Omg, Dawn Ferguson was and amazing attorney. From day 1 she got all of my information and at day 2 she was already talking to the Judge. By week two she had most of my charges dismissed and by week 3 we had EVERYTHING dismissed and the case won with no probation and no need to see a Parole officer. A family member needed an attorney and I was in another state so I had to do a lot of research in a short period of time. Fulgham Hampton Law firm is definitely one of the best law firm in the DFW Metro. I had reached out to Mr Hampton on a Severe Criminal Charge three years ago and the charges had a rippling effect on me and my family. Mr Hampton in the initial stages of the case and then later attorney Mr Robert have handled my case very well and kept on assuring me that even though it is taking time we are going to provide you with the best outcome. True to their words they have provided me with a dismissal. During this entire ordeal I always had the support of the firm and the attorneys were always available to answer any kind of questions. They are experienced in all the areas of Criminal defense. My advice to others - You should never comprise when comes on your criminal defense and this law firm is the best. Basically paid this company to spend 7 months going to court and getting the same response. He would say one thing and do another. Asked me for information that could ve helped the case and then never used it. He kept telling us that he set it for trial just for him to come back and say he never did like who does that? The discrepancies in his professional demeanor gave the impression he never wanted to succeed or even try. I asked for a refund and they acted like I didn t deserve it. The only work it appeared they did was get a court date each month a public defender could ve done a better job. Please choose any other company. This one will rob you and have you commit fraud for the sake of them getting paid. You can t sign documents to hire an attorney for an inmate without power of attorney and they coached me into doing that this company is crooked and evil

Junk law firm, wouldnt even do an intake saying not taking on new clients with initial screening call? Wow, why advertise if you wont talk to new clients. Major hail/roof/insurance claim dispute - not interested. Never had a firm flat out turn potential biz down without asking about a few details.

Mr. Jeff Hampton left us so impressed with the manner in which He handled a case for a relative of mine, I was there for the initial consultation as well. He is very knowledgeable, a Man of integrity, we knew We were in great hands. Fast forward a year, the need unfortunately comes up for us to need a criminal attorney once again. We hire this firm but this time around are working with a Ms. Courtney Miller. Ms. Miller s communication skills truly made My Husband feel like She had Her mind made up, it was everything about Her way of handling the case and how She communicated with us. We were not pleased at all, She sighed half the time every time We asked a question, had to go back looking at notes. Mr. Hampton handled our previous case without making us feel like We were on the back burner. We feel the outcome could have been better, but I guess that is something to make sure to ask when hiring a firm, just be made aware of who all will work on Your case.

Invest in the best team of attorneys possible or dont and go down that dark and dangerous path.
