The meat taste burnt I know they grill it but it didnt have a taste really all you taste is the grill gave me salsa but no chips payed 19$ didnt give me much meat for my fajitas first time eating eat disappointed I will not be back spent 19$ here I should have spent that at Canes right next door is way better than here I can tell you that

This is another fast food restaurant. But I would say a step above. Its not special but its very nice, and this time I just happened to get there to eat tacos on Taco tuesday. I enjoyed it and probably will be going back even though I dont eat out very often.

For Texmex, the food is really good. I got the sour cream enchiladas and was very satisfied with them. The only thing I dont like is that the salsas are never spicy;other than that all the food was delicious, and the service was great. Workers here and very friendly, and attentive.

Have you ever eaten at a high school concession stand? This is that quality of food. The nachos were just thrown in the take out container and barely covered in nacho cheese. I make better nachos at home. The enchiladas were very basic, with no evidence of being seasoned. The refried beans are super smooth, which was good. Rice was ok, though I was barely given any. Wish we had gone inside to try the salsa bar. We went through the drive thru which is the first two pluses to this place. Its great to get a drive thru experience this quick. Ive never been out of a drive thru faster in my life! But, the menu did not make it clear what was a meal with sides. The burrito we ordered was wrapped in foil by itself and was super plain and small. The meat inside was good just not enough. The service was friendly and fast. The building is new and very inviting. If Im in a hurry Ill be back but its not somewhere id be excited to go. I think taco Cabana is on par. Go with low expectations and youll love it.

Love me some Rosas!! Went today around 1pm and it was hot, fresh, and delicious. Customer service was great and order was on point!! Dietary restrictions: You can customize your meal to fit your diet. I ve done it many times. Food is great, fresh and delicious. If not, I ll call them and go back but very rarely does that happen.

I consider Rosa one of my favorite places to order food. Today I ordered 2 taco plate one soft and one crispy. When I got home I was ready to relax and eat my tacos. As I was eating I noticed the taco was hard to chew but I didnt worry about it. I kept eating the taco and it was hard to chew so I decided to call and let the restaurant know. I spoke to a lady and she was nice but my phone went out and I couldnt call so I went back to the restaurant. As I arrived I was told it may be a while because they were busy. I told them I would like to speak with a manager. Adrian came up and I told him what was wrong. I told him I would like a refund. Adrian told me many excuses about why my taco was stall and hard to chew. I told him again I wanted a refund he asked for my receipt and I gave it to him but he snatched the receipt out of my hand. The customer at the other register saw what he did. I will not be coming back due to the lack of courtesy, proper acknowledgement and respect. I will be calling corporate as well to file a complaint on Adrian as well.

Drive 70mls round trip to pick up fagita tacos cake and 2 taco party trays . I asked for extra salsa. I RECEIVED STALE SHELLS SND 3 four oz salsas tell me how 24 tacos and 12 ounces of salsa works out for a family of eight? So basically half the family got no salsa because they neglected to put in the proper amount with a party tray, which is equivalent to at least 1/2 pint when I asked for extra it should ve been 2/2 pints per party tray Adrian the manager does not speak English nor does he know how to handle customer service and lack there of.

Went in the middle of the afternoon ( our first visit ). The service was alright, just no personality were shown. Very cut and dried. My biggest complaint was $3.99 for a small basket of chips, with an open salsa bar. Nobody had busted the lunch tables and found it hard to find a seat... Atmosphere was very festive and I guess the reason people go there is to eat. Found the food VERY GOOD and a lot of it!!! We are going to give it a second chance and see what happens. One thing that wont happen is $3.99 for chips. It does deserve 4 stars, but they have some issues to work on...

Picked up a Catering s order one early morning, and everything was ready at the time promised. They helped me load things into the car and made sure everything was perfect. Tried here for the first time and first impression, the place was well decorated and service was fast like fast food fast surprisingly. Not sure about other locations, but this one had a drive thru. We ordered a bunch of food and a margarita to try. I gotta say we thought the food was bland. There wasn t much meat on the fajitas. Well on the positive note, we liked the self serve refillable fountain drinks and the salsa bar. THEIR TORTILLAS ARE SO SOFT AND DELICIOUS!

When I got home on 4/16/24 I realized they didnt put the lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheese in the bag. Went back on 4/17/24 and told them what happened showed the cashier receipt. Outside of building very attractive. Inside is very well decorated. The food? Not so great. I had the taco plate. Taco meat had no flavoring. Rice had no flavoring. The refried beans tasted weird. The sour cream chicken enchiladas and the cake they sold were mediocre. The flour tortillas were tasty, but a little too thick. The salsa/jalepeno bar was a nice addition that I wish more places had. Overall, not the best food and I have no desire to return. They should spend less money on decoration, and more on making passable Tex-Mex.

Its typical of what fast food is. -Rice and beans are not seasoned correctly. - I got combo fjitas, which I thought would be a plate of chicken and beef with flour tortillas. They gave me one chicken flour taco and one beef taco and tortillas on the side, salad on the side, beansandrice... smh. The best thing to eat were the flour tortillas...thats it. I dont understand the disconnect of how high the prices are when local authentic restaurants serve this menu and probably more for a comparable price or less. With way more on the plate. Do better guys, maybe go see what the competition is doing.

I like to get flour tortillas here. Now that Ive gotten them several times they are the perfect shape although I think theyre a little bit gummy and not cooked well enough. Also I got them to go and when they put the salsa in the bag they didnt close the top right or they put the salsa upside down and it leaked all over my bag which leaked onto the seat of my Car. And seems like whoevers working the drive-thru is not very friendly.

Okay, so this is where I get real about my feelings and food. Presentation is EVERYTHING! I visited the Mesquite location with a group from GoodBar Community Center. I had ample time to check their menu online prior to arriving and was a bit hungry, too. I ordered the Combination Nacho plate. I was very disappointed when I placed my order and was asked chicken or beef? Huh?! I thought combination was more than one meat on my nachos. Please can someone explain to me the word combination? Because the plate I got looked like slop. My food looked nothing like the picture on their menu, and food was hanging on the sides of my plate. I was very unhappy with this selection, and I didnt finish my food. Look, I get it, texmex or should I say texmess. I brought this to the manager, who was also the cashier who took my order and my money. He basically told me this was not his restaurant, and this is how this order was prepared. I used the analogy of a combination pizza (supreme) with different meats. He just blew me off and went back to what he was doing. Not all Mexican food is authentic, and I have eaten authentic Mexican food. I compared this plate to Taco Bell. I dont eat Taco Bell!! But Rosas Cafe, you must do better. Rename those nachos or live by their name, offer half ground beef and half chicken on a bigger plate. I dont like wasting money. I give this review .

Went 3/5 @ night. Drive thru person needs to slow her roll on taking the order. A person cannot process what they are trying to order she doesnt give you a chance to speak. And she didnt get my order correct. The hot sauce was dripping down the bag, got all over my dress clothes and was sideways in the bag leaking out. Hands the bag out the window without looking never says thank you or anything.

I had the burrito platter it was ok and the reason I say that is because it was hot as it shouldve been and the I thought my burritos were tacos other than that I enjoyed being with my family.

Never a bad experience. Prices are reasonable. Services fast friendly food is always fresh. The place is always immaculate. The atmosphere is something worth coming back to you again and again and again. Vegetarian options: They have rice and beans and there delicious

Ordered the Mexican dinner with chicken soft taco and sour cream chicken enchilada and ewww, it s gross. I couldn t even eat half the taco and the enchilada looks disgusting. Afraid to try that. Rosa s used to be good or maybe it s just the Mesquite location. I know I won t be back. I would have been better off going to Taco Cabana or Taco Bell. More money thrown away.
