Horrible place to eat at! I ordered a pasta and it was all oily , chicken was raw , shrimp taste odd I literally threw everything away i was so disappointed. AVOID THIS PLACE Should ve went to Raising Canes fresh chicken tenders would ve been better&cheaper

Placed an online order tonight once I got my food part of it was missing, fries were stale had to ask for a new set of fresh fries. I also ordered a half gallon of tea came home to find out it was spoiled I tried calling the store to let them know and the phone line is not in service. The quality of the food is trash at this location do not eat here

This place has really slipped, and I now understand why so many locations are closing. Many of the long time favorites have been removed from the very pared down menu. In my most recent visit, the restaurant seemed poorly maintained, with tears in the seet cushions and flickering lights. The service was slow, and they werent even able to get the beer taps working properly in the time we were there. My wifes food came out a full 10 minutes before my own for some reason. The ribs were tough, and the chicken too. Bacon on the potato skins was under cooked. Highlights of the meal were the cheese sticks and the Mac and cheese. Oh, almost forgot, the salsa they served with the chips was clearly watered down marinara lol. Used to love Fridays, how the mighty have fallen.

I visited TGI Fridays and had a mixed experience. The appetizer was great, but the ribs werent completely fresh. When the staff asked how the food was, they could tell from our faces that something was off and kindly gave us a discount. I really appreciated that gesture. The sauce was delicious, but the ribs just didnt taste as fresh. I understand its challenging to keep ribs fresh due to their longer cooking time, but it did affect the overall experience.

The TGI Fridays in Mesquite Texas needs to close down. We used to love this place, but they have really gone downhill. We got raw bacon or fat .. whatever it was all over the potato skins we ordered and when we asked to send them back to have them redone they came back out and were still the same. The waitress was nice but couldnt really answer any of our questions that we had before ordering about any of the dishes on the menu. The crispy shrimp that we ordered looks so good on the menu, but when it came out to the table it did not look anything like the picture on the menu! And it did not taste good either. We should have had a clue when there were only about four to five tables filled in the whole place on a Friday night at 9:30. The manager brought our ribs out and literally threw them on the table and then turned around and walked off. No how are you doing tonight or anything, just an ugly look on her face. They were also out of several things that we wanted. They kept bringing our dishes out one at a time with about 10 minutes in between each one. This was a nightmare visit and a terrible waste of money! I would never go back there and would not recommend it to anyone.

When going inside the restaurant me and my family were greeted by the workers saying hello to all of us. Everyone was very nice here. Our waiter was great and kept making sure we were okay. So we get here at about 11:26 at night they close at 12:00 but as soon as we walk in they say how theyre closing up... I see why the rating is low as they are and apparently they do this quite often... And what side is this would have been my very first time ever trying TGI Fridays and well first impression is not the best... I knew as soon as I walked in there that it wasnt about to happen... Dont be in customer service if you dont have customer service personality... A lot of people literally just work for the money which is very understandable and today is age but they dont actually take their job professionally serious...

Empty on a Saturday night says a whole lot. 3 stars given because the old fashioned was mixed to perfection. The wing sauce was good but the wings were not served hot. Stay away from the pasta, it was tasteless and very greasy. The bartender was definitely the saving grace. This place is over priced considering the quality of food served. Go to the bar, skip the food.

Worst experience at a restaurant I have ever had.. Food was not good and were there over 2 hours for dinner. Tried charging us for food items we didnt get. I love this Fridays location! Ms. Jackie is the best!!! They were short staffed and our original server greeted us complaining about how it was just her and the manager working tonight. (I wont mention the servers name because she was obviously already having a bad night.) But she was friendly nonetheless. Ms. Jackie came in and took care of us while cleaning the bar, running food, cleaning the cocktail tables, and working the to-go. She was always present whenever we needed something. Im assuming that the original server was busy with her other tables, but Ms. Jackie didnt miss a beat! We will definitely be back! The best service we ever received!!!!

The food definitely wasnt worth what we paid. The chicken Alfredo tasted like they used old moldy cheese, the shrimp tasted like old burnt oil. We asked for ranch for the chicken strips and never got the ranch. At 1st the waitress was attentive but then forgot about us at the table. I took 4 bites of the chicken Alfredo and couldnt stomach the taste so it wasted.. Shrimp was not edible either. Fries were cold.

I use to go to the Fridays in Addison but, I came in for lunch and was greeted by Dos my server. She was very friendly and quick with our drinks. I ordered the boneless wings and I highly recommend the Nashville sauce if you like a little heat. It was the perfect amount not too hot. Food came out fast and hot! My waitress at this location basically stole to give herself a bigger tip! My bill was $61 I put 40 on my card and paid the rest in cash. 20 for the tip and 21 for the remaining balance. She ended up charging the whole 61 from my card(which is all I had in the card which is why i only put 40 from the card) and she helped herself to the cash. Called on Monday to tell the manager about it all he said is he was gonna put in a refund right away and it should be there by Wednesday the latest. On Thursday I called again because I havent received my refund yet and supposedly the manager wasnt there at the moment. I left my name and number with someone and they said theyll have the manager call me. I never got a call back for my refund or anything. Just very unprofessional and the service just isnt great either. I recommend spending your money elsewhere.

****READ REVIEWS ABOUT THIS RESTAURANT**** All of the comments are true!!! If your have nostalgic memories from this location - don t ruin those memories by coming to this location. The server was nice and polite but our food was brought out in waves and we only had one drink refill for our party. The parking lot and dining room are essentially empty so I m not sure why our food didn t either come out together or within 10 minutes of each other. Either way, I m sure the server was doing the best he could but timing, service and maybe a bit of training could go a long way. On a positive note the Royal lit was perfect! Cheers to the bartender! I think I ll keep my money in Prosper, Mesquite restaurant scene may as well be comparable to any fast food chain.

Horrible experience waited 10 min at the host stand before I walked to the bar and asked if they were even open .then 5 min at the table no server then ordered 2 very warm sour beers and I am sitting here waiting for the manager to bring me a bottle of beer for 15 minutes ?! Tyson has been an awesome host and bartender. Although it was busy and he was solo he made sure to acknowledge my presence. That alone is worthy of mentioning. He ensured satisfaction and made sure to remember details specific to me as an individual customer. I would recommend friends to visit based off his performance alone.

Stopped by for drinks with my Husband, had a couple happy hour drinks and a grape escape (my personal favorite). Tyson was our bartender and he gave excellent service....his drinks were on point and so was the conversation. I will definitely return....it was a good wind down after a long week.

Pasta swimming in oil with a killer aftertaste of castor oil , everything is overpriced packaged food and taste HORRIBLE nothing taste fresh then waiter however was fast and nice food horrible and empty establishment. Go to razzos across the street instead . Kid-friendliness: Boring
