I work right inside of the GROW DESOTO MARKETPLACE . But I have never ordered from here. I heard they had a $10 snack pack on Tuesdays and I wanted to test it out. It was awesome!!! A lot of food for a tiny price. I will probably visit every Tuesday for sure.

Everything is seasoned liberally and plenty of butter for you! Legs were crunchy not flimsy! Shrimp was not shrimpy and not over cooked! Sausage has a good bite to it with some great corn! Prices match the value recieved jam packed in the container!

The BEST Crab and Shrimp in DFW. If you like flavorless crab legs and shrimp tossed in sauce and thrown in a bag then THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR You! But if you want real deal fresh flavor packed seafood made the right way then YES. This is the spot! They are in DeSoto and the lines can be long BUT it s worth the wait for the quality and the amount of food you get.

The food was really good. Well seasoned! We appreciated the potatoes being cut up and having butter on them. I tried it twice. Crawfish was not edible. Crab, potato etc lacked seasoning and overcooked. Gumbo in the winter is what gave it an extra star. If you re from Houston you will be disappointed.

I ordered pick up with doordash last time I ordered. I had ordered 2 of the Cajun Crab Platter. The seasoning was on point then. This time the seasoning was a tad bit much but was still good and edible. I had doordash delivery and ordered the Swamp Platter which is seasonal and the Cajun Crab Platter. Both meals comes with a sausage (delish), potatoes and a corn on the cob. Neither meals comes with eggs so I ordered some along with extra butter garlic sauce which I love . I will go bk to try other items on the menu!!!

We were checking out the Grow Desoto Market. This trailer caught my childrens eye before we got in the parking lot good. Despite being under a flash flood warning and it was currently raining, There was a line. My children said, they food bussin because the rain not stopping their customers. After placing our order, we waited in the car ( there are parking spots in front of the trailer). Also, there are tables to enjoy your meal if the weather is nice. After about 10 minutes, the window opened and my name was called. Mind you, during our waiting the influx of people picking up and ordering food was constant. As soon as I was done recording and taking pictures of our food, all I could hear coming from my back seat was cracking, smacking, and finger licking . I decided to taste it before driving off...We murked those plates right there in the parking lot. Im not big on seafood but this was really good and flavorful.

I heard about this place on IG and the food looked good. It did not disappoint! Its relatively easy to find in the Desoto Market parking lot, cant miss it. They have picnic tables out if you want to eat there. It was a bit chilly when I went so we took the food home. The service was great, they were polite and attentive and, their orders come out in the order received. Meaning that you dont have smaller orders getting done first while you wait on a bigger one. The food...if you like Cajun style seafood this is the place! Very tasty, lots of spice and butter, with sides of butter as well! Portions are a good size. We got the shrimp and crab combo meal that comes with 1/2 pound of shrimp, a crab cluster, several potatoes and 2 corn on the cobs for around 31 bucks a plate. Well worth it! Id go again and probably will throughout the summer! I was full and had enough to share some with the kids.

Did a mobile pickup. Walked up stated my name and that I had a mobile order. Worker said, do you have a customer pickup? Yes, for states first and last name again. This boy repeat his question, so you have a customer pickup? I said yes, do you need something else from me? Obviously my first and last name weren t getting the job done. Location is a food truck. Waiting in the sun is a beast. I wanted the nachos but they were out. So I ended up getting the platter. The seafood was pretty seasoned and we enjoyed that. The corn was a tiny bit overcooked but the flavor made up for that The potatoes were great per my daughter The sausage is served whole as one big link and it was decent. This was my second visit. First time i was not impressed but decided to give them another try. Well i shouldn t have. Worst $30 i ve spent. I ve ordered 3 times this week and this was the only time I ve been disappointed. I normally order 1.25lbs with an extra 1/2lb added. This results in receiving three clusters of crab legs. Today I ordered two separate orders with 1.25lbs each, which should ve been a total of 2.5lbs or at least four clusters. I received three clusters in one box. One of my favorite places for seafood, primarily shrimp and snow crab. They also from time to time serve jambalaya and gumbo. Some of the best in all of DFW. Ive never had to wait more than 12 minutes for an order, pretty friendly employees taking orders. They really know what theyre doing. It s just a no. Tried the shrimp a few weeks ago and was not pleased with the taste. Just seasoning on lukewarm shrimp. Came back bc someone said to try the seafood nachos. GROSS. Concession stand nachos cheese with seafood. Threw the plate away . and again the shrimp were lukewarm.

I would suggest getting anything BUT the crawfish, I m from Louisiana and I know good crawfish and this was the worst I ve ever had! The Cajun sampler is to die for tho, seasoned all the way through! Customer service on point!

Just make sure you clean your hands before you devour... This pic does no justice. This is the spoooooooot. When we have our shrimp(me) n crab leg(daughter) craving and I dont want to cook it.this is where we come....We cant leAve the parking lot without me eating about 4 shrimps and a few potatoes. This is one meal when licking n sucking your fingers is ok.

Food is ok... but customer service is horrible Im normally not the one to complain but if you can meet your customer half thats a problem... what I strongly recommend is to invest in some tents for shade ... when i spend 40 for lunch I want to enjoy it in comfort

Tried this place for the first and my crab platter had multiple curly hairs in it. Being a supporter of black owned businesses, I reached out privately to give them a chance to redeem themselves. Was told they were going to make it up and was sorry but then stopped responding when it was time to replace the order. Will never go back to this place.

Ive been disappointed all four times I drove to this place. Im outside now during operating hours and its closed. Theyre either never open during their business hours, close the business when they feel like it, or never have all the foods listed on the menu when you call in. Cmon black business, Im trying to support yall but yall gotta be more professional and at least try not to waste your patrons time. Im sure the food is delicious, but I wouldnt know because when I pull up yall are closing prematurely or not open when you should be.

This is now become my favorite place to get crab legs and seafood in the Dallas area. For Mother s Day all my mother one it was some crab legs from Shells and tails to geaux and I was able to get my food in less than 20 minutes. This place is always talked about and now I see why. I love all the flavors and seasonings that they use. The potatoes are perfect, the crab legs are meaty, the corn is so good, and to top it off the lemon at the end makes it all great. The only thing I wish I could taste is the seafood nachos which I can tell may come and go as time changes and they are hard to catch. When they are available I will be willing to try them because I m sure they will be good. This place is a black owned business which is a plus for me.

This place is actually not bad, I have been here about 3 times. It would be my go to seafood spot but with that comes my only problem: the quality cheap crab legs of the crab legs is missing, this makes the crab lack the amount meat one would normally have at many other seafood places. When breaking open the crab legs majority of the legs have no meat in them or has very little. My main thing to eat is snow crabs, so something like this I notice right away. I came back 2 more times to allow them to redeem themselves, they failed. The crabs where exactly the same, low in quality. However, the other food they have here is great if you are not into crab legs.
