I went to purchase 2 panels of curtains a week ago, after hanging my curtains up I noticed they were to short. I bought a 84 & figured I could return the curtains and purchase a 96 panel. Upon trying to return my curtains I was told they could not be returned since the (original package) was not salable. They were able to verify my receipt but once again since I did not have a salable package I was denied my return. Now I m out $40 for curtains that are to short for my home when all I wanted to do was trade out for a longer size. This is unacceptable, I ve never heard of this before. Your able to return at Walmart, target, home goods and just about any other store in society as long as you have your receipt. I guess with at home they don t care about there customers and there needs, I need 96 curtains.

I loved their trees and their ornaments (: I would give them a 5star if it wasn t because of the manager Lisa she talks to you like she hates her job . There was another customer who didn t speak English and she didn t even try to get anybody else to help her she just said I don t know what your saying I had to get in and help the lady and then when I asked to speak to the manager she said that she was the manager and there was nobody else above her ! She needs to be replaced

Very disappointing. I saw Christmas trees on their website which said I could order online and pick up same day. I go to the store and the trees were not on display. I was also looking at wind chimes and summer yard decor which was supposed to be on clearance. Very few items were on clearance. I took 4 items to the register and all were full price. They dont have low prices like garden ridge did. Items didnt look worth thee price. I would skip this store.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. I came here looking for an xmas tree that was on sale with limited quantity. When I arrived, I asked if they had the item, and they said no. I continued shopping around when the same employee found me and told me that one of the online orders was cancelled, so the item I was looking for now had 1 in stock. I followed the employee and was able to get my tree.

So I went to buy a matching set of outdoor patio cushions and I found the perfect pair. The problem is on had 29$ on it and the second one had $39. The manager says oh Im sorry they went up in price and we forgot to change the old sticker price. I asked for a discount for the one that went up in price and she says I cant honor that. What good one patio cushion when you have two chairs? Needless to say she lost $70 and I will never visit this particular @Home store.
