The employees were rude and rushing every one. I ordered the 7.98 kids meal and they charged a 1.00 extra bc it was shrimp and then they only put 4 pieces of shrimp in the box and they were cold and rubbery. Definitely not the friendly service like the past. It cost almost as much as a bowl which we ordered as well and rice is about all that was in the bowl. Its not fair to pay almost 40 for 2 kids and 1 bowl with 2egg rolls and not have any food.

Solid Panda location for Midland. We have never had a bad experience here. I like to get the three meat plate and share with the wife to leave room for ice cream. We both get full of the plate. Food : 5/5

I wish the management at panda express would take into consideration the amount of food they serve right now. They extremely decreased the quantity served by more than half. The taste is nothing like it was before. Terrible customer service. The staff is so lacking in good customer service that they only serve the food almost by throwing it on the trays. I understand the rush because of the number of people who arrive at the place; but they must take their time for each client. Because we are not in military service

I was happy until the young man fixed my plate and the portions was small. I asked him could he add 2 more red pepper and he had to ask some lady could he give me some more peppers and her reply was no. This place was trash through and through. When we placed our order in the drive through, the lady spoke to us as if she was highly annoyed and when we went to pay her at the window she had the most attitude like we ruined her day just by being there. I had a pick 2 (grilled teriyaki chicken, orange chicken, and fried rice) and 2 orders of Rangoons bc I love rangoons. The grilled teriyaki chicken tasted like Vienna sausages. The fried rice was completely dry and stale, and the rangoons were the biggest disappointment. It tasted like hot wet. No flavor at all. Just hot wet tofu consistency stuff. I guess thats what I get for cheating on Kung Fu Express. Definitely do not recommend.

Panda used to be my favorite place to eat. Lately, there s ALWAYS something wrong. Whether it s burnt rice, nasty chow mein, not only do they charge extra for shrimp, they add nothing but vegetables and only 1 piece of shrimp. I m not sure who is now running that place but at this point they need to shut it down.

What the heck is going on with this location? I used to always come here just for the teriyaki chicken, I moved away a few years ago and came back to this location after moving back in to town and wasn t expecting to get served some nasty food. The chicken looked liked they threw in the grill tossed it once and took it out right away, they must not know that chicken is supposed to be cooked thoroughly, and besides it was tasteless. And the rest of the food wasn t any better. I accidentally ordered kung pao thicken and asked if I could have changed before I paid for my order it looked looked like the person in the register didn t like me changing the it and was and rolled her eyes and had attitude.

For some reason this location doesnt bother to provide any of the mixed vegetables. If you want it you have to wait 5 minutes to have it made up fresh. Im ok with this, because Id rather have it fresh anyway. This trip I waited long past 5 minutes, then the line built up and 15 minutes passed before I could get the counter persons system. I told them it was over 15 minutes and when they asked the cook for the vegetables they were sitting on the counter getting cold. Like what, did he think they asked him to make a special vegetable order for fun? Finally got my food 20 minutes after ordering. It was ok, normal Panda Express fare which is ho-hum at best but it was edible. They dont bother to make unsweetened tea either, so as a person who doesnt do sugar Or diet soda my choice was water. If you like Panda the food is no better or worse than any other location. Vegetarian options: They dont have anything made up, but if youre willing to wait they can accommodate you.

I walked in the store an It took over 10 minutes for my order to be taken. No one was inside the store. No one was in drive through. Finally, I got my order taken when you sat down to eat. It seemed when I got here nobody wanted to cook. There was a lot of empty dishes today. I asked how long it would be for shrimp or for chicken eggrolls they told me like 15 to 25 minutes. People were very rude. The food is good here but normally i dont like when my kids asked to go here because the employees are usually pretty rude everyone always seems like theyre in a bad mood. The other night we went here and it was normal as usually except when we went to pay the cashier I believe his name was Said or Siad (he is a young guy with short brown/blonde hair) was so nice and so friendly and helpful and honestly made our experience so much better! They then did not offer a refund for the cup I could not use. Dietary restrictions: If you can t have it do not want soft drinks don t buy a cup.

The quality of the food has really gone downhill. It seems they are not making the recipes correctly because the last couple times I have gone, they barely put any chicken in the entrees. I love the taste of the black pepper chicken and they have started putting so much celery and onions that I literally got 3 chunks of chicken in the whole entree. As I am aware that some entrees you order will have vegetables, there should never be more vegetables than meat when ordering an entree. I guarantee they re not doing he correct portions in their recipes because there should never be a full section of the box still completely full after picking out the meat. They also don t ever answer their phone anytime I try to call either. This location is disappointing.

Very disappointed in this restaurant. I love the food. However, they have made the portions smaller in a smaller box but have raised their prices. Honey walnut shrimp is what always get with the teriyaki chicken. The shrimp used to be large but now they are very small. They hardly ever have the teriyaki chicken. The lady at the drive thru was a bit rude and didn t want to be bothered. I enjoy the food but the restaurant has definitely gone down hill.

I work for one of those online delivery services. I watched dozens of people walk in or go through the drive through, in and out within a few minutes, while I am still waiting for the online order to be ready for delivery about 40 minutes later. Online orders should not be a lower priority than in person orders. Even a customer who ordered for himself and came to pick up had been kept waiting at least 20 minutes.

I thought my bag felt light when I received my Grub Hub order . this is the worst I ve ever had Panda Express and I am very disappointed that they are treating Grub Hub orders with such poor quality. I ordered Chow Mein with beef broccoli and kung pow chicken. There were 5 pieces of undercooked broccoli that tastes like dirt and 1 large chunk that looks to be fat of beef and that s it. The chow mein is cold and overall the plate is light compared to what I would receive had I eaten inside the restaurant.

I m frustrated to say the least. I ve been wanting some Panda Express lately as it sounded great. Yet I can t seem to get any. Yesterday I went by the drive through, after waiting for a long period of time and beginning to lose hope the vehicles start to move. Finally my turn and they tell me the drive through is closed and only the inside is available. I was upset for sure. I had a car full of kids, no chance I was going inside. So Today I decide I m going to call ahead so I don t get there and get upset again. It rings and rings then prompted to nobody answering it hangs up. I call again. Someone finally picks up. I ask if the drive through is open today and they say they are completely closed today ..it s a Saturday. I just simply said Ok and hung up.
