Salad bar is clean & fully stocked everytime weve been. There is a handicap ramp on the side and theres double doors that both open. A lot of seating and the rueben sandwich is incredible! Bathrooms are clean, the app is very easy to navigate, a lot of drink options and the location is on the right hand corner of the center. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp is located on right side and double doors open for easy accessibility.

I recently visited the Jasons Deli off Mesquite Crossing for the first time, and I had an exceptional experience. Carlie, the host, was incredibly helpful, walking me through the menu options and making great recommendations. She was so friendly and welcoming, which made my first visit all the more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and I was impressed that it came out within just five minutes! Highly recommend this location for both the service and the food.

The food was very good, the store did seem rather clean, the staff was attentive and willing to help but, the fact that the manager was berating employees behind the front cash registers was unprofessional of the manager at minimum Id rather poor management decorum at best. He should have taken the employees to the back and had someone cover the registers while he was disciplining them. The manager was standing behind the employees with a very upset and grimacing lmovements of his face. He finally did take them back one at a time to discipline/continue his berating. By the time the employees came back up front they were not only upset. The young lady continued doing her job, but you could tell the young man was notably upset by his gestures and tone as he spoke to a young woman in a black T-shirt, who Im going to assume was an assistant manager. The manager came from the back, and several of the people definitely change their attitude and it changed the atmosphere behind the counter. Being someone in management, I found this to be rather unseemly and lacking professional decorum. Based on what I was able to regrettably overhear above the chatter of the customers, the manager did have cause to be upset, but still should have handled this in the back in his office, out of sight of clientele. I would assume customers come to a restaurant or other eating establishment to relax and enjoy the atmosphere as well as the food, but this does create tension not only in the atmosphere, but it puts employees on edge when they appear to be going through the motions, rather than enjoying serving the clientele who frequent their establishment. Dietary restrictions: Definitely options for vegan, vegetarian, gluten intolerance.

For a change of pace I did a pickup instead of a delivery order . Its been awhile since I have been to Jasons Deli. When I was working I went there once a week on Fridays for years . What hasnt changed is good customer service to go along with their food. I was in the area so I did a pickup order from my app. I ordered a hearty ham on marbled rye bread , 32oz wild berry hibiscus tea, fudge brownie and a oatmeal cranberry walnut cookie . My picture of my sandwich was only half of the stacked sandwich.

Its my favorite place! They attend so fast , have many of choices of deals, combos, dishes, and Ymmy plates as well the prices are affordable . I have Loved Jasons Deli for as long as I can remember so when I moved back to the Mesquite area a couple of years ago I was glad that they were a short distance away. I usually get either a soup and sandwich or a salad which are all amazing but this time I decided I wanted a baked potato and after a full day of Drs appointments and yes even grocery shopping I didnt feel like going home and cooking. Since they were on my way home before I left the store I put my order in for curbside. My go to potato is the Plain Jane loaded with extra everything but I have always wanted to try the BBQ potato I could eat some of each and have the rest for the next day. I honestly forgot just how big their potatoes are...in my opinion if youre still hungry after one then cheers to you LoL. Even though I ordered curbside I went in and picked up my order because it was hot outside and they were really busy so I felt bad for them and went in. The place was really clean and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. My order was very hot even when I got home and sooo delicious and the BBQ was on point. I will definitely be getting them again but next time just one at a time... well unless they have their BOGO potato special at the time I want another one... this location is a must visit.

I had an issue with a previous order and the night manager, Christian, went above and beyond basic customer service to ensure that I was compensated for the mistake. Okay, so the food and service is a little hit or miss. If the person taking the order speaks fluent English, the order is usually right, otherwise, it may not be. Anyway, last time I called in an order for curbside and when we pulled up there were no spots to park in and as a matter of fact, we couldnt even pull into the parking lot off of Town East. There were people lined up behind cars - its really not that serious and management needs to control that situation a little better. My biggest issue was the fact that the lady checking me out (I had to go inside, in spite of ordering curbside) had hair and a whole bunch of dandruff on her sweater around the shoulders. It was disgusting - her dandruff was flying around everywhere. If I saw it, I know management has seen it too. Yall need to do something about that!

Well, my name is Diana and I want to just to let everyone know how wonderful Ms Kecha and the other staff here working with her are amazing you know when we came to order our food you know we ve been going through a very difficult time. Almost lost my life about a week ago total my car and we just came so we can just eat healthy, and Ms Kecha was so sweet I cannot even tell you she practically helped us save some money and there was a lady kind of cleaning the tables noeli very sweet lady. She asked me if I was meeting any anything and there was a guy here named epan sorry I think that s his name very sweet help My Husband out but I felt like it was God talking through them because people are so amazing and so helpful, and I m blessed to be with wonderful people. Cisco lives up to the expectations of Doing whatever it takes to serve the Mesquite Community I visited this location for the first time yesterday and I can t help but appreciate the honesty this location serves. Im the friend Sniff the Raven discusses in his review. My friends wanted sandwiches for a late dinner. We checked their site, they had a Gluten Free menu. When I placed my order, I deliberately asked if they had gluten-free bread and could substitute it in the muffuletta. I was told they did. So I placed my order. I declined my receipt, its usually a waste of paper and I just have to throw it away later. I joined my friends at the table and waited. And waited. My friends, knowing I have health problems, began to ask on my behalf. We waited some more. My friends finished their meal. And we waited. Turned out, they packed my order as delivery and sent it off with a delivery driver. Since I dont have my receipt, they apparently had no record of my order and can only offer me a gift card. Fine. I reorder, stressing once again that I NEED GLUTEN FREE. I have Celiac Disease, though I can usually handle a little cross-contamination. The order came out and the manager is trying to offer me a free strawberry cheesecake, which is not gluten-free according to the menu. (Despite there being stickers on my meal regarding dietary restrictions and warning of cross-contamination) The ham muffuletta wasnt great and the tomato basil soup disturbingly sweet. However, I was famished, so I ate. Big mistake. We left about 10pm and I got to spend the rest of my night violently sick from my bodys immune response to gluten. My friends assured me that Jasons Deli is excellent, but I really cant trust this restaurant or chain now. I dont know if it was the Karen I heard freaking out over eggs and they took it out on me or if they thought I was being one. I gave the gift card to my friends. Itll be years before I can purge the memory of the gluten reaction and ultimately throwing up that muffuletta and tomato basil soup after it sat in my stomach since 10pm. Dietary restrictions: They do not honor any dietary restrictions, despite allegedly having menu options.

Friends dine-in sandwich was put as to-go and handed off to a delivery driver after she was told it was coming right out now. Apparently because she didnt request a receipt, they couldnt find her in the system and had her order it again. After a lengthy wait period, a tone-deaf gesture of presenting her a free strawberry shortcake when allergy/special dietary instructions were a part of her order. Jasons Deli in general is great. This particular location is not. Edit: Said friend had an allergic/food reaction after dining there, which insinuates that at no point were her special directions followed for her meal.

I like stopping in for a comfortable lunch. It can get pretty busy depending on the day of the week. But I try to go either before or after the lunch rush. This has become my go to lunch once a week. Usually get the chicken alfredo and its always hot and fresh and plenty. Always have enough for leftovers the next day. The atmosphere is amazing. Not sure if hes owner or manager or both but the gentlemen I usually see in a black shirt always running the store right. Always clean and always people freshening up the salad bar the whole day. Service and food all top notch. I just started exploring the menu more. The desserts are all great. Free ice cream for dine in is Mt cheat snack for the week when Im here. Great service, and heres why... my friend and I went through and got our orders, and then we sat down. But I realized I wanted some soup, so I went back and asked for soup. The lady that serviced my ticket reopened my ticket because if I buy it separately, its $5, whereas if its attached to my original order, its only $2 and change. She didnt have to do that, she didnt have to explain that to me AND, they could have made more money on me by purchasing a separate soup order. Great service, great food and clean location. The restrooms were also clean

Exactly what one would expect, 2 cashiers taking orders and a varied menu. We had 2 California club sandwiches, a chicken pot pie soup, and a kids cheese pizza. All were yum. Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheel chair access.

Just want to recognize a special employee, Caitlin! She was so extremely warm and welcoming to me and my uncle on Thursday 12/14 afternoon. She was knowledgeable about the menu and honest with recommendations. She was very kind and accommodating. Thank you, I ll be visiting more just because my experience was so amazing! And the POT PIE WILL ALWAYS BE MY FAVORITE ON THE MENU!!!!

Mr Amelia Was Very RUDE !!! I ve Been Eating Jason s Deli Salads All My Life And never been treated So ugly and him and his Staff are All Hispanic and was speaking Spanish and laughing and I think talking about me because I asked for an extra cup for ranch for my salad, and he tried to charge me $3 and I ve never had that happen I purchased a large salad, and to only get one cup of ranch to go on. It is ridiculous !!!

You know when youre going to Jasons Deli everythings always going to be perfect. The location in Mesquite that I just went to had an outstanding staff. It was a seamless experience from the time that I paid to the time that I received my food. And thank you so much for a wonderful customer experience not to mention the food was spectacular.

Honestly, I would like to rate this location higher but I just can t. This location for whatever reason has been tanking for months if not years. Curbside isn t curbside because your check in doesn t ever signify that you re checked in therefore none of the staff pay attention to those orders and sit around talking to one another. If you call to let them know you re out there, so they will bring it to your car, they will but it will arrive 15-20 min over the pickup time each time. Most, I ve noticed, will park in curbside parking then give up and go in to see where their orders are. This is pretty much on the regular Their service is quite awful. The food is quite expensive for what you actually get and the last thing you want to do is plaster your order with please check order , please verify order is complete and correct or please check order for completion and 10/10 times you will get home and the order is just flat incorrect and incomplete. I ve learned to check my order in the parking lot everytime and I can t bring myself to continue ordering at the town east location. The manager is none better otherwise there wouldn t be endless excuses for poor service everytime. This is especially bad when you have dill pickles that are either thrown in the bags or handed to you and are always leaking or if you don t eat meat and you receive just that.

Lunch was great. The salad bar seemed very good to me, with options such as quinoa salad with veggies and corn/black bean salad. Gumbo was great: smoky and dark. My lunch date, who used to live in New Orleans, gave the muffaletta a thumbs up. Caitlin was extremely helpful as I was navigating the menu for the first time.
