (it seems the inside dining had closed), and told me that they were low on their condiments, so thats why we only received 5 malt vinegar packets. Continued customer service like this, will likely result in LJS Midland locations closing.

I came in around 2:00 and the two ladies in the front were super friendly and helpful. Someone put my order together as I was ordering so there was really no wait time for the food. My food was slightly warm as I sat down however I could tell it had been sitting already made for some time. Taste was the same as it always has been but it wasnt the best since it wasnt fresh. If they would have made everything fresh it would have definitely been 5 stars.
