Food came out cold, our waitress was more interested in flirting with the younger men at the other tables and getting her tips from them. And after we finished eating it took us 20 minutes to get to leave after we finished our food waiting for the check, our military discount, the new check, and our card back. Thankfully the one is Katy is WAY better about food quality and service.

First time here was in the area. . Had chicken tenders with fried came out hot wasnt dry waffle fries were good but for 15.99 wasnt worth it couldve gone to chick Fila wouldve been cheaper for more food than what I got for the price. Ordered 8 pc wings which was surprisingly decent and cheaper than pluckers. Service was meh never got a refill on my drink and it was slow af the time I went right at the end of lunch. Managers didnt seem to give a f about what they were doing. The bartenders were nice and polite. But hey this location is better than the one further up the road.

I would like to commend Mariah who on more than one occasion has graciously opened the door for me. I am disabled and walk with a Rollator so opening doors is difficult for me. Whenever she sees me she has opened the doors for me which I really appreciate. She is very polite and friendly and makes my experience that much nicer. May I point out that she is the only employee here that has ever helped me with the door which makes her an exemplary employee in my eyes!!!

We had boudin balls and the Avery salad. Fantastic salad. Service was not! Girls standing around talking doing nothing. The only person they tried to help was one of the bartenders. The other bartender was standing over with two other girls just talking with her back to customers. We had to ask for more drinks ask for our ticket etc.

Servers were friendly, we had Bree and she was great! Place was packed and our food came out really fast. Food was hot, drinks were cold, atmosphere was great. Kid friendly Parking: Lots of parking. Friday night we had to wait 10 minutes for a table but found a spot instantly. Kid-friendliness: Place is loud and 500 tvs with games on, it s impossible for your kids to be too loud to disrupt another tables meal.

She didnt like that we moved a bar stool to accommodate us during a busy time. She refused to serve us and still does 2 months later. We spend a lot of time and money and it is unacceptable to get no service from one horrible bartender!

My experience was great! The food was delicious and the service was good. I unfortunately live 68 miles away but will return any chance I get. The food was well seasoned and hot/fresh when we received it, so I know it wasnt sitting under a heat lamp. They have a patio which allowed me to dine with my dog. Hope they expand this business to the east side of Houston and the experience remains great.

First time here. Celebrated my wifes bday. Football Sunday, so I loved the multiple TVs and views. I was super excit3d about the menu before ordering. Prices were reasonable. Food was mediocre. Everything was timely, presented well, and decent portions, but there wasnt a WOW factor. We had the bang bang shrimp which were good, the kids Alfredo, some pasta I forgot the name which had linguine, crawfish, shrimp in a light cream sauce-the fried shrimp were a bit salty and it needed more cream sauce. My wife had a fish dish with rice, which was ok. We ordered beignets which were bite sized, the sauces were good that came with them. Lastly, we had ice cream sundaes. One was free, and the other was a kids size. They had a scoop of vanilla with chocolate syrup... nothing special. We ordered a kitchen sink type drink that was their strongest. It came in a large take-home plastic cup large enough to share. Lets just say that it didnt even give us a buzz. The service was over my expectations. The server was extremely nice and friendly. She checked on us often, probably a little too often... like every bite often...lol...buuuut she was super nice and accommadating. Overall, it was a good experience. Well try something else next time.

First thing first don t EVER get the Boudin Balls . The Absolute Worse thing on the Menu. It s Fried Brown Mush I couldn t identify the rice, nor the meat, etc .. I threw the Entire entry away ..after one bite that I spat out . Next thing . The Devils Dragon Back Shrimp or whatever you call it . Thrown absolutely Together I had one bacon strip that s supposed to wrap around the shrimp as straight as a pencil . This restaurant s staff and management definitely doesn t care about food presentation and quality. But what restaurant that s not a 5 star, Chef acclaimed, minimum for 2 people at least a $300 ticket doesn t care . Walkon s in Spring is no different than Captain D s, Long John Silver s, Burger King, And McDonald s as far as I m concerned for those reasons .. you can make better food at home , Especially the Boudin Balls

One person in our party ordered a Caesar salad with grilled chicken. The first salad came out and it was fried chicken. The 2nd salad had grilled chicken but was not ceaser and had bacon which we don t eat. The waiter confirmed that she requested the correct item, apologized and advised that she would remove the salad from the ticket. The correct salad came out after everyone was done eating. After paying the check, we realized the salad was still on there. When we asked the waiter, she said she can ask if she can take it off. We advised her that she said that she would remove it and she said no she didn t but it was her word against 3 people who heard her. I couldn t believe she lied after we waited almost an hour for a salad. We left because I m not arguing over a salad but that s bad service. I ve been eyeing walk on since my trip to New Orleans in 2023 and this wasn t the experience I was expecting. The place was pure chaos. The wait staff is forgetful and not wanting to be there. The waitress dropped her pen in my mothers soda. The food took 30 minutes to get to us. When we actually went to eat, everything was overally salted that you couldnt finish. So many things went wrong with the experience that we just wanted to leave. But trying to pay with cash we couldnt find the waitress and had to track her down to the patio. She apologized for forgetting about us, but I wont forget this experience. Just go somewhere else. Update: responded to website given by restaurant owner in the below reply. It just asked for my phone number, no questions were asked. No one has called. Today was my first visit to Walk One Bistreaux and I must say I enjoyed my food, the service was great, the Bartender was Bartending and Roselyn my waitress was very polite and easy to speak with. Great friendly family place to have burgers, wings and seafood platters.

This place is where it s at. Amazing food menu. Came out hot and very good and in Large quantities. Beer on tap is large selections. Games and accommodations for little ones. Don t be surprised to see kids in baseball uniforms after their game. Outdoor patio, clean restrooms. Zuri was my bar tender, very good. She made sure I was well taken care of. It is very rare I submit a 5 star review but I think they got it. Congrats on the staff and management. I certainly recommend this place for family friendly, couple, or single guys bar. Good work.

The food was AWFUL! The prices are NOT conducive to the taste, quality, or portion size. You all skimp on peoples food..it looks as if someone has eaten off our plates and served us the rest. Food is dry, bland, and just outright nasty. Never, ever again. Ever.

Outside service was top notch bunch of tvs with all kinds of sports on. Our server Lexie was very attentive and the food was great. Our kids loved the pasta Alfredo and the grass play area off the patio. Will definitely come again

Was nice for the kids to play outside they had a play area kids 3-14 play area is available, they had sports on the outside patio, inside was more for grown ups and had a good atmosphere as well. Food was good I love the alligator and the shrimp boom boom I believe, they had some bite size beignets that were delightful Red beans and rice and the gumbo were pretty decent. Boudin balls were ok they had good kids burgers and tenders as well and fries we re definitely a hit

Everything our party ordered was fire! Bria was our waitress and she so friendly and had a positive vibe. We had the boneless wings, the cheeseburger sliders,sweet chili salmon and a Buffalo chicken sandwich and I cant say one negative about our experience. Definitely coming back!

This place has hit an all time total failure! They deserve zero stars. The waitress was too damn worried about some boys paying her attention and not taking care of any of her customers. Grits were so dry, paste tasted better. I asked for cream sauce and all I got was some sweet wing sauce and told to, Try that ! Sent them back with no visit from a manager. Drinks were never refilled, nor was there an offer. If the waitress is new, don t have her work the bar area. HUGE FAILURE!
