Kelsey captured amazing maternity and newborn photos for my family!!!!! She offers gorgeous maternity dress selections, which minimizes the stress of finding something to wear (especially since I was 9 months pregnant)! She also made sure we knew exactly how to pose to ensure we got the best pictures! Kelsey handled our newborn with so much care and patience during his shoot. She exceeded our expectations! I highly recommend booking her as your photographer!!!! You will not be disappointed!

Kelsey has been amazing to work with over these last 2 pregnancies. She made this a really enjoyable experience! Her gown selection is huge and loaded with the most beautiful options. I was sincerely impressed with her professionalism, communication and guidance thru the shoot. 5/5. So in love with all of our family photos!

I am not sure what Kelseys problem in life is. But she clearly doesnt like interacting with people. We arrived on time, had everything organized, were excited about photos, but she had this terrible, angry attitude through the whole photo shoot. She only allowed certain poses, was huffing and puffing at us, making snide remarks through the whole session. Some people are not cut out for this work. Photography is such a people centric business. The hour you spend together with your clients will be framed in photos they want to look at for the rest of their life. Make your clients feel happy and let their glow be showcased in your photos! We left feeling unpleasant as if we had committed a crime. Low price but average photos with forced smiles and awkward poses. She is also incredibly disorganized (a quick look at her studio should make it clear). Takes weeks to respond to messages, provides no timelines on final edits, and is just a tough person to deal with. We are left with photos we dont want to look at again. They are buried in some folder. Do not recommend her at all. Go to a happier person! P.S. - there are some really shady 5 star reviews on her profile from offshore individuals who seem to be paid to write these for various businesses all over the United States. These are DEFINITELY not real patrons who have visited her business. Maybe use a US based agency to write these fake reviews? Maybe that costs more? The language almost appears AI generated and is comical. So now you have a healthy dose of unethical practices as well!

I don t think she belongs in the family photography business. She is very rude, condescending and disrespectful. She is also unprofessional and unkind. I went with a friend to her studio for photos and it seemed like we were more of a bother than a customer. She made what was to be a beautiful experience downright unpleasant. She really needs to reconsider her attitude and be more polite to customers. You get what you pay for, her photos are cheap, and so is her service.

I am not sure how has 4.9 star reviews. I went to her looking at the reviews for my maternity shoot. I am giving her 2 star because of the price but I would rather pay more money then getting the worst costumes service ever. I actually approached her for newborn shoot which had complimentary maternity shoot but with the experience I had, I end up not going for newborn shoot. Picture were average as price was ok as well. I didn t see single smile on her face throughout the photo shoot, she was so restless and grumpy, was not good at responding on time. I had 1 hr photoshoot, I was actually 15 minutes late for the photoshoot cuz my makeup artist was 45 mins late and she was grumpy about it and said she is gonna cut my time from 1 hr and will take pic with just 2 outfits which was supposed to be 3 outfit changes and I said I was ok with it since I was late.Then she started taking my picture in hurry and she didn t offer me any accessories which she had with her, no chance to ask anything or communicate, I couldn t try my own poses I wanted to.she Just keep taking pictures with grumpy face. And she finished my shoot within half and hour and try to send me but I still had 15 minutes left from my 1 hr. She wasn t trying to give me my 3rd outfit then I asked for my 3rd out since I had time. I had another outdoor photoshoot scheduled after they and she absolutely ruined my day. None of my pic came out nice since she spoiled my mood for that photoshoot and next photoshoot as well. I don t know if she was having rough day or she is like that but I was supposed to feel excited happy and cheerful on my special day but I ended regretting that photoshoot.

Kelsey captured the magical memories of our first born beautifully. There are large outfit collections of maternity dresses, baby colors and prop. Kelsey was very accommodating in helping me choose a dress through messages since we could not come in her studio to pick. She was very good with the baby, such a professional newborn photographer. The photos turnaround time was also quicker than other photographers I ve worked with before. I like how she let us pick our favorite pictures and she d edit those.

Quick. Responsive. Efficient. Patient. If you re looking for family portraits or newborn photos, Kelsey is definitely your gal!! She is super responsive, very helpful, and more importantly, Kelsey is so great with newborns! She was so patient as I nursed my baby boy to calm him down before the shoot and she knew exactly what to do to get the perfect shots! She didn t rush the session and definitely took her time working with us! Kelsey also got the photo gallery up within 48 hours after the shoot and returned the edited photos to us 4 days after we chose our final photos. My husband and I cannot wait for milestone sessions! We will definitely work with Kelsey again!

Kelsey was a dream to work with! She was responsive, quick, communicative, and absolutely great with our kiddo. Her pricing is surprisingly affordable, and worth every penny! The finished product is outstanding, and we have gotten a ton of compliments on these very unique and creative photos!

We had a fantastic experience with Kelsey Brett Photography. We had newborn photos done. She is very experienced. She knew how to keep our baby calm, she had an impressive array of props and wraps. She is very responsible and gave us tips on what to expect and what to bring. We loved the whole experience.

Kelsey Brett Photography has been photographing my little family since 2013. We travel to see her because she is the best! We ll follow her to the end of the earth for a session for sure! She hasn t always been in McKinney, Tx. We ve traveled to Colorado Springs for her to shoot our family, as we reside in Louisiana. She was originally located here in Louisiana, where we started being photographed by her. So we are excited she s closer now! Like I said we will travel wherever to be photographed by Kelsey Brett Photography! And she is the best Santa photographer, makes the precious memories even more special and magical!
