Went here to celebrate my bestie birthday. It was a nice place. We only had an issue with the music. It didnt match the audience that was there at all and we requested to switch it up several times before they actually did it. The crowd wasnt huge at that time but it was ONLY younger AA ppl there and we didnt really have an ear or taste for country western music. Once they changed the music we had a good time. At night, the whole vibe here changes. Mixed crowd, mixed music, but everyone enjoying themselves and the drinks are awesome.

Went friday June 7th at 10pm.It smells like sewer outside and like someone pissed at the front door. For all the cocaine the workers are slanging you think the place would be cleaner but it was absolutely disgusting!!! The bathrooms were FILTHY and littered with red and blue lil drug bags, and busted doors along with the hopes and dreams of the workers. the servers pass the drugs back and forth between one another in plain sight but arent attentive to the paying customers trying to buy drinks. This place is definitely not full of properly functioning addicts. Had one drink, played some pool and left. I use to love this place but its just a matter of time before someone picks up on whats really going down here!

I ordered a ribeye steak salad. Had to send the salad back. Lettuce was brown. And I ordered some chicken and steak nachos and after waiting 45 minutes to an hour. I got my nachos they was cold and old. And I was never offered to get some fresh nachos. Manager gave me two dollars of my ribeye salad. And to top it off they had no bags for to go food.

Server Jadyn was extremely rude and unprofessional. She did not refill any drinks and when we asked for the food to be removed off the table she rolled her eyes and took one thing off of the table. Her attitude is piss poor and 10/10 would not recommend. We were there for hours on end with any service or refill then they got nerve to charge 1$ for that small as ranch.

This by far this worst place hands down. Extremely poor service. Waited 20 minutes to get a beverage. The Fat white girl in the jersey and ittle black shorts with the belly poked out needs to be fired. Rude nasty and not respect. The manager wants to walk around like a fake king doing nothing. Of course they will blame it on the Dallas game 5-24-2024. This place needs new staff or it should be closed down.

First I d like to say this place is unprofessional. It s obvious that the staff has multiple relationships outside of work because the amount of PDA among all the staff is ridiculously sickening. I sat at the bar for 20 minutes while it was not crowded at all, every bartender and waitress was too drunk to tend to the customers. While some were taking shots upon the patio with other custos that were mainly the focus of them. Management sat on stage and at some point was hollering at a bartender that was obviously too drunk to be working behind the bar. I will not be returning to this establishment they need all new bartenders and wait staff because it was just SLOPPY DRUNKS all around. Did not receive service and left. ZERO STARS.

Around 2pm my husband and I walked in. We looked around and stood in bar area for several minutes before seating ourselves. A little while later, the bartender brought menus & served us. The atmosphere was run down & dark. Music was so loud, we had to lean in to hear. Service was excellent!! She had her hands full but kept drinks full. The food was so hot and so good!!! My husband take me out a day before Valentines Day each year. Last night was horrible me and my husband went to shot pool we sat there thinking someone was going come greet us but they never did. There were three laides they was eating and boo up with different guests. My husband had to go to the bar to get our food we got the chicken strip platter which was salty and not good at all. This place need to be closed down or hire new people it is not a damn strip club. My husband spend over hundred dollars here I will be letting my family members and friends know dont come here you not going to have great customer service you looking for.

It s really sad that the bar staff don t care about the customers. I really hate giving bad reviews, but I just had to let everyone know of my experience at this place again. I say at the bar for 45 mins and no one behind the bar asked me if they could help me once. It was at least 5 workers within arms reach and never asked me anything. I was trying to be patient. I looked around and seen that the cafe wasn t packed or anything like that, I felt like I work too hard for my money to give it to an establishment that doesn t care about their customers. This review may not matter to anyone or go anywhere. I just wanted to share my horrible experience at this bar that has happened several times now. I fault no one but the management on this staffing selection. I sat and watched the guy behind the bar totally disrespect a customer because he sat for 45 min and decided to finally stop the bartender and ask if he was serving today. Bartender cursed him out. I only came back because I felt that I had to be dreaming after all the things I witnessed. I been here numerous of times and never received service like this. The food is great along with the atmosphere. Someone needs to correct the management here if they allow this to continue.

The music is wayyyy too loud! I live in Mesquite so I try to support local businesses so Ive gone here twice to watch the football games when the Cowboys are not playing and each time I stayed 5-10 minutes and had to leave because of the loud music.

Never use Sports city in Mesquite the service is horrible,first I was the only person to be waited on, Ordered drinks and never received then after 30 min recieved appetizer and meal still no drinks.There was 15 other people that arrived and received drinks shortly after the order so I politely asked for a manager 20 minutes later he advised me the glasses where in the dishwasher so another 10 go by and finally get drinks.I will never go back to tis place and will spread the word to others I know This place is Trash.

I absolutely love this place. The staff is amazing, the food is so satisfying, and the overall atmosphere is a grand-slam. Ive tried just about everything on the menu, and theres hardly anything you could go wrong with. The 3 pool tables are great to pass-time at just 4 quarters a game, and you can always find an open table. Id definitely recommend it to anyone, honestly.

I came here to watch the Giants Cowboys opener on a whim because of its proximity to where I was visiting a friend. We arrived hours before the game and the server was super nice and personable. He ordered the wings with the house sauce and they were juicy with a good heat. I ordered the chicken nachos and theyre literally my favorite bar nachos ever! They put the cheese and chicken on the individual chips which prevents the soggy tortilla mess that typically happens. Love it!! As far as the atmosphere, even while wearing a Giants jersey while the Cowboys blew us out 40-0 the crowd was fun, hilarious, friendly and joyus. Excellent time all the way around. Will absolutely come here again.

So Buffalo Wild Wings was closed we went for something else instead but Let me tell y all about this place so we walk in I was like cool it s a lot of TVs we can watch the Cowboys highlights we stood and waited at the door no greeting no host servers walking by so we just seat ourselves I choose a booth in the bar we sit down order wings for an appetizer and two double shots of Jameson its not even 5 minutes in the booth a ROACH (flying roach)crawls out and goes across the seat on the other side then another one and these ain t your normal roaches they out with the music in the light not waiting until dark meaning there comfortable and there s plenty more is what that tells me so at that point my bf stops before eating the wings we wait for server to come back to tell her we ain t eating here but she didn t come back at all the roach checked on me more than my waitress it kept coming out and going back in the couch(we got up real quick)we cut it short asked for check and left out of ROACH City we give a total of 0 stars very unprofessional and nasty

Ill update you on the food later but the menu looks like regular American classics....ok so its 08.08.23 and they had this weird extremely creepy old guy at the front asking for Identification . It made me feel harassed. Im used to being IDd at my table not at the door. Totally rude all in all. 0 outta 5 stars if I could. If you not a regular go elsewhere is all I can say. My friends and I attended Sports City on 7/15 and it was my first time there. The waitress was phenomenal and attentive and the nachos were very tasty. My major issue was the disgusting hole in the rug that appears to be taped down with concrete showing. It is grotesque and a major eye sore. Management needs to correct this or at least put something over it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My family and I experience the worst service and food Wednesday night 7/19/23. The waitress Shay was rude for no reason, when we had been waiting for almost 45 mins for her to take, I order. My mother n law, niece, and boyfriend food were cold. It took over 45 more minutes to get our food. The establishment was dead, so there was no crowd. When we asked about our food, they had to come back in ask what we order again so that they could put our order in. When time to pay, we ask to speak to the manager (Andrew), just so we can inform the manager how the food and the service was, in Andrew threaten to call the police because he assumed we did not want to pay. No one never mention anything about bill. We just wanted to inform him about the waitress that gave us poor service and the food was cold, and how long we had waited, all for him to threaten us. 0 stars, I would never recommend anyone to go this location. The night shift supervisor and shay the waitress was HORRIBLE!!!!!!! I had never experienced anything like this.

Its okay... I went in on a Friday evening after work. It was pretty slow and only one server/bartender was working (likely a shift change). While she was kind and doing the best she could, most of our time spent there was spent on waiting for service in some capacity. The atmosphere was chill. There were people playing pool, watching the game, eating, drinking, and enjoying themselves, it seemed. There is a nice sized patio with table umbrellas which is clutch on super sunny days. The place was clean for the most part. The bathrooms could use a little TLC. I only ordered fries, thus cant speak to the food, but my fries were good. Drinks were made well. Prices were fair. $17 for two Heinekens, a Titos soda and fries.

First time going and it was cool but as the night went on staff was just standing around. My drink wasnt refilled at all. No one asked if we were all right or checked to see if we needed anything.

Corparate Management needs to look into their managers. Very unprofessional. Me & my party was tossed out bcus I wanted a Draft Beer in a glass instead of a plastic beer mug. The Bartender was ABSOLUTELY RUDE!!! Im trying to reach Corporate about this matter. Never again will I go here & will make sure family & friends boycott this establishment. Patrons there is a much friendlier & better management at The Boys Sports Bar & Grill on Oates in Garland by the Softball Complex!

Who doesnt love Sports City Bar?? They are open rain, sleet, or snow literally lol During the pandemic, they were open, never closed, during the ice storms, they were the only restaurant open too. They are always open! The drinks are great, customer service is dope, and the butterfly shrimp basket and bone in wings are always on point!

Went to visit because it was the only thing in the area open after 11 and I enjoyed the food. The booth had trash on the floor that wasnt picked up prior to our seating. Our waiter was nice and attentive. I will be back because this club sandwich with broccoli was GREAT!!

Michael was our server and he was excellent he gave us great customer service and he had a friendly attitude. It was annoying that most of the TVs were on the same channel playing highlights because the game had to be canceled because that poor player fell out on the field. You would think that they would be considered enough to at least have different things for people to watch. Other than that Michael would be the reason we would return, I let him pick my drinks for me and he did an excellent job.

I just want to give them all 5 stars. I had too much fun (drunk) on the new years eve and left my Prada purse at the table. I really didnt think it would be there but my bf went back there the next day and found that they kept it for me. Thank you so so so much! You guys are the best!
