Take my review with a grain of salt. I had the most difficult time with this firm, the LACK OF COMMUNICATION, LACK OF RESPONSIBILITY, LACK OF RESPECT, they will have for your case will show when they see if you have a profitable case. By no means am I saying to not hire them, everyone experiences is different. What I am saying is to do your due diligence before selecting them or anyone to represent you. They will stop responding to your emails, questions, and calls. When you try to get a new attorney they will try to add their lien as well, but reminded the attorney will never reach out to you and never keep you updated on the case until the last minute. They will place blame on you if you try to tell them what they did wrong, I personally have filed a grievance against them with the Texas State Bar for the way my case was handled, as well as working on trying to see if I have grounds for a Legal Malpractice Suit at this time.

I dont know where to begin, but here goes. My wife and I were involved in an accident a couple of years ago and we were referred to Fielding by a very mutual friend. Conchita was a blessing in handling our case even though, the timeframe wasnt as we expected to take at that time and she went on maternity leave. Allison took over our case and the settlement was satisficatory since we were rear ended at to no fault of own. I would have given them a 5 star rating until now. I was involved in another accident which camera footage and police report shows that I was the one at fault while the other party got off scot free. So, my case was dropped and now Im still in pain from the recent accident and the previous one. The other party was cited for no drivers license and above them all, the vehicle wasnt hers to start. All in a nutshell, the firm gets a very low rating due to the fact the other party was in the right and I was in the wrong according to video footage and not only Im stick without means of transportation, but Im stuck with back pain. Allison suggested that I seek another attorney, but was told that it would be a big risk. I lost faith with Fielding and I guess if my wife or any other family member would have been involved, the results would have been different. Thank you again, Fielding for representing me the first time around. This last time, I guess I was a thorn on their side wanting to know the status of my case. Once again, thank you for not seeking the compensation I deserve. Best of luck on whoever wants this team on your side. I should have hired an attorney here in San Antonio and would have gotten better results. Money talks, BS walks.

Unfortunately I was rear-ended again in March of 2024, it was a traumatizing experience with failed attempts to get Dallas PD to the scene, the only thing I could think of was reaching out to the paralegal, Ms. Christina. Macey was absolutely wonderful, answered any and all questions we had, was easy to get in touch with and kept in constant communication with the details of the case and was always very courteous and kind. She provided answers for questions that we didn t even know we had!!! She provided us with so much information that is often overlooked or left out and put in 1000% making sure that we felt comfortable with everything that was going on and that we had more than enough information that we were going to need to be able to make informed decisions. It never felt like I was bothering her at all with anything that I ever needed. They looked out for my best interest and not how much money they could make and they genuinely cared about us. We weren t just people to make money off of or a bunch of facts on paper, they were interested in us as people and doing what was best for our situation. They went above and beyond to get the best results possible for us. Any attorney and their offices that I ve dealt with in the past are difficult to get in touch with, provided minimal communication and many times I felt like I was bothering them if I had questions. Fielding is the complete opposite and it was such a nice experience to have!! I am not at liberty to discuss the specifics of the hit and run incident to which I was the victim party. I worked with Viviana for about 1.5 years and reached an amicable settlement amount after receiving care that was paid for by my insurance and reduced in cost through negotiations with Fielding Law and my prior insurance provider. She also swiftly took care of and took note of my incident when it occurred, working with me to find an adjuster who would be able to properly appreciate the value of my totaled vehicle. She helped co-ordinate care procedures to ensure the status and proper healing of my injuries such as recommending a set of doctors who previously provided results in my area of injury. I highly suggest working with this law firm as they are incredibly competent, courteous, and communicative. I called about once to twice per month for updates and now I look back and appreciate the communication since it led to an amicable resolution without the need to further litigate. I am happy to say that Fielding Law is who you want to go with should you find yourself unfortunate enough to be injured while driving. At all times they kept me informed of developments with both an attorney and legal assistant more than capable of answering any questions I had. I felt like I wasnt a number with these guys but a human being and they understood that. Any delays werent caused by them but the guilty drivers insurance company, but these guys wouldnt let go and persevered until I got the maximum settlement which was the maximum limit of the drivers insurance! My injuries werent as severe as they could have been although one of them will have lasting effects. These guys appreciated that fact and understood that my case went beyond the car crash, the medical bills but also the effect it had on my life both immediately following the wreck and in my foreseeable future. Im in West Texas, these guys are clear across the state so I initially had some concerns about the fact that they werent local but those fears turned out to be unfounded. With office and cell phone numbers they might as well have been right next door! Thank you Courtney and Conchita because I dont know how Id have made it through these close to 2 years if it hadnt been for your continued reassurances and sheer determination to not give up! While I am not one who uses lawyers often and Im not 100% satisfied with my results, I must say Fielding Law did the best they could with the case they were given. Remember that no matter what happens or what your treatment, your attorney will take 34% regardless. Now, while Im not happy with making lawyers rich, I must say Xochitl Estrada was the sweetest paralegal I could have ever asked for. She always had patience and answered my questions and even listen to me to complain when something ticked me off. I will use this law firm again, if I need to, as long as she is my paralegal, but I told her I hope I dont have to see her again. the ladies in this office go above and beyond! they treated me like family nothing but respect & praise for these women in this office! irina is who I dealt with mainly, but there was others working on my case as well! She made sure I was actually doing Okay on my physical therapies, my X-Rays, and also how I was doing overall once I became fully recovered. Her team is the best and the outcome is truly a blessing. Poor communication, especially on the actual attorney behalf Courtney she is very unprofessional and extremely excuseful, the only person that was reaching out was her assistant Conchita and they still didn t have things situated or worked out, they made us go to unnecessary doctors for extra money. It s a sad law firm in my opinion and I m unsatisfied with the amount of time it s taking. 7 months later and to see these other fake reviews, I m convinced they were paid to type them.
