If I could give a 0, I would. I called to do a phone order and was put on hold and left there. I get there and was told it ll be 15 minutes for a salad. While placing the order, obviously she didn t listen to none of the order as I placed it. I had to repeat everything I said.

I always order the chicken Philly from the Seagoville location and it s excellent. I ordered from the Mesquite one and it was terrible. Meat wasn t chopped up, bread was hard and dry. Crazy part is I live 5 mins from this location but never will I place an order here again. Whoever did my sandwich was extra lazy that day. Maybe the sandwich person at Seagoville can come show them how it s done. Ruined my whole lunch break.

It s dark in the restaurant. Decided to try the place because I say a couple of patrons go in and wanted to get a real burger. I ordered a simple cheeseburger. My husband got the double cheeseburger. Would of had a picture but it s GONE. Although my burger looks weird, it s good. Tastes homemade. Next time no sautéed onions, because they re burnt.

Was there yesterday around 7pm. The place was dark they need to replace the bulbs. The cashier is really nice and I loved her smile she went above with costumer service the food was not great like I expected it to be, the wait went from 15min to almost 30 min the where overly seasoned and seem so nasty is like they made a big batch in the morning and served those soggy cold and some extra harden and burnt in the afternoon.... I got 3 burgers with everything and to our surprise no cheese was added I guess you have to name every ingredient you want on your burger. So much for an almost 50 dollar order. Its ok but they could be great just not there for me .

My Hawaiian burger was cooked to Death!!! I ordered my favorite and asked for three pineapple slices and white cheese and instead got 1 piece of pineapple and American cheese. My burger was so cooked that it was almost burnt. My Husband loves the blue cheese burger and his was sub par and he never complains about food. They got our drinks wrong and we had to wait forever for our order. The fries were AMAZING!!! I asked for ketchup on the phone and did not receive one ketchup packet. We did get two napkins that are super small but hey we didn t even ask for them!!! I did read that this place is on their third owner. The worst $40.00 I have ever spent! I ll be taking my hard earned money somewhere else!!!

Got the lunch special. Burger. Fries. Can of Soda. All for 9.75. Weekdays 11-4pm. Burger was good. Big patty. Generous size. Only thing better that would make it better is if it was cooked medium well. Now for the fries. Huge portion. They are so yummy. They are salty. But I like them that way. I used Grubhubb today to order my food. I sent my son to pick it up and they denied it to him stating they need a code for him to get it. Ok I go myself show them the order in my phone, they have my order but the foods cold now! I request that it be remade. The kid up front is being smart mouth and refuses they call the owner and I speak with him and he states I have to cancel my order through grubhub and reorder it if I want it remade. So for a $40 dollar order you know is mine you decide to call me and my son a scammer and cause more inconvenience to your customer who orders here all the time. I left with no food and I will not be spending my money here anymore. The poor customer service was unbelievable. Grubhub did call to verify with them and my money was refunded by them. Apparently this is the new age of what customer service is.

If you want an actual burger, then go here. For a fresh-cooked, decent sized burger and good helping of curly fries, the price was just a few more dollars than the average fast food meal. Worth it. Im not sad about the lack of fountain drinks (they have canned/bottled) as you dont have to worry about dirty drink lines.

If I could give thisnmesquite location zero stars I would. The manager Von is ridiculous. I placed an order through Uber and the delivery guy brought the food super late and it was cold. I drove it to the restaurant and asked if they could remake it and they had to call and get permission from this clown of a manager . I spoke with him on the phone and asked if there was a way they could remake it fresh since it was cold and he said no and I needed to take this up with Uber . Uber informed me that I could take it to the restaurant and have this remade since they issued a partial refund. This manager had the audacity to tell me What would you like me to do with the food you brought back , resell it? In a comical manner. This wasn t funny to me one bit. I told him I wanted them to remake it fresh if they could since I brought the food back , ALL OF IT. I m sure he or the owner that I am sure he is related to , if it s not him , will attempt to get under the post and clean up his ridiculous behavior and comments and try to make me look like a liar but I honestly could care less what he says, what s done is done and what he said can t be taken back. The very least he could have done was remake the food and take the cold food to save face . I will NEVER visit this store again nor recommend this place to anyone, customer service just isn t where it should be these days . After I purchased the food again, (because my family wanted burger pop) he had the nerve to call his staff members and tell them to tell me to take the old food back. It s fine if you didn t want to remake the food, but all the extra sarcastic comments were unnecessary and truly make you more upset than you were. He has to be one of the worse managers I ve come across, but what goes up must come down. I don t care for any response , because that clown will continue to be just as he is and nothing will be done.

GOOD QUALITY BURGER ITS BACK! Okay, I was here when they opened, and I was there with its second owner. Now I m back and this will be the third owner. I spoke to him while waiting my order and I got the Big Pop. There s an excellent quality food back to their kitchen. I m glad, because that means that I ll be back, good quality of meet, fresh bread, good fresh vegetables, and size! I order the big Fries and believe me they are enough for two people, and of course if you don t like to share like me I will order a second one! Food is not greasy anymore, so I hope the quality and consistency of product keeps the same or change for a better! I came to this place about 2 months ago and the burgers were amazing! This go around not too much. The burger seemed to has lo its pop. Still huge size burgers ,but they werent seasoned this time. The curly fries were soggy and unseasonably at all. Also order the nachos which was a total miss. Its almost impossible to have bad nachos, but they were bad. The service is okay not rude, but you rarely feel welcome, to me thats a sign that workers should be paid more. Well-paid and taken-care-of workers are often more enthusiastic and welcoming. That said, the food will knock your socks off. Cant come often, but the mega burger (or whatever its called) is a tasty, if slightly undersalted, 1lb. of really good beef, split into two ½lb. patties. I put ranch on everything, so make sure to order a few cups. Lets keep this place in business, its hard to find amazing local burgers sometimes. Would def recommend to foodies, hope they keep the prices reasonable! Vegetarian options: Fries and cheese really, you can get your slop on without meat.

I live in Forney, but have seen ads for a couple of weeks and visited the Mesquite restaurant. Talked with the employee and he told me about the menu and specials. Decided on the burger w/mushrooms and Swiss cheese combo meal. On bringing the meal I commented on the fullness of the platter and how good it looked. A very large burger with a genuinely large appetizing meat smothered with mushrooms. Very fresh, hot, and inviting. The fries were fresh cut, golden brown, and freshly cut...definitely not out of a frozen bag. Quality catsup, not old deluted like so many use. This was truly a gourmet style burger and very much worth the cost and experience. The taste of this meal surpassed any burger I have eaten. Definitely worth the drive from Forney. I will return in the future. My complements to the chef...he/she takes pride in their work.

This is the closest burger place to me. Today my wife and I really didnt want to cook and wanted a good burger. This place really delivered. The burgers are big and a great price. Updated review after 3 years: Went back to try out this place again. Ordered BONE IN lemon pepper wings. Get my order and go to my car and look in the box and low and behold they are boneless wings which are just chicken nuggets. 10$ for chicken nuggets. They are on the small side for chicken nuggets. Went back in and asked about order and they said they didnt have bone in wings any more. Why didnt the girl at the counter tell me when I ordered Bone in wings that they didnt have them. Last time in ever going back to this place. Food is good when they actually open. They are supposed to be open from 11am to 9pm. While I was waiting on them to open and here it is past 11, I saw about 10 people go up to the door and leave. Someone finally showed up at 11:10, went in and relocked the door. Guess this place doesnt like business. Will be buying my wings from somewhere else now.

I have been driving 2 cities over for burgers like these. The search is over! These burgers are tasty, filling and the fries are the perfect toasty consistency. The staff is also very nice :) Please try the burgers first though. The burgers are pretty darn good. Best burger place in Mesquite. The staff is friendly. The food is fresh and the fries are to die for. The right amount of crispy and well seasoned. On top of that they are reasonably priced !

Always eat here but recently I found a bug inside my food , they have horrible customer service . Fries was cold and nachos was burnt . The only thing they care about is getting customers money . I told the manger my fries was cold and he took my food to the back and re dipped the fries and wanted me to pay for it .. I asked would it just be better to re order

I think this place is one of the hidden gems in Mesquite and the best burger place in DFW. I got the mega burger combo, and it was just another level! The patty here is 1/2 pounds and along with varieties of sauces on the burger, it was very juicy and flavorful. Burger also comes with variety of vegetables like mushrooms, onions, jalapeño, etc. and you can decide what to include or not. The fries were also fresh, crispy, and well-seasoned. 5/5!
