Whoever owns this McDonalds should be really concerned. The kids area looked like it had been hit by a tornado. There wasnt a clean table top in the entire area, there was trash on the ground, food on the ground and the family bathroom was absolutely horrendous. I went to the front of the store to the mens bathroom and the toilet seat looked like it had leprosy, and there was no paper towels to dry your hands. The overall condition of the back area was concerning.

Regular lunch hour went through drive through and had to pull over and wait for 5 min for a standard menu open, regular double quarter pounder meal. Ordered through the app for quick drive thru pickup but they still made me wait 20 minutes for my food. Had to go inside to remind the staff what was missing. If they tell you to drive up to the next spot, dont do it because they will forget your order and then forget about you.

My fries were beyond burnt, (so much I couldnt eat them)I didnt get the 5 ketchup packets I asked for, I got two. My burger was dry. I didnt get my total even after I asked for it and I was scrambling for change at the window. I couldve given exact change, and wanted to, but was hurried because the boy at the window was already taking a long time to address me, shutting the window on me as well after I gave him money and was waiting on my change. Theres nothing worse than being screwed at the drive thru because now I dont have the time or energy to go back and get more ketchup and have them remake my fries. I came here before as a delivery driver in the past and the lady inside slammed the bag with a drink in it down on the counter that resulted in me getting a pissed off customer, whom I had to write a handwritten apology to, as the app I deliver on already cut the conversation. When I go in there are some really nice employees and some not so nice ones. But it seems the atmosphere is always hectic. Please be kinder and more adequate in your food service. Thanks.

Today was the first day of my retirement and I decided to take my wife to her favorite place. We ordered breakfast they got the order wrong, then we brought it to their attention and again they got it wrong. We tried to tell them that the order was wrong again but they started getting all defensive. We just decided that we would just cancel the order and try somewhere else and thats when they finally gave us the right order but this experience just left us with a bad memory,this will be the last time well visit McDonalds.

So I goo through this location drive thru. I order a big mac collector meal with a dr pepper, a 10 piece chicken nugget collector meal, and a medium ice coffee. The girl working the drive thru window was more worried about getting her MAC on with the car in front of me. She was very rude when I got to the window she was like what you order. I told her. Every time I go there they have a poor attitude and either are out of half of their drink options and forget the sauce for my nuggets. Even got handed a Dr pepper where the syrup was clearly almost out (transparent light brown color, clearly not normal). Just terrible service every time I give this place a chance. Edit: gave them another chance and got ignored at the speaker box for 5 minutes with no one else in line, only a car at the window in front of me. Get it together.

We dined in briefly in the kids area. Extremely hot. The AC wasnt on at all. Kids were sweating. All the tables were filthy. Floors unswept. Trashcan full. Its clear by all of the other low ratings that this location is just not well managed. They are more focused with the drive thru than keeping their lobby and kids area clean. Avoid this place all together. Aside from covid, everything should be clean. I cant imagine how the kitchen looks.

I came in around 2 pm. ready to get food before work. I said my code for a large soda, I then ordered 20 nuggets and a spicy mccrispy with cheese and a new oreo creme pie. I then payed smoothly, then i encountered an male cashier telling me they are out of creme pies and said it will be a 15 minute wait, I agreed for the wait. Pulled up to reserve lane 1, 10 mins later another male cook/cashier told me they are completely out of creme pies and if I would like anything else, i then said a mcflurry, he agreed. 5 minutes later another 3rd cashier comes out and says the ice cream machine is broken, I then said okay and if I could have a 6 piece instead, the cashier agreed. 10 minutes later my food came, I then noticed he forgot my large drink, I then excited my vehicle and had to get my drink. At the end I got everything including a oreo creme pie that took 20 minutes to make. Very unsatisfied with these young mcdonalds crew. As I was about to eat I had no sauces nor salt on fries, I then opened my mchicken bag I had a small piece of mold on my top bun.

The management that works overnight has been like this for far too long yet nothing is done about it. When me and my mom went up to pay for our food, the lady told us to pull into one of the curbside pickups and it would be out shortly (btw we ordered just a happy meal). Worst McDonald s location ever. Stopped by at around 6:20 PM ish. Worst customer service ever, I asked for a frappe using my rewards and the girl taking my order was supper rude and caught a really nasty attitude, once we pulled up to the window she proceeded to give everyone in the car a nasty look, she looked young and was black. Once we pulled up to the pick up window this really nice girl helped me, she seemed to be Hispanic or white. I was asked to pull up to the first parking spot to wait on two iced caramel macchiatos, I then went inside as I realized the same girl who had the nasty attitude got my order wrong. She d put two iced Mocha s instead of two iced caramel macchiatos, absolutely ridiculous. Once inside, who I assume was the manager (she was short, had short hair, black, and big) was yelling at everyone and yelled at the nice girl who had helped me she was just yelling at everyone for no reason. Furthermore, there was a tall black girl with a short bob who was just giving everyone nasty looks, and attitude to everyone. I m absolutely disappointed and would not recommend this location to anyone. This store is horrible.

After reading all these comments I have no idea how the stay in business. Just passing by to express a recent experience my mother in law and her two nieces had. They walked in and the manager - a white lady- welcomed them by screaming that they don t speak Spanish at this location. Wish she a name tag but we don t have a name as of now. Besides the discriminatory treatment she took forever to take their order and walked away without finishing- 10 minutes later one of her nieces had to ask for them to finish the order. This is the first time visiting this place after we moved close to the area and will make sure it s the last. They probably don t care anyways. Management has had plenty of time to do something. Work on your customer service skills or don t work for the service industry.

I ordered food along with an iced vanilla latte. when I got to the window they didn t give me my latte, I drove off. I ended up remembering, drove back and reordered the ice vanilla latte.. the one they gave me was terrible. Told him that that wasn t it then they made another one and when they brought it out, it was also terrible. It looks like they just mixed the same drink a little and then brought me the same drink or they made another one and it was also terrible. Either way it s a lose lose they don t know how to make an Iced vanilla latte so make sure you train the staff better on how to make iced lattes cause they taste really bad.. wasted a lot of time going back to get it and now wasting a lot of time writing this review but hopefully your manager sees it and trains the staff on how to make ice vanilla lattes

This is for the morning crew only, I lost my receipt to do the survey. Anywho the morning crew is great I have an autistic son who nuggets are his favorite food, well the other night we got him his nuggies and fries, but he fell asleep and the dog got on the counter and ate them. Well Long story short he woke up the next morning to no nuggets and it was the end of the world. I took him to McDonalds knowing they dont do it but hoping they would make an exception. I give them a try every other week and they still are horrid on service. And sometimes they get my order wrong. Even with all that time! I dont recommend this location if youre using the mobile service to [order ahead] to still wait 15 to 20 minutes for your order that may not even be right. Go somewhere else.

I normally don t write about my experiences with restaurants but this experience really frustrated me. I understand stuff can happen but for me order a large fry on the app and waited over 30minutes to get Fries is so ridiculous to me now I can understand if I order a lot of food and y all was busy but at this time yall weren t that busy for me wait for a large fry in curb side and nobody came to bring to me so I had drive to drive through since Yall want lock doors before 10:00 PM so that s why did a curb side so I didn t have to go off again. I dnt understand how I get so much bad customer service at this place at night but in the morning I get more better customer service maybe I should just not order at night just order in the day time since that s when people give 100% customer service!! Thank you to your morning team who care about customer service unlike the night workers they can learn something from morning crew.

0 if I could.... place was really dirty, young staff are messing up the orders. Not only was my order cleared before I got it, I tell them my order needed to be remade (made) after 30 mins of waiting its then taken to the wrong table..... the floor was filthy, spills just have floor sign on top of it rather than being mopped up, kids play place trashed with cleaning supply bottle left on table in reach of children.... I DO NOT RECOMMEND coming to this McDonalds

The workers there are mostly high-school kids. While in the drive-through, an employee (either on break or just finished his shift) was on the side of the building smoking weed Parking: The drive-through line blocks any parking lot parking. If youre parked, good luck trying to back up

The employees are so rude. I went through the drive thru and the lady taking tye cash was nice but the employees handing out food is so rude and drinking there drinks at rhe window. And when they finally handed me my food they just handed it to me with ni eye contact and when i said thank u they just closed the window and started drinking there coffee. And when I got home the food was wrong. Hiw hard is it to add Just nayo and ketchup. Tgere was a little dab of ketchup no mayo and it looked like theypieced the meet together. You can see the cheeae through the meet. Im NEVER going there again.

Ordered via app, dining in, gave table number. Ordered was YELLED out by table number. They do not bring you your meal. If you don t listen it just sits on the counter. My order was incomplete. When I questioned (the manager who filled my order) if she was going to complete my order she was rude. I ordered a drink and I didn t receive a cup. I also had to ask for condiments. If stores are not going to adhere to the app (dining in and bringing to the customer) they need to post signage in their store that they do not serve to tables. The next time I pass through Pearland I will surely pass by this McDonald s.

I had to use it so bad and was going to order my food after I use the restroom. However, the restaurant was so disgusting along with the trip to the back of the restroom along with all the flies flying near the restroom. I cannot believe this the worst McDonald s I have ever seen!!!! I wouldn t take my dog to this location! When I let the team member know, there was no toilet paper in the restroom. He told me they don t keep up with the maintenance there I told him this is ridiculous both stalls, no toilet paper. Luckily once I left out of the restroom and got the toilet paper I was able to wash my hands if my phone was not on the charger and with me, I would have gladly posted videos of this disgusting place, I immediately left and look for the McDonald s to leave this review! The wait was forever.....the female cashier was very unprofessional did not pay attention while ordering food in the drive thru...she got the order wrong even though I had a simple order 4 double cheese burgers and 2 large fries and a large diet coke. I let her know the order was incorrect, she did not care. She made everyone at the drive thru hold on while they were ready to order. This was unacceptable the female had braids with white in her braids. I went 11/20/23...give it another try...so this individual comes out to deliver our food since we were doing curbside. He comes out hands the food and scurried away says nothing, very rude. Then I check my order and they did not put in my 20 nuggies..went back inside and was ignored for about 5 minutes. I finally was like excuse me...I was told to hold on in a very Flippin way. I explained that I was missing my nuggies...he then ignored me I had to say something to him again. Then I was told we dont raise our voice here. The shift or manager came over saw that I was at my last straw with this idiot.
