Okay I have ordered a few things from him before through doordash. So I saw fried ribs and wanted to give them a try. I love me some good fried ribs, so I assumed these was going to be so bomb. Little did I know that they were not just the regular fried ribs, but smoked fried ribs. I was not a big fan of them and called the restaurant to inquire and the owner got on the phone and explained to me. He was very friendly and offered to replace it, which I was glad to hear. And told me to let him know! I still had the plate of ribs to send back just to show him that I barely ate any of them, but he wasnt worried about it. So today I called to get my plate and which he happily obliged and told me to give him some time, like 20 minutes since he was by himself. I said no problem and asked could I get the porkchops basket. He said sure and asked if I wanted it seasoned with the special season he uses on his food. I said sure and sent my caregiver to pick it up for me. Let me say this the customer service over the phone was superb. I appreciate him being hands on and not giving me a hard time upon me not liking the ribs. That shows great ownership and character. Now lets talk about this porkchop basket! I hate I didnt take a picture of them, but hands down the best porkchops I have ever had in my life. They are even better than my own and I can cook. I love giving props to where they are due. They were seasoned to perfection and cooked to perfection. No lie, I was darn near cleaning them bones! Now thats how you know something is good. I have had the chicken and burger, but those cant top the porkchops. So next time I want me some porkchops I will definitely be getting them from here. My wife googled this place one day because she wanted some fish. And I wanted anything good there. It s a small little convenience store, very nice and clean inside. The Mr Big Boi is very cool and down to earth. Food is seasoned greatly and made fresh in your face. Loaded baked potato you can eat on for 2 days. Fish is great too.

An establishment should be very clean and neat, workers should be clean and neat as well and not with their shoes half on and half off run down. Foods should never be over seasoned, as my Turkey leg stuffed with Mac and cheese, I ended up throwing it all away at a cost of 34.00. That Bois chicken and waffles needs to be cleaned up or moved to another location, not over season food and cook Turkey legs well done, it was not tender.

We orderd the fish basket 2 of them We waited for about 30 mins they were so busy .. Mrs mica come out to where we were sitting with one little bag and had to apologize because they ran out of fish we we could only get that one fish basket she gave that one to us for free and kept apologizing and said she would give us a free one next time we came back so my husband and I left and got in the car and my husband said Im bout to eat me some of this fish .... wellllllll it was so good he bit his thumb we love love this place and will definitely be back and we will tell everyone we know about them

Great little spot, and great owners. We had a Turkey leg with Cajun Mac&Cheese, fried pork chop plate, and kids had burgers, and owners brought us out a waffle that was fluffy, buttery, and delicious. Everything was on point. Seasoning is some of the best I have had. Huge portions and well worth every penny.

Great place with great food, the people here are really nice and the food is amazing. Make sure you don t order too much your first time because the portions are Texas sized! Dietary restrictions: If you re diabetic make sure you ask for no sweet seasoning on the fries. Most foods are fried so be mindful of fats/grease. Parking: The location is connected to a convenience store so there are 6 parking spots up front and some area in the back, it can fill up quick if there are lots of people during busy hours.

We Love You That was truly awesome. We tried the stuffed turkey legs one with shrimp and one with macaroni. Hey Now Say Now Wait Now, Lets talk about Big Bois Chicken -N-Waffles. This the spot to go when i say i ordered... * 3 orders of the 6 piece Lemon Pepper Chicken-N-Waffles. Which included fries and peppers + syrup. * 2 piece catfish plate. Which includes fries and peppers + bread. Everything was cooked to perfection we had zero complaints. * 2 large Koolaids (cherry) Lets start from the parking lot.... So we was confused at first because the restaurant is located inside of a convenience store so we kept over looking it and driving past it. IF YOU SEE THE CORNER STORE YOU AT THE RIGHT PLACE JUST GO IN. When we got in you could see the Big Bois... Sign, as well as the convenience store items around it. We got us the Koolaids and got the kids some small juices from the store. IYKYK. :) Our food didnt take long at all maybe 20 mins. It was hot it was fresh and it was seasoned to perfection. We werent big fans of the inside so we took the food to the car. We couldnt wait to dig in so we got a few fries but everything was so fresh that it was still hot so we waited to really did in once we got home. We will about 15 mins from the location and our food was still hot and fresh when we made it home. It was so lovely. We rushed in and tore that food up it was delicious. Customer service was amazing. We ve Been in Dallas 5 years, this is the first time we ve tasted real soul food. Prices were very reasonable. Portions are also great. The Mac and cheese is new to the menu, it s very creamy and flavorful. The greens were delicious a little on the sweet side. The pork chop and fish my gawwwwdd the best I ve had. We were missing an item but they quickly apologized and provided options to rectify the situation- we will be back very often now. My wife and I just moved to this area. I was told about this place by the cashier, and I was just running in to grab a soda pop. A few months pass and Im here. And wow, what an experience. Found this place by searching on Google. First time there, but definitely coming back. Chicken was great and waffle was like dessert at the end of the meal. Stopped in for lunch, and while its located in a convenience store. Didnt disappoint. Big Boi served up my 6 PC wingettes waffle and fries. Wingettes were still crispy, hot and juicy even after the car ride home. Batter had a nice simple honest flavor and great crunch when bitten into. Fries had a good salty/sweet seasoning. Waffle had a touch of cinnamon in batter. I will definitely come back for lunch again.

I wish I could give this place no stars . Got the triple d burger and it was absolutely horrible. It tasted funny and was just an overall disappointment. Warning do not eat here. Oh and the lady behind the register told my black child that her legs was so black. Mind you she was an older white lady. So yea they racist too.

Tried for the first time, Big Bois loaded potato and the 6 tender basket. They were both cooked fresh, and the portions were very generous! First time trying and will be returning!!We ordered two pork chop sandwiches and chicken wings that came with a big waffle and fries. Everything was cooked to perfection and was fresh down to the pepper and pickles! The chicken and pork chops were juicy and seasoned. The waffle was made just right and drenched in butter. Thirty bucks well spent!!!

Every last person in the store had a smile when they spoke to me, down to the cashier. The owner was extremely attentive and courteous. I didnt catch his name but he was wonderful, very wholesome guy. He gave us too much food, we couldnt finish it , but it was delicious. I genuinely had never had chicken made the way they make it. Little hole in the wall gem! Do not let fact this joint is in a convenience store deter you. It offers generous portions, freshly prepared, with a unique flavor. The food is wonderful. The Pork Chop Sandwich was perfect lly seasoned and juicy. The Philly Cheese was stuffed full of tender beef. Waffle on the chicken and waffle plate has a unique, absolutely delicious, cinnamon butter flavor. So good none us wanted to stop eating. The wingettes were crispy on the outside and bust with flavor with each bite . The peanut butter cake was moist and creamy....good Lord....Big Boi did it up right!! Update: Finally got the chance to try them, and Im so glad we did! Those waffles will have you drooling. The chicken was flavorful and had a nice crunch to it. The baked potato was packed with meat. My husband, who has a healthy appetite, couldnt even finish it. The fried fish was cooked to perfection. The great customer service was a plus! We will definitely return to try more food. Came by to try them out and was told they were on vacation. Not sure how long they will be closed.

He explained the menu to me in detail since it was my first time. I even tried to order everything and he said save something to come back and try. Visited this establishment yesterday. I passed it because there is not a big sign in front of the building from street view however there is a small sign on the window when you turn into the establishment. On the inside, the place sells beer, wine coolers and regular beverages along with having the restaraunt and seating for inside dining. There is a bell to ring on the counter for customer service to order food while a seperate attendant is available if you wish to purchase drinks. I ordered a 6 PC winget chicken and waffles basket along with a cheese burger basket. The food was delicious and served fresh and hot. I really enjoyed both meals with the waffle being my favorite. To me it tasted like a funnel cake waffle and the burger was moist and juicy. The people were also nice and friendly. Please give this establishment a try they are located between the Goodwill building and Pearl Chinese restaurant.

I can not be more impressed by the professionalism of the the staff. Had a minor issue with door dash and the owner/staff member assured me he would wait for my order to be picked up before closing up shop, that goes a long way to consumers and especially me. Someone even called me to confirm my order. The food is delicious, if I could give this place 10 stars I would, as a local Realtor, I highly suggest you give this place a shot, you will not be disappointed!
