I tried to return a Sephora package but FedEx resist to take it because my makeup has alcoholic content . They told me I have to go to the 2001 W shipment center. But I was guided to go to this shipment place on their website! since it s a return and FedEx should have known what s inside! They should have informed me before I drove here!!! Luckily the lady at Sephora helps me return the item and I hope they can stay away from FedEx in future shipments. Never encounter this issue at UPS.

What do I even say about this FedEx. This center was supposed to ship two packages containing documents and passport to the same location. However they split the packages and FedEx delivered one and the other has is missing but they updated the delivery as delivered. We haven t found the documents yet. Irresponsible overnight shipping from FedEx and I would never use it again.

This place is awesome. Went by to print some invitations for my daughter s birthday party. I was having trouble with one of the self serve printers and because they were busy I couldn t get help. After almost leaving frustrated, Dustin to the rescue! He got the files off the flash drive I had and didn t even charge me for them because I had to wait so long. The icing on the cake was he gave both my children free rice krispy treats to keep them occupied. Can t recommend this place enough!

I had to return ATT direct tv box back. The staff gave me the mailing confirmation and told to take a picture of the confirmation so ATT wouldn t try to charge me for not returning. I did. And just like, 2 months later ATT charged me $135 for not returning the equipment thankfully I had a photo copy of the return receipt on my phone and was credited for the charge. Very much appreciated friendly, knowledgeable staff!!!

I ve never been to this FedEx location. I called before coming and Spencer picked up the phone. His customer service skills were exceptional on the phone and in person. He helped me print the necessary forms I needed for my my FedEx package and I didn t have to wait. He made me feel at ease and was just so helpful and understanding. I really appreciated his kindness and assistance. I will definitely come back to this awesome FedEx location for any future shipping!

Went in to get our passport photos. The woman that helped us was very nice, informative, and helpful. I had in a no sleeve top, and she told me that the pics have to have covered shoulders. Since its been in the high 90s/low 100s, I didnt have a sweater in the car. She gave suggestions on whare to get a cover-up. When we got back, she took 2 pics and selected the better of them for us.

They lost a package with my Samsung phone (trade value approx $290). Shipping label provided by Samsung. So no credit to my new Samsung purchase because Samsung says they never received my trade in phone and no claim from FedEx because they say Someone else paid for the shipping. Yeah. You cant win because it all virtual assistant. I was not surprised by claim denial. Claims are processed to find something to deny claims.

I needed to have two items spiral bound for a proposal presentation tomorrow. I called three different Office Depots and they all told me they couldnt turn it around that fast. I called this FedEx ship store and they said it would be no problem so I drove to the store. Ten minutes later proposals were professionally bound. Everyone there was helpful and polite.

The customer service team at this location is beyond awesome! They make sure to take care of your needs even when they are busy. They want to help. I was struggling to take care of my documents, prints, return labels. The guys walks over helps me arrange, sort our my documents and assists me in shipping. Beyond helpful! I was running into the last few mins before store closure, the store manager was patient and respectful in accommodating my deadline with a smile! Quality service thrives by example, they know what they are doing, I wouldnt go to another shipping and printing store and risk my experience! Thank you team.

Guys working at this location are beyond awesome! I had just one page to print, which brought them probably not more than 10 cents. Still they printed it (the doc had issues) for me, put in an envelope and handed over to me with big smiles. I was almost losing in customer services in the USA but these guys proved still some great customer service exists.

Nice employees, but - they refused to ship my package due to the box not being structurally sufficient. Claimed no one would ship it in its condition and that I needed a new box. Went down the street to the FedEx location off of 183/45 and they shipped it no problem.

Clerk tried to refuse this damaged package that was delivered to my door damaged by their delivery services. Here are the photos of it when it was dropped at my doorstep so damaged you could see the product inside and the damage to the part in the box. This is the second FedEx package Beaten up and left at my doorstep, FedEx use to be the best I guess things have changed. Tried to email FedEx directly since I have the photos time stamped at the time of delivery.

Ive been trying to get a package that has been in a loop for three weeks. I called up this location and got Ken. He gave me some advice on how to avoid the issue in the future, and what the status of the package was. Unfortunately a different rep of FedEx already returned to sender my package, so I still dont have it, but Im happy to have Kens solution for future packages.

Why arent your drivers wearing face coverings???? I run a business in Cedar Park, which is under a city ordinance for everyone to wear face masks. The State of Texas is also requiring face masks. I have repeatedly asked your driver to wear a face mask but he refuses. Do Fedex care so little about their customers and the general public that they cant even be bothered to wear a face mask??? Very disappointing.

The employee did not want to be bothered. I had a package to pick up. I was the only one in the store. I think I heard some kind of greeting. Once he got to me, I had a question as to why I had to pick up this package as all mine over the past 6 years have always been delivered at my gate. His response-I don t know. I asked him if there was a way to let Fed Ex know to always deliver my packages and again-I don t know. He was too busy for me. I will only go here to pick up packages-won t use the services otherwise. I did call Fed Ex at the 800 number and the lady was extremely helpful and explained it completely. Too bad the man in the store couldn t have told me to at least call the 800 number. Poor poor customer service.

Usually, I would give this store 4 or 5 star but today how I was treated by Dana & his co worker was uncall for. They lack professionalism and understanding. It was very challenging to communicate with these employees. I had to call Fedex customer a service to get some understanding. I come here pretty regularly and have never had a bad experience. From the manager to the team members they are both polite and helpful. I just left FedEx after trying unsuccessfully to download a barcode to print a package and for the 14 minutes I was in there struggling with something that didnt work as a result of my own error, the manager was incredibly helpful and tried everything he could to help me correct the issue. I highly recommend this FedEx Office location.

Tiffany was just awesome! Friendly and yet still professional; she helped me print out some last minute pics for my sons project and cropped them into photo sizes, cut them, cleaned them up and I was outta there in less than 20 minutes. Office depot told me that what I wanted wouldnt be ready until tomorrow and when I called FedEx, it was a last ditch effort since we had just moved here a month ago. Tiffany helped both on the phone and on the floor. Thanks Tiffany...youre a blessing to both FedEx and my son.

I like this place because they will hold stuff for you if you arent home to sign for it. You just have to go customize your delivery and select this FedEx Office and then when you are home from work, you just show up and show your ID (with your address of course) and pick up your item.

The problem with this location is that it is very, very small. There is only one computer, so if you need to access the internet to print something, expect to wait. Also, this location tends to be understaffed.
