A FUNtastic experience for my daughter. She loved and enjoyed her first visit. Time went by so fast, she had a blast!! Definitely planning to take her again. Facility is organized and not crowded, a plus for her. The wonderful staff is courteous and friendly.

Overly packed, dirty, unsafe, and employees are rude. Called and was told we could go in, when we arrived at the door, got the door closed on us. Unprofessional. Don t waste your time. This was my last straw with this place Reservation recommended

The kids had so many things to do, it was so much fun! Lots of learning activities, arts and crafts, and different little scenarios for them to choose from. We loved it!

I had a super perfect birthday party here for my daughters first birthday. I wanted something small for my family but especially something for my baby to enjoy. She cant enjoy chuck e cheese or Peter piper because shes too small. She cant play video games and all the little rides are dirty. Play Street was clean and perfect for my little one. The little stores were super cute and the decorations were perfect. The hostesses were amazing and helped me a lot. They took care of everything while I actually spent time with my baby playing and taking photos. I was even surprised my older nieces and nephew loved it. 10/10 a place for toddlers. Cute, neat and clean.

I have been to multiple playstreet locations, and none of them close for 30 minutes to clean up, and have a time limit of 1 hour play, or that you should call and reserve. 3 things right there that they should change! I come from San Antonio, and Houston, all indoor play areas are unlimited unless its a trampoline place. Playstreet employees clean while they have customers in the facility, they dont close for 30 minutes. You wasting your time on this one, I didnt even bother to go in.

Fun experience for kids. Clean, fun and organized. Sanitizer stations around the play areas, and workers disinfect after each play time session. So many fun toys for the kids! Toys are organized before the play session. My 3 kids really enjoyed it!

PARTY REVIEW: I booked my son s party here since he loved coming to play the first time (review below). It was a great time, the two hosts helping me literally helped with EVERYTHING from setting up to serving and passing out treats and cleaning. They made the party go so smoothly and the place was so clean when we arrived as well. I can t thank them enough for their help and excellent service. I recommend any parent with small children to considered booking a party here because they are excellent! PLAY TIME RESERVATION: I took my 2 year old and he absolutely loved it. The entire place was so clean including the restrooms. The staff was very informative and friendly and kept ensuring the place was clean. I truly hope this place stays looking the way it is, as I ve seen with other places in the valley they get so banged up really quick which is expected from children play places but I hope otherwise for this place. They go by reservation which is another huge bonus for me personally as I know a lot of play places can get overcrowded quickly which makes the experience less fun. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be going back.

I wish they had specific age blocks. Some parents took kids that were about 5-7 years old and mine is just 14 months. Also, parents treated it as a child care and just sat at the tables texting and not attending their children. Some kids were rude, one kept chasing me and my baby. The kid was about 5 and kept chasing and grabbing my behind and the parents weren t doing a thing. The place is so very small for the amount of kids they let in. It s overwhelming. Cute place but don t see us going again. Also a big privacy concern is adults taking pictures and including children that aren t theirs. THERE SHOUKD BE A PRIVACY POLICY. THESE ARE KIDS AND THEY ARE BWING PHOTOGRAPHED BY ADULTS!!!

My baby had an amazing birthday at play street museum! The girls were amazing helping with decorations, serving food, and helping out any guests. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for location for their kids parties! All the kids had fun & I could tell they truly enjoyed it. Super satisfied and grateful for the girls that helped! I loved the idea of the Play Street Museum, but I felt overly stressed since there was such a big crowd during our reservation times. I was afraid my little 1 year old would get stepped on. I had to be all over the place with her. We will still give it another try though! I loved the different setups. I wish it wasnt so crowded, so we could get a better experience.

Had my daughter s second birthday party here, it was a wonderful experience, the staff went above and beyond. From helping us take everything down from our cars, to setting up the whole party for us, cutting the cake, they did so much of the work for us making it easier for us to enjoy the party and be stress free. I would highly recommend to anyone for parties, and would love to visit again anytime. Thank you to the staff for being so great!

Our visit was met with much anticipation and excitement, unfortunately we walked out of there overstimulated & exhausted. Our group of kids traveled from Harlingen & made reservations online for a late Sunday morning playdate. Their street would have allowed these four year olds to really tap into their imaginations & creative play. It is a beautiful set-up. Sadly, the space was just over-crowded with kids of all ages & their parents attempting to keep up with them. It was a one room facility, with crawling babies, tumbling toddlers & racing pre-schoolers truly a Chaotic Mess!! I didn t see the point in reserving a spot if they were going to allow so many children all at once. We have been to similar in-door play facilities that require reservations & allow multiple age groups, but there is sufficient space & a limited number of participants allowed. This experience was genuinely disappointing.

This place is amazing! We are so thankful this showed up in the Valley because it gets soooo hot and makes it hard to do fun things with the kids. I have brought my toddler and 5 year old and they adore it. I ll be bringing my 8 year old soon and I think he will enjoy it too. The staff is friendly and the space is clean and engaging. They operate in 1.5 hour time blocks and the 30 mins after each block is spent cleaning and disinfecting for the next group. There are rotating sections for some toys so there is variety if you go regularly. The play pass lets you pay for 5 visits up front which lowers the cost per visit by $4 so I highly recommend you do it. It s just the perfect spot for littles!

took two of my kiddos and they had an absolute blast! there were other families with kids ranging in ages so my littlest had small humans to parallel play with while my daughter had young girls her age that could play imaginary games together. very clean, staff is calm and all had amazing attitudes; they were there in presence but made sure the families had enough space to roam freely. 90mins was PLENTU of time and for the price we paid beyond worth it. will definitely be back

I recommend visiting the website before a visit. You can complete an online waiver on the website and make the required reservation. That way, the first visit is seamless, and you can begin playtime immediately!! My 1.5-year-old had so much! We left purchasing the Play Pass. This is going to be our summer go-to place.

I ve been to this venue twice; once for a birthday party and once for a play date. My almost 3 year old loved it both times. The creativity they get to unleash is really something. It s incredibly clean and the staff is lovely. The recycling truck might just be his favorite thing ever. If you re looking for something fun to do indoors (while it s a million degrees outside), this is definitely a place to experience.

Went on opening day today and my two year old son absolutely loved it! Everything was very clean, its very open so its easy to see him from anywhere and the employees were very nice. Theres extra activities like painting and a slime station. Very good price for an hour and a half of play too! Its hard to find a place like this open early enough when I need it so this is very much appreciated!
