We really enjoyed our breakfast, the customer service was good, they asked us several times if we were okay. The pancakes very good (they didnt give off egg aroma like in other places) when I finished my dish my pancakes were still soft (in another place they would have been chewy) We will definitely return

OWNER DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. Ordered online and when my wife shows up to pick up the food the employee up front tells her that they don t have online ordering and don t have the order. The owner seemed like it wasn t any real concern to them that you are able to order online yet they don t do online orders? Owner kinda made it seem like it wasn t his problem but I d think it s a problem for your business that people are able to order online but you don t offer online ordering right? What a joke. I can t even cancel the order on my end so now I have to file a dispute through my bank. So if you read this review be aware DONT order online. All the owner had to do was have some basic customer service skills, not that hard to say something along the lines of oh wow I was not aware of this. I will look into this to make sure this doesn t happen to anybody else. Instead the owner didn t take responsibility and told us we don t do that (referring to online orders) showed no concern in fixing the problem of his business advertising a service they don t provide now I m stuck disputing the charge on my card through my bank . Smh

Their menudo for the last 3yrs has consistently been on point. Good flavor, great temperature, good consistency and smells good!! First do you know how hard it is to find menudo, that doesn t stink and isn t greasy?! Let me tell you, I ve been to many places for menudo and most are a let down, with it being stinky, not much flavor, or are super greasy! I drive from Lewisville/The Colony for their menudo. It s about a 48min drive. I always eat one there and get one to go for the next day. Kudos to the chef!!! Staff and service there is always great and quick!

Nice little place. Wish I was staying longer so I could try a few different plates that looked like they might be tasty. I had the Little Maria which was perfect because I needed something to eat, but not much. Nice thick and fluffy pancakes! This was the perfect size. Coffee was strong, in a good way. Nice atmosphere, totally not a reflection of their food, but their poor plant could use some TLC.

Very Bad Service. We go in and wait for someone to seat us (cause usually they have a sign to wait to be seated) this time they didnt but we waited a bit and no one greeted us not even a will be right with you or please have a seat so we found an empty table and sat..the waitress walked by multiple times not saying anything at all, when we finally asked if we can get helped she rudely stated that they are short staff (which I completely understand) and that we are more than welcome to leave... It would have taken a minute for anyone that walked past by to just state that they are short staffedand we would have understood. Of course we left. And before this experience on a different occasion, I had ordered something, and they gave me something totally different and just said oh that was the cook. Really bad attitudes and the do it right infront of everyone to see.

Been going here for about 6yrs now never had a bad meal last night was different. Terrible food. Im sure they have a new cook. Asked for a chimichanga which is supposed to be deep fried. I got a burrito smothered in tastless red sauce and cheese. Rice looked old also tasteless. Beans the same. Seems like they use no spices what so ever. Waitress was new but ok. I always had a good meal here, mostly breakfast which was always good Ill give the breakfast a chance hopefully it will be better. Also to note I went at 6pm usually the place is packed I was only one of 3 people there. Need a better cook.

This is one of the most favorited Mexican Cafes in Mesquite. I always stop by when in the area, at least twice a month. The food is very good and the portions are huge. I get the Fajita Beef Nachos or the #9 (2 enchiladas, crispy taco, beans and rice) and both of these dishes are amazing. The service could be a little better though, as the waitress Minerva never smiled, nor communicated with us and the check was rushed out to us right after we got the food. The restaurant is very cozy and clean with an authentic cafe atmosphere. I do recommend trying this Mexican cafe.

We tried the beef, pork and chicken tamales and placed an order for our upcoming Christmas Eve party. We know theyll be a huge hit!! Green and Red sauce are both excellent. They only have a drive through (for now) but you can tailgate in the parking lot on a nice night. The food is worth the wait if there is a line. Bon appetite!!

Customer service was bad, our waitress was very unfriendly. It was as if she didnt want to be there and like we were a bother. Which made it awkward for us. She didnt smile at all, barely spoke to us to take order. She was the older lady with shoulder length hair. She never asked if we needed anything or if we wanted a refill. Food was just okay. Stopped for lunch for the first time last week and really liked it. I ordered the chili con queso and the enchiladas Verdes. The enchiladas Verdes were delicious. The tomatillo sauce was spicier than I was expecting but it was so good. My only complaint, and its really not a complaint, was with the chili con queso. I ordered it thinking it would a traditional Tex Mex queso dip but it was exactly as written - brown chili with cheese sauce. It was really good though, so not really a complaint, just wasnt expecting it. My sister had the chicken taco salad and our friend had the Mexican enchiladas. Both finished their plates, so must have been good as well.

So the wife and I ordered 2 dozen tamales, sides, etc, and they did NOT disappoint! Tamales have the perfect ratio of meat/massa and the chili con carne was amazing! Rice has a little bit of a kick, and the beans are the perfect consistency! Well definitely be ordering from them again!

Had the Pork Chops and Eggs (the Martha Plate), Generous Portions of Hash Browns and Refried Beans. Everything was cooked perfectly .. I enjoy this place. I know we sometimes have to wait 15-20 minutes, but its worth it. I love their menudo. My wife loves their chicken tamales and my boys love their dona maria breakfast platter meal. Staff are friendly and respectful. Complementary chips n salsa, awesome. Only thing is you have to specify that you want a fountain drink because they also have canned drinks, and theyll give you a can soda which has no refills. Overall, pretty decent and will go again.
