No doubt that the food is amazing!! and affordable! The people at the front are very rude. They don t greet you and after they set you down, we try to be polite and say thank you and they look at you like we re dumb! And after we decided not to sit at a table, we didn t want the young lady caught an attitude talking about , will you re gonna have to wait. We were still being polite and said we didn t mind waiting. We were waiting in the front while they were whispering to one another and looking at us.. we finally got called for our table and as we re getting to it We tell the lady thank you. She rolled her eyes and walk! But the server we ended up getting was amazing and food was amazing. We even complained to our server and she said, they re young and ignorant. I apologize for that, but I will be taking care of you guys. I promise..

We had the fried tilapia basket. It had 4 pieces of fish and it came with Cajun fries. We also order fried pickles. My son had the fried oysters basket. He said the oysters were great. We love the tilapia. The server kept coming to check and see if we needed anything else. Great food and service!

I stopped by after work and was shocked at how I was treated. The young lady at the front never greeted me or attempted to help seat me. For reference it was the short, thin, Hispanic girl wearing a white jersey with glitter eyeshadow. After I spoke to her and asked about seating she told me she needed to see my ID. I was confused because I had just watched her greet and seat a family ahead of me. I was then informed that I would have to leave my ID at the front to make sure that I didn t run off on my bill. I was wearing scrubs with a top that had my actual job and job title on it. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. This definitely felt like profiling.

They put cheddar cheese and tomatoes on a so-called Ceasar salad. The salad dressing tasted and smelled old. Fried pickles tasted like old fish grease and we never got refills on our beverages. I refused to eat the salad or pay for it. Old Asian man met me at the register to confront me about this salad and my decision not to pay for it!! The customer service is lousy! People in our group got sick from the food! I understand why they have an armed security guard- the owner will provoke someone to slap him! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! THIS PLACE IS TRASH!!!!

The food is horrible, the fried pickles have no taste at all nor do the onion rings and the chicken taste like it was fried in fish Grease Furthermore the salad tastes like it comes straight out of a bag and should have went straight into the trash can Way too old to be serving as fresh salad on your menu, and the season dressing is not Caesar dressing, nowhere close And furthermore when whole salads were returned back to the kitchen they still wanted to charge for those stale salads with one or two bites missing Very poor customer service from the turnstiles who are not welcoming at all but look like they may be on some type of Downers and trying to communicate with them is very very difficult, no exaggeration And to top it all off the manager using profanity when a customer has a complaint even without the last part my mind was already made up that I would never ever eat there again. A party of 20 and no one is satisfied with the food or the appetizers But if you do decide to go and eat there after reading this please respond to this review and let me know what you think

This has to be one of my favorite locations i called in a to go order yesterday and the girl that answer the phone was very rude rushing the call when I asked if she could repeat the order she missed 2 items and proceeded to tell me well you never said which was Bizarre to me because I was telling her the order I was get when I arrived I was ignore because they were just talking to each other and completely ignored I was at the front waiting. I obviously saw why she wasn t listening to my order because she was talking on the phone with one AirPod in her ear she seem new this was the first time I ever saw her

First time here and I was not impressed. The table was not cleaned well, the window pane was dirty with crumbs and dust, the condiment bottles were almost empty with no tops but the restroom seemed decently cleaned. The quality of food was less than desirable. The fried catfish was slimy and the quantity of the seafood boil was disappointing. Even the lemonade and tea weren t satisfying. I see why they have no refund disclaimer on their menu. I can t believe there s a guy in the reviews dancing and eating. He definitely must ve had alcoholic beverages before eating. On a positive note, the fries were good and the food came out piping hot. Also, the waiter did his job well. Overall, it was just a nasty experience and I will not be returning.

This was really one of my worst experiences with a restaurant in a long while first when we walked in my grandsons friend was there so they wanted to sit together one waitress said they could sit at another table, and another said it would cause a problem so they moved back, next they said that because we were talking to them that constitutes us being in one party which would cause us the 20% surcharge because it was 7 people. Then so they went on to tell us this until we end up siting at three different tables and not talk to each other. The orders came and for thirty dollars we got one crab leg some shrimp and sausage. NEEDLESS to say I will never go back to this place and surly never recommend it to anyone Thanks for spoiling my day with my. Grand children.

After all the times our children have been there, they have never been treated so poorly. They were seated at a table near the back of the restaurant. The kids waited patiently for an extended period of time. When the server finally arrived to take their order, they were informed that payment was required before the food could be provided.. Two young individuals accompanied their older cousin to a celebratory lunch following a church service. The occasion commemorated a birthday and a college departure. Despite not receiving the anticipated level of service, they nevertheless demonstrated professionalism by settling their bill and departing in a respectful manner. As a parent, Im really worried about this situation. No one, especially kids, should ever have to go through such bad service, especially not because of their skin color. not kid friendly

Had a great time until the end. Was enjoying my food with friends at the bar as we are regulars at Juicy s. And I wanna give a shout out to Phoenix Security, especially officer Garcia. This guy is very professional and to the letter of the policy and law. Last night officer Garcia enforcing TABC laws like always even to us regulars, but these two white customers thought they were entitled to break them. Garcia was very professional and removed the alcohol and the lady was screaming like she was in pain and telling us that she has two restaurants and know TABC, but clearly this ignorant and entitled lady breaks TABC or just doesn t know how to run a restaurant. And if she got two then go eat at your own place. Juicy s don t need that negativity. Juicy great place to hangout and Phoenix security keeps us safe.

I m writing this review as I dine in. This is my first time coming to the Mesquite location. The restaurant is not busy nor does the dining room appear to be full. I verbally had to stop a server to see who is assigned to the table in seated at as it s been 10 mins and we haven t been greeted or had our drink order taken. I do love when the Mexican family who came in and was seated 5 min after had immediate attention from the 1 Mexican server here. I m watching them enjoy drinks while we wait on ours. I will NOT return to this location. Seafood is not cheap and I am not going to beg you all to take my hard earned money.

Ive been here twice now. We ordered two sodas (with free refill) a dozen steamed oysters and 1lbs snow crab, 1/2lbs head off shrimp and 1/2lbs black mussels the first time and clams instead the second time. The mussels were better by far. I have a dairy allergy, so we didnt do ant flavoring with any of our meal, and I asked for cocktail sauce instead of garlic butter on the side. They did charge me about $3 for cocktail sauce. They were very short staffed both times, so service wasnt great. But the food was delicious and we only spent $95 before tip. Kid-friendliness: We didnt have any children with us, however there were children there and they had high chairs and booster seats.

It was my great grandkids first day out of school my husband and I rewarded a great grand children with money to purchase a seafood boil at Juicy seafood and bar. My granddaughter parked in the handicap spot. When she was asked to move her car but before she could move her car Security was giving her such a hard time I was not patient at all, She never got a chance to order any food. The experience was very bad, and it ruined my great grand children s day. I would not suggest or advise this place of business to anyone. Although I dont mind people bringing their kids into a facility such as this, but when they allow their animals to run free and act like wild beasts within the confines of a small enclosed area, I want to kind of draw the line. The food is usually pretty good, the last time I was there it was okay but this location in Wylie that I went to last was very good, the hush puppies were very fresh and piping hot, also the fact that my wife was able to eat them given that she has celiac was all the better. We got worst server ever elder lady , rude talked over my dad when he was ordering . I ordered a PO,boy, they offered fries with it. I didnt want frie s. My stomach wasnt filling up for fries . So I asked if I could just have a little salad on the side. The waitress argued with me. It was extremely rude. It was just a little bit of lettuce on my plate thats all. She argued with me so I didnt order anything for myself. She never even tried to make things right. My girlfriend enjoyed her meal I didnt eat. This waitress didnt care. Management didnt care. The food is expensive. If you going to pay that much money, you should be able to get what you want. No excuse. Just a little bit of lettuce in a little bit of tomato and ranch. Thats all guys come on now.

Food was trash! Server wasn t good barely seen her. Then she had the nerve to tip herself! Beware if you decide to try this place out if it s six or more ppl then tip is automatically added but if it s less than six ppl please check your receipt because they will still add it on there and be slick with it.

As always, met my expectations!!! Plenty of food, tasteful and just great! The waiter were attentive. They charge almost for everything but it was well worth it! Cant wait for my next visit!

I placed an order online & was told it would be 15 mins until it was ready. I arrived 20 mins after I called & was told my food was not done. From 1:22pm- 1:50pm I sat in the restaurant waiting for my order. The lady at the counter attempted to hand me food that was not mine. I told her I told you I ordered 10 oysters. She went back to the counter & handed me the bag that was sitting there at the counter when I walked in 30 MINS PRIOR!!! My food was there the entire time!

The atmosphere was nice when we went, but by the time we left, it was super packed which is a good thing for the business. However, we BARELY saw our server. I had to ask the manager to send our server to the table. Which he followed back to see if she came. Then she made sure we saw her to pay. The seafood gumbo was not that good and kids liked the fries. I ordered the weekend special. It was half a lobster tail, not a whole lobster tail as one would assume based off the menu. The menu should say half of a tail. The crabs were little and over cooked as well as the corn. Too mushy from being overcooked.

Emma was our server and did an absolute perfect job. We go to the one in Forney all the time but I wanted a change. We were astonished by the level of service shown. We came Monday evening around 6pm. My mother joined us for dinner and accidentally knocked over her drink, not but 3 seconds later Emma was on top of it. Our daughters food came out 1st which also showed that they cared. I would recommend this place to everyone. Phenomenal service. Lots of seating, wheelchair accessible, outside dining.

We dined in for dinner in yesterday, everything was delicious and enjoyable. David our server did exceptional. The only down side was the man who what we felt was rushing us out. At closing time there were still 6 tables dining. He turned off the TV s before closing time, he had his security come and remove our drinks from our table that were well over half full. Supposedly there s a law to which in the restaurant after closing time drinks need to be removed the table? Never heard of it. I ve been in the service industry for 5+ years and i ve not once removed my guests drinks from their table especially after they ve been paid for. I understand people have their own lives and want to go home after work but the way that grumpy old man was acting is a very good way to run people out of your establishment. We will return, in hopes on grumpy s day off or just when he has a better attitude.
