Customer service is terrible, lady walked off on me while trying to order something else, she sent another employee and re asked for my order which as well had an attitude. I was just trying to enjoy my self a drink after a long day!!!!

Arrived at this place. Asked for a drink in spanish, girl just walked off. Another lady who took my order was very dry. Customer service is what makes a bussines run. In my personal opinion. You lost a customer. Customer satisfaction at its finest!!! If you don t like your job, don t make the bussines loose customers!!

Ordered a frozen margarita. Needless to say it was not very good. The texture was very different. Didnt taste any tequila. Thought being in west Texas it would have been good. Guess I will stick to ours in Louisiana. Being we are the daiquiri kings. Service was excellent. Cant complain there.

I had a horrible experience with one of your midland Texas location!!from when we pulled up as in the drive way giving us an ugly look . Then asked us twice what was our order and yes we didn t give her tip for having such a horrible attitude and we didn t know they closed at 10pm instead of 12 then she told us aww last minute and no tip yes no tip for giving us a nasty attitude with poor customer service.The girl in glasses and black shirt on July 3rd at 10:02pm. She could ve told us I m sorry we close at 10 today and we would ve happily left with no issue.

I drove through almost 4 years and gave this place a 5 star review. Everything was great! I went back yesterday, and had less than a satisfying experience. Let me say first off, the girl helping me was super sweet and super new. It took well over 15 minutes for her to fix one medium drink, bag 20 syringe shots and bag two bags of ice (that werent tied, so ice went everywhere). There were 3 other girls in there with her, and not one of them helped her prepare my order. I was the only vehicle in line at the time. Employees CAN make or break a business. Team work is the key to any successful business anywhere you go, and it can definitely drive people away where there is none. Help your new co workers and teach them!

I bought two drinks for almost $30 one of the drinks was so good the other one was super sweet , I call to let them know all they said was to purchase another drink !! Like really if it was $5 okay then but almost 15 for one drink ?! SMH never again

A one stop shop for a fun evening at home, or to stock up for a party. There are infinite varieties of frozen daiquiris and margs, Jell-O shots, and a wide beer selection. Even better, it is all available through a drive-thru, which is so convenient on bad weather days.

Worst strawberry daiquiri Ive ever had. No real strawberries, its the gross strawberry powder or something. Definitely wont go back. Husband said his bloody mary was good.

Great costumer service the girls are very friendly!! The drinks are a fraud though, we have been there a few times and every single one of them we have gotten different drinks, (bob marley, Scooby snack, little mermaid etc). no matter what we get either they don t have real alcohol or I don t know what happens, last time we got red bull with whisky or something like that (their recommendation) she mentioned they come with 6 shots so we added two more and those drinks didn t do anything to us. We are not big drinkers and still didn t get as single sign of buzz or at least a feeling that we were drinking alcohol.

Eskimo-Hut Adult -Beverages has the job down! The staff is friendly and smiling, the drive through is clean and lit well with suggestions on screens displayed for customers to see with ease... The staff is very product knowledgeable, and helpful....Giving insight to the best-sellers and tastiest beverages offered, or deal of the day!! Yet if you desire CBD drops they can add them or even get some with extra shots! (I usually get 2!) Some drink names are humorous as would be expected yet the combination meshes well and meets customer needs. The Menu is extensive and adventurous!!!! sealed packaging keeps you within the law upon purchase! The beverages are mixed well ad taste amazing! They also stay frozen on the drive home I am about 10 mins away! Stop into the Eskimo hut on a Friday and pick up a 20 oz. Big Daddy! You wont regret it!!! Drink Responsibly

I love this place cause they make the best strawberry margaritas plus that the only place I buy the bags of crushed ice n I go there to buy me a large coke Ive been to buy cokes with ice from so many stores and their cokes are all flat but not Eskimo Hut their drinks arent flat just perfect and love all my girls that work there they are all so nice n friendly Ive heard stories that the workers there are all so rude n not nice which theyre wrong this girls are all so nice and friendly they always have what youre looking for at Eskimo Hut I recommend this place to everbody.
