18 months in. Still waiting for records (same excuse last 12 calls over last 2 to 3 months) cant tell my wife which records they dont have and have not talked to an attorney yet. Every time we call we get a new person who does not understand her case. We will update this as necessary. Update: within 30 minutes of this review they claimed they were having trouble getting record from the one provider who has given us records easily and without a fight. They did not contact us to see if we could help with this and as we had the records that seems like an oversight. They claim to have all the records and are reviewing them. This will be updated further as progress happens.

I had the pleasure of working with this law firm and they help me tremendously! I m so great full for them . I was able to get my case settled after an insurance company did not want to pay me for my injuries but Smith & Hassler came in and did everything for me . If your looking for someone who will take you and/or your family in and treat them like one of their own, Brian Stansell is definitely the man for the job. He helped my wife and I out when neither of us knew what needed to be done when we got into a car accident. No question was too large nor too small. He accepted them all and gave us the most simplistic response so we would understand each step. He held our hand and guided us through each phase of our case. I am very thankful that we were appointed someone who take family values and our best interest very seriously and allowed us to get through the process successfully, Happy, and most importantly, STRESS FREE!
