while looking for a late lunch spot, I found this place while visiting Mesquite for work. I ordered: chicken tamale, good authentic central anerican taste for this type of food. Salvadoran chicken sandwich, the meat pieces were too big and slid out of the bread, taste was ok. Horchata was also authentic tasting.

The service was ok, the cashier did speak, gave me time to look at the menu, and the pupusa chicken was really good. i didnt care for the beef fajita pupasa. It tasted tasteless like eating flour alone. The salsa was just right, but the slaw was horrible it tasted like pure vinegar. .

Riquísimo! Anything you order is delicious from the popusas to their seafood options. Agua de mango con piña is so refreshing. I usually order popusas to go and they re too delicious but this time we dine in and we ordered more items from the menu and it did not disappoint. Delicious!

I like coming here to eat pupusas; they are very delicious. Unfortunately, the waitresses are the worst. They act like robots they take your order, bring your food, and then completely forget about you. I waited over 10 minutes just for a cup of coffee. Very poor service.

I have been to this restaurant several times and I have always loved the place, the food and the service. The last two times Ive been there Ive had a waitress named Norma who treated me terribly. Terrible customer service! The waitresses are in another world and my popusas arrived destroyed with burnt cheese and everything on the outside, the worst popusas paying 3.75 for each poorly made popusa without salt was ridiculous. The place is very nice but if they dont take care of the attention they are not going to provide a nice experience to anyone, I left wanting to never return.

If I give the service 0 stars I would. The food was great but service was awful. Laura, our server was awful and not nice. She didn t even greet us and after us waiting a while for a server for a while, she just came up and asked if we were ready to order. We didn t even have drinks??? Then she forgot to bring condiments for our pupusas and cilantro we asked for twice that was supposed to come with our meal. We didn t get refills until the very end and she only came once after we got our meals just to give us the check. I traveled all the way from Oklahoma and my grandparents took my mom and I for what was supposed to be a fun lunch because I haven t seen them in a while. I m so disappointed and as someone who has been a server this was ridiculous. Such a shame because the food was great and the restaurant was a cute vibe but service was awful. Also, based on the other reviews this place has, seems to be like this server is always like this. The garland location is great though. I used to go all the time before I moved to Oklahoma.

Wow! My wife had to talk me into a Salvadoran Fusion restaurant, I am a meat and potatoes kind of guy. Well, I am so glade she did. We started out with Fajita con Queso and Pollo con Queso appetizers, they were wonderful, make sure you get the green sauce they offer free. My wife ordered the Plato Tipico and I had the Carne Guisada. I thought about how to get every bit of that great sauce, licking the plate was out of the question but it did occur to me. My wife enjoyed the plantains and yucca. Overall, it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and attentive. The restaurant was neat and very clean. We are definitely fans of Savadorian Fusion.

Been coming here for a really long time, ask to spoke to a manager due to the fact i wanted to substitute a item on a dish got told the run around, and didnt even try to accommodate my request which was to exchange yucca for extra fried plantains, I am so disappointed due to the fact i cant eat yucca. The food is excellent but I dont like the customer service, the waitresses are very serious and only transmit tension because of the seriousness they have, an important point, they charged me Tip without authorization, when paying I put NO TIP because we left cash in the table, but at the time of asking for my receipt it reflected a value of $2.43 for Large Party... thats not right... And I dont understand why they ask whether to tip or not to tip if in the end they put what they want!

The food at the Mesquite location was lacking in taste, quality, and quantity compared to the Garland location of Rosi s. The Garland location served heartier, meat filled Asada and Pollo pupusas that I didn t need to inspect to see if there was actually chicken and carne asada inside of the pupusas. The cheese pupusas were better in Garland too! I ll still visit the Rosi s in Mesquite since it s closer but I prefer the flavors of the Garland location and will drive there again. Plus, I found even better pupusas at Christina s Restaurant in uptown and they were delicious! Christina s was worth a few extra bucks.

At lunch they served us rice from the previous day, it had a bad smell, they changed it for something else, but their attention was not good since I politely raised the detail of the rice, the small white girl with long hair was not at all Friendly even more after what happened, the service is nothing compared to the first days I went, the atmosphere is not good, the music is very loud, it would be nice to listen to Salvadoran music, apart from this generally the tables are not clean as they should be It has changed for the worse compared to the first time I went, I hope they improve, in my case I will not return for now.

There is no 0 star option which is what this restaurant truly deserves. Unfortunately the service at this place is no longer available. This day this place showed that they do not have the knowledge of what it means to provide good hospitality service. We ordered 4 Pupusas and a plate of Salvadoran steak. We waited 30 minutes for just the steak plate to be served and the waitress didnt say anything about the pupusas not being ready. 15 minutes passed and they never served me the pupusas. The waitress, instead of informing her what was happening, did not say anything until I told her that my partner had already finished eating and I had not yet received my food. Instead of serving my order, they served another table that arrived after us and the waitress didnt care that I didnt have my food. I got up and left the restaurant without eating and with great disappointment. Dont spend your money on going, its not worth it. The waitresses with their attitude that they cant even stand themselves and in the kitchen they dont know how to maintain the order of arrival of each order. Terrible place. I hope the owner knows that this place is going from bad to worse The waitress is the girl with glasses with straight hair.

Terrible place, the service from one of the waitresses is terrible. The waitress we had today was angry and had a bitter attitude. After 30 minutes of waiting, he served a dish and the other person who accompanied me never served the food and did not report the reason for the delay in the rest of the order. Disappointed in this restaurant that was good, its a shame its no longer good. This place is not worth visiting. She had the deer in the headlight look when we asked for our 3rd and finally item. It was disappointingly just a 2 out of 5 stars, 40%--way too much masa, very little meat, and rather bland all adding up to a 2 out of 5 star rating. Im a senior citizen and dont eat much at 1 sitting, but I was actually still hungry when I left the restaurant after paying $15 for 3 very little and just OK items. First time eating here with the family, and our first impression wasn t good. We asked for a corner booth but was told we could not use it because our party was too small. I respect that, but as a customer noticing that more then 75% of their seating was available, I got the sense that they don t prioritize customer service. The food was normal, nothing special, but sadly if you come to eat here like me with my 3 children in total 4 on the ticket without telling you they charge you the 18% tip and put it as a large party . In reality I was going to leave more than what they charged me but I considered it a lack of respect for the customer and then they didnt give me a receipt when they charged me, I had to go ask for it myself because I wanted to add the waitresss tip. There are better places and where they do consider the customer

I love this Salvadoran restaurant! As a Salvadoran, I look for authentic Salvadoran food and I love Rosis! The pupusas are so good! I always get the Plato Tipico which is a sample platter, it comes with 1 pupusa, 1 tamal, yuca frita, and platano frito. Although I also substitute the tamal for another pupusa. I just love it. My husband always gets the pan Salvadoreño, he says it tastes just like my sister makes it :). Oh and their agua de mango con piña is SO GOOD! They only give you 1 refill but its just enough for us. Service is always good. If youre looking for authentic Salvadoran food, definitely give this place a try. Its pricy but nowadays EVERYTHING is.

Lately they are my salvation at uber eats. Not only because their services are fast but also because the food is well cared for so that it does not get cold in flavor or even delicious I loved it thank you always for your service and attention as long as when I visited for my birthday it was very delicious God bless you keep preparing everything delicious . !
