The food was delicious as always. Ive been ordering the same dish for 30 years. It used to be on the menu as Chicken, penne, and artichoke. It disappeared from the menu more than 20 years ago, but I could still order it by name. Then, again years ago, eventually, the artichokes and the penne disappeared. But I still order the chicken alfredo, have them substitute rigatoni for the linguine, and have them add mushrooms. Amazing! The server gave me the option of the lunch portion, which I ordered. Along with the breadsticks and salad, it was the perfect portion for lunch, and it saved me a few bucks, too!

I sat at the table at the bar, the server was talking to a pregnant off work employee, didnt come over till 12 minutes that I was there. She took my order but I felt I had to yell it to her cuz she picked up the menu as soon as I told her my choice of drink and pointed at the picture on the menu, had to yell out that I didnt want the chicken only the shrimp, she was eating a burger behind the bar and went to get soda from the soda fountain and came and pour alcohol from a bottle behind the bar, someone else delivered my food she only brought the salad, I asked for a dessert and two boxes to go I didnt finish my entree and I wanted to take the rest of my salad bur she took the salad bowl away. She was also watching television with her back to the customers she change the channel to chat she wanted to see. Very disappointed I like Olive Garden especially the one outside the mall but I will not go back

All in all, a very quality dining experience. The food (soup & salad) was most tasty, the waitress (Kim) was very attentive and thoughtful (I tipped well.), the atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. This was a major disappointment and an insult. I would strip this Olive Garden of its franchising rights. Poor service with no tact or attention to detail. Ive received better service at Dennys. Sebastian was too quick, too loud, and too eccentric. My tables soup orders didnt come out together, and 2 members of my party had to wait nearly 15 minutes for their Chicken and Gnocchi to arrive, while the other 2 members of my party finished two bowls of soup before they had one. Sebastian also never seemed to remember his cheese grater meaning my party had to wait every single time for him to run back to the kitchen for it. My salad was also brought out on a hot dinner plate, so I had to wait 5 minutes for them to bring me not a cold, but at least a room temperature plate. I ordered shrimp scampi and was brought chicken scampi instead. When I sent it back it was obvious that they just fired some vegetables and shrimp on the grill and dropped them in with the pasta, so I ended up with angel hair pasta with grilled vegetables and shrimp rather than a true scampi. The only good part of this dinner was the drinks. Overall, while Im not expecting Michelin star service from Olive Garden I am at the very least still expecting service that doesnt make me feel as if Im being rushed out; I regret the tip I left simply out of courtesy.

We had a great time. Met a great friend for dinner. Service was excellent. We had the unlimited soups and salad. Little one had linguini with meat sauce and meat balls. Did you know you could order pick up a childrens chicken Alfredo for $7.00? And its a huge portion. Food was good, the Tuscana soup was my favorite soup and the salad we shared between three and they brought us to go portions of soups we wanted to try plus bread sticks.

Of course, this is your typical Olive Garden, with all your favorite Olive Garden dishes, salad, and breadsticks. But on a weekend or special day like Mother s Day or Father s Day, this place is going to be packed. Expect a long wait, and a very difficult time finding parking as the restaurant is located in the parking lot of Cielo Vista Mall which is frequented by both El Paso residents and visitors from Mexico. Who doesn t enjoy Olive Garden ? And believe me, there is nothing wrong with this one once you are seated and ordering; but your best bet to enjoy your dining experience is to go to one of the other Olive Gardens in town.

I had went around 1:30-2:50 today. A server named Luis had attended me. Because it was during the time for their lunch special, I ordered the lasagna classico which came with a side of breadsticks, one small slice of lasagna, and a bowl of salad. Everything was tasting fine until ten minutes after my visit to the time I am writing and posted this, I feel severe cramps in my stomach, severe nauseousnous to the point of extreme salivation, which led to vomiting, an annoying headache, and severe diarrhea. Worst experience Ive ever had at an Olive Garden, food wise. They were out of several items including the only thing I came here for to begin with (chicken gnocchi soup). Valerie, my polite and sweet waitress, was by far the only positive and did inform me that itd be some time until it was ready. The appetizer I ordered as my entree took 30+ minutes to come out and once halfway through it I discovered a hair in it. Luckily for me almost an hour in at this point the soup I came for was ready. Absolutely zero management involvement, not a thank you, screw you, have a nice day, nobody came to my table to even bother with a my bad. I do not intend this to be completely negative as Valerie provided excellent and sincere service and did ensure my hairy appetizer was removed from my tab so kudos to her.
