I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my daughters recent event at your venue. Despite the preparation that went into organizing this occasion, I encountered several issues that impacted our experience. I was assured that the venue would be beautifully decorated; however, upon arrival, I found that the decorations were not completed as promised. Additionally, the temperature in the dressing rooms and restrooms was LIKE HELL HOT, which further detracted from our experience. Unfortunately, it seemed that the owner did not prioritize ensuring that the event met our expectations. I believe this experience did not provide the value we anticipated, and I would be hesitant to recommend your event center to others. Furthermore, I noticed some maintenance issues, such as cobwebs. Also, I was closely monitored throughout the night by the individual responsible for managing the food, who had been attempting to dispose of the items since the beginning of the event. I also was being charged $5 for a tray to store leftover food, despite having already purchased the food as part of my package deal. I am disappointed that, after putting in significant effort to create a special evening with my daughter, I was unable to fully enjoy the experience. It is concerning that the establishment seems to overlook the hard work that families put in to support their business. I would prefer to leave a review with no stars if that were an option.

I m giving it two stars and I m being nice, my niece had her Sweet 16th there and not only is the building super outdated/dingy look, their A/C was out and in the hallways and the bathrooms was extremely hot and unbearable.. even the room they give you to store things was hot. We had to walk forever just to get to our venue it was located towards the back of the building, so imagine hot and far as hell with all that heat. I also learned that there was party hoppers coming into our event without invitation, I m sure they even ate, bcus food is stored outside your event in the hallways! the staff was paid to service the party but they were rude and complained they were tired . (Prob bcus of how hot it was! lol) The security they had was this old man at the entrance just staring at everyone that came in and out and anyone can come in. My family pretty much provided all the decorations with some of their offerings but nothing to compare! Our stuff was better quality and not outdated. Things I loved, the hard work my family put into making the venue look amazing, and the host/hypeman. I love that they had megatron dancing with us . I wouldn t book here again, they need to revamp the entire place and also fix that damn A/C!!

Do not rent in this place, the owner told us that he was going to vaccinate the dogs for the barbecue and on the day of the party the food was horrible and on top of that they sold our own beers to the guests and the owner still called us drunks and liars and that according to No one has ever complained about this place, please dont spend your money here, everything is expensive so you will have a bad time at your event. Do not rent this venue the owner mentioned to us before the event that he was going to vaccinate the dogs for the food of the event and on the day of the party the food was horrible and then the alcohol we purchased for our event the bartender was selling it to our guest and when brought to the owners attention he said it was a lie that he was not going to believe any drunk people and that no one has ever complained about them please do not spend your money here it cost a lot and all for your event to be ruined

My cousin hosted a 15 today and the bartender who was serving alcoholic drinks that were purchased by the host.. the Hosts of this party spoke too the owner and said he was checking on the different events in the building yet many witnesses spoke up about how they were being charged for the drinks. it is already an expensive place and above that they were charged unwilling the bartender even told those who didnt have enough money too Zelle him which is outrageous he was demanding large tips and frowned upon the 3 dollar tips given for simply handing ONE alcoholic drink!!! THE OWNER SAID IT WASNT HIS PROBLEM which is crazy since he is the owner/manager of this establishment there is no morals or ethic !! If i could give them a 0 i would .. Dont spend money here !!

We wanted to decorate the place that was rented we were given a very short time to decorate which was ridiculous . the rest of the crew were no help and the bar tender disappear at time finding him along with the party. Couple of foods trays were given to one of the crew to put in the fridge and they didn t. When we approach the crew no one knew nothing. I wouldn t recommend this place to family and friends.

This is an absolutely terrible location to hold events. I cannot stress enough to avoid this location for your own sanity. The owner is a huge nuisance and makes hosting any event here extremely stressful for all parties involved. If you want to deal with bad customer service and unpleasant, erratic behavior this is your spot.

Good event center to host parties and stuff. Packages include the ballroom alone or with a decoration and food package. Have seen actual cops during parties so its secure. Overall not a bad location and if you choose to do your own and just rent a spot there is an ice machine outside to get cheap ice.

There are like 6 salons in one place...it seems like a neighborhood...and there are lawsuits every day...people have already been murdered for some years in that place, why are they already taken...they start fighting with people from other salons. lunch, same bathrooms for everyone..

Paid for the luxury package (over 10k). Which was supposed to include all the tableware and none was put on. There was supposed to be a flower wall behind main table and only had about 4 strands of LEAVES. When we called the person in charged the following day they said that we should have told them the day of. Anyone that s had a party that big knows you don t notice those things because you ve already signed a contracted saying that those things will already be there. Not to mention, they have HUGE groups of under age kids going from ballroom to ballroom eating and drinking alcohol. I had to personally get on stage and kick them out.

The salons don t have their own restroom. They don t ask for invitations at the door so anybody just comes in even if they weren t invited and the place gets crowded and hot.

Was here for an event this past Saturday 3/19/22 to celebrate my nieces quinceañera. The staff was so rude specially security and the off duty police officer. I don t know the rules so I ask to talk to the manager and the manager was so rude couldn t look at me , every response his face was turn the other way. They don t have control of the guest, kids will go from one room to another to take pictures eat and take stuff. Adults will do the same but with beer. The restrooms are so disgusting they will not keep up with them through the events. And in the parking lot is so dark it doesn t feel safe walking out when leaving. I never been to an event hall with such a poor management and customer service really disappointed.

I had my wedding here on Oct. 24th, 2021. Let me first say that Monica is an absolute doll! She helped, adjusted and provided exceptional service. It was absolutely beautiful and food was great with so many options. Throughout the event the crew were so helpful and accommodating...I would most definitely recommend you giving this venue a consideration for your events. This was my familys second event and each were a great experience! Thank you all for making my day so memorable!!!

I would give them 5 because inside everything is very good but outside the camera system is too old-fashioned for a place like this. My truck was stolen on September 12 in front of the place and nothing can be seen on the cameras. They need to update the camera system.

The owner should have the employees Take care of the guests. People from other saloon were stilling beer. And the cleaning crew never cleaned. The saloon was full of dirty plates and trash. In the contract the owner gets paid for those services.

Do not RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR YOUR EVENT!! Paid soo much money to have one special night and they Ruined everything!!! They did not let family and friends in just because they didn t have a paper invitation. I had to have someone from the party in the door to be allowed in. Unbelievable, instead of enjoying the party I had to let the security know that they were with us. We are in 2021, we send everything electronically !! DID NOT ENJOY THE EVENT AT ALL !!
