I wanted to like the restaurant, but overall, it was a disappointing experience. My family and I visited late in the evening, so we assumed the Horchata Agua Fresca tasted watered down because of that. However, other customers were also complaining about the flavorless, diluted drinks. It took over an hour to get our food despite there being very few customers, and when it arrived, it was bland and unappetizing. Although I ve read other positive reviews of the restaurant, my personal experience did not reflect those. I won t be coming back.

I just had to come back and update my review. Just when I thought this place couldnt get any better...it did just that. I dont get to come sit there as much now, but I do come for Togo orders. Maria Jose knows what I want every time I call. She even addresses me by name, and thats impressive, knowing she sees so many people in a day. She even makes things personal by asking how was my day and hows the family. This is definitely my go to for Mexican food in the area. Im there about 3, 4 times per week. Doesnt matter if its breakfast, lunch, dinner, or happy hour... the food is always delicious and the service is always great. Very good price for what you get.

I have visited this location before. Today I did not have a good experience. I ordered an enchilada lunch special to go came to $8.65. The lady took my cash $20.65. Instead of being respectful, and handing me my change. She checked out 3 or 4 other customers. Still did not give me my change. I must say none of them were black. She then went to the kitchen area. She finally comes back with my change, and a very light in weight bag. I already knew there was going to be a problem. But I took the high road, and left. I knew I would be finding another Mexican restaurant that appreciates my black dollar. Yes. I said that; the Latinas looked at me sideways from the momentI I walked in.. I get home to find 2 cold, salty, and chewy beef enchiladas. There was literally about 2 teaspoons full of beans and rice. This is crazy. If I could give zero stars this experience deserves that. Please check your bag before you leave when ordering to go.

Maybe cause I came in kind of late but my food came out bad. I would have appreciated them telling me. no instead of the Fajita they gave me it basically came out chewy only good thing was the horchata. Hope others have better experience. Updated: Tried one more time even worst experience. I got complete ignored for five minutes. At least say you re busy or we aren t taking anymore order don t just stand there and look at me. I should post there names but I don t want be as petty as them.

Its okay if you are looking for a place with live music and its high volume, if you are looking for a quiet place where you want to eat and talk at the same time this is not the place, the food is so-so, the waiters attention is lacking a bit. bit. The fresh waters taste like nothing, I think they gave us the last thing that was left and they completed it with water, I told the person in charge to which he replied that we should add sugar from what was on the table, I dont recommend it.

I had breakfast with my son today, and the service was poor. The waitress appeared to be new or distracted and did not bring us the drinks we ordered. Approximately five minutes later, she returned to ask what we would like to drink. We reiterated our order for food and drinks. When the food arrived, it was incorrect; we received corn tortillas instead of the flour tortillas we had ordered. The waitress never returned to check on us or refill our drinks. Additionally, my breakfast taco never arrived. After we finished eating, we went to the pay counter and asked for a manager. The manager seemed busy and did not seem concerned about our experience. The restaurant only had about 20 tables, and there were plenty of employees. In my opinion, the poor service was not the waitresss fault but rather a management issue. The waitress may have been inadequately trained or given too many tables to handle. I requested to speak with the owner, but I was advised to write a review and place it in a designated box. Nope nope ... just left this place..food was not good . 1. The food was old and reheated you can see it. 2. The man with the microphone was super loud the waitress asked me to wait until he stopped talking so she can take my order. 3. The music was way too loud we couldnt even talk to each other. 4. The cheese was watered down. The waitress tried to give us something else but we declined and left. We were looking to order pick up and went on their site where they list their Jumbo Parrillada (for 4 people) for $38.99. Thinking it was a really good deal, we placed the order. When we picked it up, they told us it was going to be over $80. So we mention the online menu to the cashier, and she had the audacity to tell us that they list that price to get more people in the door. This is unacceptable and I m sure somehow not legal. We were put in a tough spot as people pleasers and being in a hurry, so we paid that price. But this is bad business.

We stopped in for chips and salsa and margaritas only as we already had eaten. Once we entered the restaurant there was a live performance on stage and let me tell you it was so so much fun. Everybody was so friendly the drinks were very strong and felt very safe knowing there was an armed police officer. I will definitely be back!

Meat in the quesadilla was way to Salty but over all, not a bad meal... rather generic tex-mex food. But 2.99 for a glass of tea is where I draw the line, its a insult to every person who walks thru the door. So, my standard of dealing with this gouging is to subtract $1.50 from the waiters tip, they can get that half from the owner. But.... I rarely return to any eatery that screws customers for a glass of tea, so nothing to worry about here.

Before I post a horrible review let me first started off my saying my waiter was awesome even though there was a language barrier. My food was sent out timely I ordered a margarita which was great but my beef fajitas were very unseasoned and rubbery. I only ate maybe 3 after applying salt too enhance the taste. Nothing enhance that trash. I then asked my waiter to box it up all take it home too see if my kids liked it or dog would eat it, she advised she could change to chicken, I agreed. She came back with the same plate and advised them cook told her this was good and wouldnt change the order. I then went to the register furious asking for the manager who never came out apparently she didnt speak english Smdh (sorry). Another staff member name addy came out and asked me the issue and had my food replaced. This place is horrible only thing good there is the staff. Thanks to Rachel and Addy but I will never be back to this trash. I will just got to my spot las ramadas in spring to get great mexican food and customer service (authentic) with love and even though they hardly speak english the food is good and they try I travel almost 25 minutes from my home where we used to live but this place is 5 minutes away. A waste of my hour lunch and money. I LOVE MEXICAN FOOD. I think I was born black but mexican on the inside my favorite ppl and food. You all failed tremendously. On a loyal mexican eating customer. And didnt even care. I Never asked for a refund or discount even paid my waiter a 5 dollar tip wasnt her fault. She kept apologizing. Never again though.

I visit frequently. The waiters and waitresses are ok. The owner, however, does not acknowledge or even speak to black people!!! This has happened on several occasions. I even had someone to translate. A simple thumbs up or a smile would be ok. He only talks to the people that look like him!! So unfortunate!! I pass by this place daily and have never stopped in. Today I did! I ordered lunch special 3L, crispy beef tacos. There s ample food on the plate, the tacos were good (ground beef) and the red salsa for the chips delicious, not too hot. Chips and tortillas are made in house. A bit thick, if you like that, but still so nice and crunchy. I was surprised there was no music or ambiance. Maybe that comes later in the day? Above all, the service was outstanding! My server was highly attentive and accommodating! I ordered a meal for carry-out as well.

After my sons graduation ceremony from Universal Technical Institute, we were searching for a place to eat. We sure hit the right spot. The food is fine. I only use the drive thru. It used to be better but they lost their drive through lady. Now they get my order wrong regularly and make SO painful to order. I only want a potato and egg taco on a flour tortilla with pico. It used to be my go to with the other drive through lady. Monday 8/21/23: My 1st visit here although I live in the subdivision right behind it lol. Our server was Louis absolutely amazing . From the moment my sister & I enter. Last night I visited this restaurant and everything was good except the attitude of who I believe is the manager. She is not the friendliest and I noticed that she treats her employees badly. Only the manayer was a little rude, not all people are delicate for certain services. If I went to order a dish where the manayer pays, she wanted me to sit down and I answered that I was waiting there and she insisted that I bother with her a little and I answered a little rudely saying that I didnt want the waitress to come to my table that I didnt care if she gave it to me there, nothing happens, I also noticed something with the employees who I ordered to do certain things. Corn and flour tortillas are made in house. Always has music playing at an enjoyable level. Food is good and reasonably priced. Full bar. Half the restaurant is dark and bar mode, w tables. You do get food service to the bar. Theres a performer stage and projector for videos in the bar area. Theres a night where you can text the dj your song request. I did thiisand my songs played! Its really roomy. The dark side can easily be used for a large entertainig gathering. Also has a nice patio area not facing traffic. Try it! And beware the strong ritas!

Spacious bar with outside seating. Separate bar area. Had deluxe nachos, which were very good. It had cheese, fajita meat (you can choose) jalapeños, etc. Finished the meal with a Cuba Libre. They also have burgers with thick patties. Relaxing atomsphere.

We went to breakfast and they charged us the tip, we were 4 people for a simple breakfast, 20 dollars tip and they didnt even bring coffee, terrible service for such a high tip included

The food is good but if you pay in cash they charge you the mandatory 18% tip and the tip is what you want to give, not what they say... not even in better restaurants do they do that...

We love this place. My family and I have been several times. They have live music on the weekends but I haven t been. We love the nachos and mini tacos! Service is fast and the menu is full of great options that won t break the bank!

I love Jalisco, every time I come here I order the same enchiladas verdes and they are so good. The chips and salsa always come in time and we enjoy them till the food arrives. There s always music playing and the staff is friendly all the time.
