So overrated been waiting a while to try this place I always see a lot of people here whenever we go we got six different types of wings they were kind of cold by the time we got home we had to reheat them we put an online order on probably 2 hours ahead of time we ended up waiting an hour for our food then we went to fill our drinks up and they had no ice in their machine just very much chaos in this little restaurant

Ordered our meal online at about 2:30 for 5:30 pick up. When I arrived, I was told it would be a few more minutes. I asked for our dri k cups and went to fill them and the selwction I wanted was out. I told the young man at the front and he said it would take some time as the system was in the back. I asked about my order and the lady told me it would be 20 more minutes. I asked for a refund on my card and was told she would take care of it. Just watch my card in 3-5 days. I told her I needed the process started while I was there. She went and told the manager who refunded my order. This experience is unfortunately the norm for this location. But, I keep going back for more. In the future, I will go anywhere but here.

I had a great experience at this wing stop. Living in odessa and going to those it s ALWAYS more than an hour wait. The new GM here was so sweet and you can tell she cares about her customers. I will definitely come back to this location! Thank you for the great customer service.

I showed up to pickup my to go order and was told off at the pick up window by an employee for asking about my order. I then waited in line with everyone else ordering wings for 10 minutes just for the employee at the register to pick up the phone and take someone else s order and leave the register with no explanation. I haven t had this level of awful service from a wingstop ever.

This place has disappointed more than once whether late orders, cancelled orders due to not having items, higher than usual prices for wingstop etc but tonight is the last straw. Bone in chicken was borderline rotten. Foul stench emitted from the meat especially near the bone. Never again. I wouldn t recommend anyone eating here.

I have been eating at wing stop for year, always ordering the same thing. I understand that prices have went up, but I think it s wild that they have to charge me almost $5 to get a small cup of Parmesan. The exact same size that I have been paying 1.19+tax for. Services like Door Dash and Uber Eats have ruined restaurants like this one. I guess ordering online will get your food quicker than actually going into this place. No point in going in to dine because you will wait forever for your order. This place used to be my go to. Unmotivated staff/dirty facility. Weird lingering stench in the air as soon as you walk in door like rotting food/meat. Boneless wings also had the same stench and tasted awful. Fries were soggy, cold and lacked seasoning. My wife and I did not finish our meals and probably will not be back to this location.

I called to place my order ahead of time and they put me on hold for over 10 minutes and never picked up. So i came into the restaurant and the employees looked lifeless. There was a long line and a wait when they had 2 employees eating at one table and four employees on computers at another table. They SAY the wait time is about 25-35 minutes, but you should expect to easily be waiting an hour and a half. I ordered 10 traditional wings with fries and ranch, and I was charged the full meal price with the drink when I said I didnt want a drink. When I brought up my overcharge concern, the cashier said Im pretty sure it saves you money when its rung in like that and only changed his mind when I showed him how it was cheaper if I ordered it how I said online. He said it would be refunded to me but I highly doubt it. There was not a manager in sight and not a single employee was wearing gloves. Everything here was awful. I dont know how they stayed in business.

The manager with the R tattooed on her hand is an absolute disgrace to this establishment. She cursed at one employee at the counter obviously new and belittled another counter employee with a rude and condescending tone. She then proceeded to leave the restaurant while they were slammed. The chicken sandwich was delicious. The fries were pretty good, but not very crispy. My only real complaint is with the wait. Looking inside the building from my car, the sign says wait times are estimated at 37 minutes. Overall a good place, just make sure you have a solid chunk of time.

Placed an order online, and went to go pick it up just to wait over an hour and a half for 24 wings. While waiting I kept being told that I would receive my order in 15 minutes every 5-10 minutes until it finally came out. When I received my food I assumed it would be at least hot after waiting so long but it was not. By the time I made it home the food was ice cold and I had to reheat it. The veggie sticks had brown spots on them and after reheating the food was even worse. I called up there and asked for a manager and a smoke with the GM, who expressed no concern or care about my experience. She basically was quiet and did not apologize until I asked for corporate phone number. We will never eat here again we will just make that drive to the other side of town for fresh food and better customer service. They do not value there customers.

Update: its 10.18.2022 we orders our food. It was delicious. And we made the impulse decision to order 2 more sandwiches. Please keep them. We will happily go broke eating them every night. This makes the 6th night. Ever since their chicken sandwiches came out. Its been great. We think its better than chick fil as sandwiches. Juicy, tender, flavorful. Was our first time and our last never seen a Wingstop so bad waitresses just walked by us for over 1 hr saw us staring needing a table and asking for help no one was available to help was told to seat ourselves at a dirty table no one ever came had to call the front since we were the only ones sitting in the outside patio that where available and was put on hold twice and then hung up on and ignoring calls then went to look for an open table inside to actually maybe get some service to take our order but then was told kids couldn t sit at the tables near the bar area mind you the only table that was actually getting cleaned for us and was told to move somewhere else then when asked to clean the new table there was attitude, rag smelled horrible had to clean myself, floor was covered in food everywhere, waitress again kept asking if we had been helped we said no but no one bothered to actually get our order guy who was supposed to was the actual manager and ignored us many times walking by us after the waitresses advised him we needed to order/ mid order manager disappeared again/ then came back minutes later to finish taking the order. Manager was overly fidgety and unable to stand still something looked off We got there at 6pm and was served at 930pm couldn t even enjoy the food we hurried up and left took to go no service at all. Mind you we have been having a stomachache from the food all day the next day all 6 of us and nauseous.

This is for who ever runs your website! I know our wings too runs crazy long wait times, and most people know that and are willing to wait. But if your website is going to refuse to quote a proper wait time because the website never quotes over an hour but in real life the wait is over 90 minutes just do your staff and your patrons a favor and allow the website to better reflect the wait time for ordered food. It said an hour, and now we wait almost 40 minutes in the restaurant when we could have waited in the comfort of our home. Waited an hour for my wings before heading to the resturant, waited an additional 20 minutes at the resturant, only to be told once again it would be another 15-20 minute wait time. Thats not how it works. If the wait time is 45 minutes when the order is placed, the wait time doesnt continue to add on while your waiting. They just re opened and I can already tell you the management is poor and the place is being run by a bunch of kids. Ended up completely canceling. If I would have known the wait was 2 hours when the order was placed i would have eaten somewhere else from the beginning.

The wait for the wings was long but the food was good... however... before leaving I was pouring some drink into my sons cup and there was brown flakes in the ice!!! In several pieces of ice chips!!! I started gagging and got right out of there. I wish I wouldve seen it before I ate!!! SO GROSS!!! CLEAN YOUR ICE MACHINE! Was our first time to visit and may be the last. We ordered food to go, waited 35 minutes, and then asked about our order. We were then rudely made aware of the 41 minute wait sign. We were then told 20 more minutes which would have been almost an hour at this point. We requested a refund. This would have been completely different if we were informed of the wait when we ordered!

Everybody was rude am in a bad mood. Manager was yelling at employees and talking trash in front of customers. Our order was wildly incorrect and I ended up with an allergic reaction because of it. Maybe I shouldnt have assumed they could get the sauces correct. But none the less it was a lot if wasted time and money. Do better.

Yes the wait was long, but I feel like this location needs corporate to step in and support their staff! These workers are nonstop moving and doing their best from what I ve seen as a long time customer for this location. If you work the service industry you can see they just need more support and from how they have to deal with rude customers they deserve a raise! If you have no patience and are willing to be angry over hard workers doing their best then this place isn t for you.

This actual location is just getting worse and worse. Wait times are on hour at minimum. I ordered today through Doordash and the drive has been sitting there from over 20 minutes waiting to pick up my order that should have already been delivered. Love the food when I do get it but pathetic wait times and service. So many times the online ordering is unavailable. Maybe Corporate needs to come in and take a look at this place. Plus I ordered boneless thighs and they sent a smaller order of regular boneless.

Placed an order online, get a email stating it will be 88-93 minutes, no big deal. I show up at the 90 minutes mark and wait... and wait... and wait. I end up waiting another 1 hour and 23 minutes. Rude, awful, and most disrespectful service I ever received from anywhere. This wing stop has the most trashiest staff. I ask for my order and get a eye roll from this big woman. The cooks are chilling around the register talking instead of being in the kitchen or assisting with my order. 3 of the cooks went outside to hang out with friends who pulled up. Then they stand and block the door not letting me leave because they want to chat away.

This location closes on random days with no rhyme or reason to it. Came in today on a Wednesday at 11:30am and they were closed, with no sign explaining why. This has happened before, although luckily the other times I had been trying to put in an online order. Whats the point in opening your franchise if youre not going to conduct business properly? I cant waste my lunch time driving to your location, only to find its closed! At least post a notice on your door with some sort of explanation.

Went two days ago and ordered online and they texted me to call once I arrived and so I did and the employee tells me to just come in which is fine but once I got in the employee tells me I need to present ID to receive the wings I had already purchased online! I came in a hurry so I didn t have my ID on me and I order regularly and this has never been asked until that day, so I m having to search for a picture of my ID to prove I purchased the wings... All in all if that s there new protocol they should list it online when ordering so the customer knows. But my wings were not all that either, some barley had meat and they didn t even season my fries and they weren t fresh, the best part was my ranch unfortunately...
