Cornhole on the back patio with fires and nice ambiance. Plenty of seating inside. If youre just going for dinner at the restaurant, double check with the staff, they told us not to pay for the parking even though it does have signs that youre supposed to pay. Good drinks, nice happy hour. Our group didnt classify this as Tex-Mex, it had chicken fried steak and burgers on the menu. Overall good place though

Been coming here with a cigar group for several years and never had an issue with the service until tonight. We where a group of 7 and no waiter came out for almost an hour. 3 of us went inside to talk to the staff and 2 phone calls were made to management. When one of us went inside to talk to the manager on duty, she said that the manager and another employee took off for the kitchen the moment they saw her coming inside. After almost an hour, a waiter finally came out but instead of an apology for the hour of sitting in 100 degrees without service, he just acted as if nothing happened. Its truly been an experience tonight and I can only say, I felt like the biggest nuisance to those people. We didnt tip tonight and besides our regular waitress, I certainly wont tippy anybody that works there ever again.

Waiter never greeted us - just came up to the table about 10 or so minutes after we were seated and said are you ready. We were not but ordered our drinks - a few minutes later pad in hand are you ready to order. Ordered food - food arrived before we got our drinks. No refills on drinkers until after our plates were cleared - shows up with his pad and hovers as you decide the gratuity (that was the most time spent at our table combined) - would have been better to have a counter where you order and pick up. Chicken fried steak was tough, potatoes were bland - you have to pay for parking or valet at 12.99 for an hour. Had never been and I take a lot of clients to lunch across the street where there are many options and free parking - will not be back. I m sure not a huge loss for them but I typically take several ppl to lunch several days a week - that could have become a regular option, but I would never bring another client there.

Always positive first: Top shelf margarita was good. The bad: Service. The girl at the bar, super friendly. The two guys working with her, awful. Never once came by our table (outside), while they repeatedly checked on everyone else. When I finally went in to ask for an order of ice cream, we waited 15 minutes with no updates. I went in to just ask for an update and was told theyre behind (the place was only about half full, not overly busy). I was fine with that. Waited another 15 minutes... At this point it had been a half hour for three scoops of ice cream. I went in to cancel the order and close out our tab, and one of the guys overheard me cancelling it (which I was trying to be very kind about) and he interjected to very bluntly tell me theyd cancel it, like he was annoyed about it. Seriously? I honestly have no idea why they seemed completely dismissive of us. Again, the one girl working behind the bar was very kind to us, just not the men working there. Really put a damper on us trying to have a nice evening on our first stay at the Texican. Definitely wont spend another dime at that cantina.

Sometimes it seems DFW has more restaurants than people, still at times it s difficult to find a wonderful meal. Thank goodness for executive chefs like Marco Collins, with decades of vast culinary experience he s breathed new life into Two Mules Cantina s menu, which now changes seasonally. Nestled off the artful entrance of the Texican Court Hotel, this casual yet warm space is both kid and pet friendly, complete with outdoor picnic tables and fire pits. Best described as so much more than Tex Mex! You and your guest can enjoy everything, from their famous Grilled Fajitas to mouth watering Quail, Burgers or enormous Pork Chops that satisfy even a Texas size appetite, all smoked on site daily. For those craving something lighter, the Summer Salad is a delicious winner all year long. From breakfast to dinner, Two Mules Cantina s generous portions, and accessible prices make it a great restaurant to order several dishes and share, because you ll want to taste it all. Be sure to leave room for dessert, and yummy cocktails; it will give you more time with the wonderful staff. Say hello if you see me, I love that! XOXO LORENZO Vegetarian options: There are some vegetarian options Parking: They have Valet and free spots behind the hotel. Kid-friendliness: Casual dining and meal choices

I really enjoy having dinner and drinks at Two Mules Cantina at Texican in Las Colinas. Their drinks are always on point and food hits the spot every time. We got the Top Shelf Margarita and Paloma, both outstanding drinks. The chicken fajitas were perfect for two people and the cevichi is always a perfect starter. The bartenders are always so friendly, accommodating and give great service. This is a perfect little gem of a restaurant for a girls night or date night any day.

We had a fantastic early dinner at Two Mules. The atmosphere was very authentic. We started with the Texas Trio, featuring some of the best tortilla chips weve ever had well-seasoned and fresh. The dips were generously sized and full of flavor. My Diablo Margarita was a perfect balance of spice and sweet, and my wifes Botanist Martini was wonderful example of what a good bartender can do. I ordered the chicken enchiladas with rice and soup. The chicken was slightly dry but still tasty, and the rest of the dish was good. My wife had the brisket quesadillas, which were absolutely out of this world the best quesadillas weve ever tasted. The brisket had a wonderful smoky flavor, and the exterior was perfectly crisp. Overall, I highly recommend a trip to Two Mules!

Beautiful atmosphere, bar looked pretty decent. Friendly staff and great music. Looks like a nice place for happy hour or after dinner drinks. Didnt get to try the food as they were out of more than half of the menu items when we went. Parking is located on the other side of the hotel and is $10 per car through a phone app. We met for brunch/lunch, spent $30 in parking, and unfortunately ended up having to leave to eat across the street. Maybe well try again on another day....?

Visited Two Mules with high hopes, drawn by its vibrant atmosphere and live music, both of which did impress. Service was friendly and drinks were excellent. Unfortunately, the food didnt match up. The starters queso, salsa, and guacamole were lackluster; especially the queso, which was unexpectedly thick without much flavor. My Impossible taco was similarly bland, a disappointment given my usual enjoyment of plant-based options. The biggest letdown, however, was the ceviche. Instead of the fresh, zesty dish I anticipated, it was whole shrimps in a sauce that resembled cocktail sauce, far from the ceviche I know and love. Despite the great setting and service, the food was a miss for me. I wanted to love Two Mules but left wishing the culinary experience matched the ambiance. I hope this feedback serves as constructive, as theres clear potential for an exceptional dining experience here.

Service was rude, they tried to sit us at one 4 top for 5 people with an entire room open but reserved for dinner so we were not allowed to sit there. It was a business meeting and they wanted to sit us on top of one another. It was all around a zero if I could score it and Waaaaaaaayyyy over priced!!!! And the menu online is NOT AT ALL what is in the original menu. Totally sucked!!!

Spectacular for a family Sunday brunch. The atmosphere simulates an old ranch. The restaurant is inside a super beautiful house, with very careful details. The patio is huge, with chairs, tables, beanbags, games... my nephew is one and a half years old and he had a great time. Like his parents, who were able to relax and sunbathe without worrying too much about what the child was doing. The mimosa: real. Very good. The food: in general, very delicious. The only thing is that I didnt really like that my sandwich came on regular toasted sliced bread, but thats my personal preference (I dont love that type of bread). The menu is a little restricted, but the taste is very delicious. The waitresses that day were a little shy, but very friendly. The price: quite fair and realistic. Spectacular. I loved. I will return to my family.

Restaurant was cute and convenient but there was trivia night going on in the bar section, which made dinner a little loud and difficult to have a conversation. Food options are limited and almost everything has a spicy element to it, which is annoying for anyone who cant handle spice. Burrata was very yummy but needed more pesto and balsamic reduction served with it to really enjoy it. Brisket Nachos were sent back because of the spice level even though waitress assured us there was no spice at all to them. Overall, if youre staying at the hotel attached to the restaurant and dont want to venture out, this is a viable food choice.

Parking is horrible, park at the hotel in the back & have to walk all the way around, this restaurant is more for hotel guests I guess. Their appetizer was good but how can you mess up chips with salsa and queso. Woodford old fashioned had too much bitter in it, ended up adding Coca Cola to it. Food 1 out of 5. Mix drink 3 out of 5. Go lt a burger for dinner medium temp, came back hard, dried out well done and burnt. Got chilliqueles for breakfast and the chips were soggy the whole plate was mush except the bacon was so burnt and not edible and the over easy eggs were fried hard. I sent back and the second dish improved on the overcooked items but they left off part off the sauce and the taste was gone and very sad. Got some brisket tacos and the brisket was dry and hard like it had sat on a warmer for a few days. Really want to like this spot because the atmosphere is great and the staff is friendly. Went to 4 hotels and no rooms. Then we saw a place called The Texacan Court. This place in its self is Amazing. It is an old Motel that has been re vamped into an upscaled Resort style Hotel. It has a Disney type feel with the most awesome ambiance. Inside this motel is a restaurant called, Two Mules Cantina. The food is incredible, the atmosphere is top notch and the service is over the top spectacular!! We found this establishment by accident and luck that no one else has a room but it turned out to make an amazing end to tragically horrible day!! Do yourself the favor and stay and eat here, you will be surprised..

This restaurant was out of guacamole and french fries when we went. Excuse me. A Mexican restaurant out off guac? What! Food was eatable. No chips and salsa served. I finally asked for salsa and got some. We will not be back. We are local, Not guess at the hotel.

We visited for lunch and they had a $25 buffet. These were my selections and the food was great. I liked the atmosphere of the restaurant also. We were late for dinner though, which ended at 10 minutes to 10pm. But we were given some Sopapillas that tasted like native frybread with honey and powdered sugar, cut in triangles. They were very filling.

The enchiladas are made with flour tortilla in case you want to know... I wish I had asked/knew. Otherwise, its like a cold, messy quesadilla with some sauce on top(for me personally). The service was okay. There was very light music, and the televisions were on mute, so there was not much of a vibe for a Saturday around 4 p.m. The beans and rice were great as well as the queso with chips.

Funnest places to eat and hang out. Edgar is hospitable and reliable. I consider most of the staff here, my friends. 2 mules has all the right staff behind the bar. You can get sweet and kind servers to servers that pick on you like family. Always great to joke with all of them! Team Ronaldo til the end!!!

I came for a great time with Melody and Memories. However, the cantina was so packed that the MGR wasnt willing to accommodate those without seats or even come up with another solution. I was happy to see the Mayor and his wife supporting local business, but even they were not accommodated. Which speaks volumes about management and how they are less than hospitable. I probably watched about 10-15 ppl walkout because the service was less than stellar! This certainly has not been the first time it has been experienced in this fashion. I look forward to coming every Monday to boggle the mind and am so glad that so many are here to also support this talented small biz owner. With that said, since the popularity is growing it seems that management nor staff are willing to help assist in the revenue generating. I wish something could be done to help the environment and entertainment. If it wasnt for Melody and her fast actions of wanting to facilitate both regulars and new crowd, then there wouldnt have been quite the turn out. This specific business should be glad that they employ her otherwise they would have lost quite the revenue.

Love this place! Super cute, quaint, and has such a unique and authentic aesthetic. Even better, it s located across from the Toyota Music Factory. The cool part about this spot is that it s located with Texican Court that s serves doubly has a hotel and a restaurant. They also have a pool and chapel. It s the perfect place for a staycation if you re in the Dallas/Las Colinas area. Also, the food and drinks are good. The prices area reasonable and the service is good. I ve gone for lunch and a late night drink. For lunch I got the grilled chicken sandwich and prices (generous portions &!good flavor - the fries were delicious). Tonight I had the Prickly Pear margarita. It was delicious and strong. I can t wait to go back!

Dropped in for a 3 day wedding party and each evening had a blast. I can see making this one of our go to spots for drinks. There is a huge outdoor courtyard area, fire pits, corn hole, tables and lighting. The bar if fully stocked with scotch and whiskey, they are also cigar friendly in the courtyard and have cigars for sale in the bar. There is a full menu to get some great food.
