I had a wreck in Hunt County in December 2019. I had tried to find a lawyer to take my case but couldn t find one. Because of Covid I couldn t get into see my doctor. I had an unusual case that you don t see very often, my pacemaker-defibrillator moved when I was hit. Also my jaw was knocked out of place and had to have dental work done. Gregg Oberg with Oberg Law Office did not hesitate to talk to me about my case. I was very nervous about it but he and his employees all made me feel very comfortable. When I say the best! I really mean it. I am extremely bipolar and can be a handful at times but, Marina and Attorney Oberg never took my moments personal. So back in March of 2022 I was in a car accident at work and was just worried about my inability to work, and worse, my inability to pay for medical expenses. This was mostly because of my inexperience on the matter. After a bit of research the next day, I ended up calling Oberg Law Office to see what could be done because I was just laying on my bed in pain. They assured me I was in good hands and within a couple of hours I was already in my first chiropractor session. Throughout the year I received updates from Marina, who was very kind and always asking first about how I was doing. These things take time, but when it was all said and done, I am glad that I called this office. If youre unsure about who to call, make no mistake that this office will take good care of you.

Mr. Oberg & his team at Oberg Law Office were AMAZING!! Very patient, made sure I understood everything, & answered all of my questions even when I called back to back to back lol. They never made me feel like I was a bother. My case was pushed back sooooo many times due to many reasons, covid being one. So from 2017 to now 2022 he s been fighting on my behalf to make sure I got what I felt like I deserved. & although the road was long & I sometimes just wanted to say forget it, I did make it to the good side of the end. Attorney Obergs honestly is what stood out to me, I went to see him about a car accident and rather than abuse the situation, he acknowledged it would be better if I handled the claim myself. Furthermore, his concern was refreshing because he advised me, that I could call him for additional advice. I took him up on the offer, and without compensation he answered vital questions. Also, he is able to easily communicate legal advice.

Oberg was great handling my case. I originally used another lawyer that after months never requested my medical records or anything else and told me that I would be lucky to get 1200.out of my suit. I fired them since they didnt do anything . Later I was recommended to Oberg who looked at my case involving a semi trailer and took it on. They requested everything they needed and I ended up getting over 100,000. Oberg and his team did a great job and was very helpful and answered all of my questions. After being involved in an auto accident, it was clear that my insurance company was going to do nothing but pay to fix my car under my collision insurance, which included a $500 deductible, even though the other driver was as at fault and my insurance company concurred with this. I contacted Greg Oberg and he called me back. He said that he would be able to help me and set up an appointment with me. When I met with Mr. Oberg, he was very reassuring as he gathered information and explained the process to me. He was very helpful in answering all of my questions. He and his assistant kept me informed throughout the process. The other partys insurance company did some posturing through the process as though this would go to Court, but in the end, Mr. Oberg achieved a satisfactory settlement for me without going to Court. I am very pleased with the outcome and Mr. Oberg is a very competent professional that I would gladly recommend.

I was in a very bad accident about 3 years ago. The first thing I did was run to a large law firm that didnt really care. I was was referred to Oberg Law firm after the other firm wanted to close my case. Mr. Oberg, and Dawn his paralegal worked very hard to get me what I deserved. Now I am no fan of paying money to anyone. I feel like everyone try to stick their hand in your pocket when it comes to getting money. I especially felt that way about lawyers!!! I felt they put on a show to make you feel you are right so they have a better chance at you paying them. Well Mr. Oberg change that opinion, I never told him about my unspoken prejudice against lawyers because i felt they all were the same because of a past experience i had with an awful lawyer!! Oberg is human and allowed me to see that its not about the money but about doing whats right. I had a case years ago that another lawyer turned down and said to meits not enough money in it for him. Oberg took my case, worked it, and tho it was no money in it he said it didnt matter... That stuck with me and forever will. 4 yrs later I had another car accident that was worth money, of course I had lawyers calling and sending me letters wanting to represent me. Well guess what I went back to the guy I trust, Oberg. Doing something no one else wanted to do makes a big deal and youll never forget it. One nice act can impact ones life, and his act of helpfulness in the pass effected my decision in choosing who I wanted to represent me in the future. He is worth every penny TRUST me!!! He has a great assistant with a the eye of a tiger and as beautiful as the breaking Dawn .
