Mesquite store. Quiet, not very crowded. Lunch specials were plentiful and comparatively inexpensive. Fried mushrooms and loaded cheese fries were really good. 1/2 order of the cheese fries is more than enough for 2 people.

OG Dallas hamburger place. Ive been eating at different locations since I was a kid, and it is still a great burger with quality toppings. Husband always gets the Dr Pepper burger. Wheelchair accessibility: Nice ramp and space to move between tables.

My husband and I go to Snuffer s Mesquite on a regular basis and highly recommend it! The atmosphere is relaxed and family friendly and the staff members are hard-working & very friendly! They will do anything to make your visit worthwhile! The food is very tasty and reasonably priced! Again, it s definitely worth a visit!

Like the food, cheese fries are a standard. Burgers are exceptional, meat and preparation is wonderful and tasty. Service in the very back of the restaurant is better than my experience near the bar area in my experience. The past experiences when seated near the entrance was so poor I wouldnt have recommended this place. The service in the very back , close to the highway has been exceptional. Not a superstition , a review based on several visits!

I placed an order for the 3 Mix & Match Sliders w/ Fries. My chosen sliders were mushroom swiss, bacon cheddar , classic w/ cheddar and Sharable Potato Fries . Danny my dasher dropped off my order the food was still a bit warm. This food should last a few days . Whenever a high % of rain is expected I order food a day in advance. I was surprised to see poppy seeded buns for the sliders. I would have preferred plain buns. If I dont care for the top bun I can eat sliders without.

Great service, I love the addisson location, but his one is a lot more spacious, and I dont have to worry about finding a parking spot. I usually like to eat my orange garnish or squeeze it into my drink, but I cant do that if the server touches it with her fingers. ( a little gross )

We eat at snuffers all over the metroplex. I have been a fan since you only had the orginal location on Greenville Ave. and will continue to be a fan but will NEVER come back to this location. Everything about this experience was subpar. The waitress was not overly friendly or helpful. Salad or cheese fries did not come out before our burger. When she brought food I had to eventually get up and find our waitress to ask about my salad. (Also forgot to bring my hubby onions for his burger.) The hamburger was extra well done! No pink at all! We like the medium rare/medium that snuffers usually Cooks their meat to. The waitress said they have always cooked them medium well. Ok, maybe that location does but theyre the only ones who do. Went to use ketchup on the table & it was empty. Something on our cheese fries looked like it was scraped off the grill. Overall horrible experience. There was 1 super friendly person. That was the lady bussing tables. Dont waste your time or money here. Drive up 30 a bit to Rockwall or Greenville.

Went right when they open at 11am took my mom for her bday lunch. Place was empty since it just opened . Waiter never came and checked on us we finished our drinks and sat there waiting. You could hear her talking in the back with someone else. As the place got more people in she went to their table but we had to keep flagging her down in order to even tend to us.

Love Snuffers! This location was good! Our server was super friendly and when we got there they were having a music bingo night which was fun. Was a little confused at first as to what was going on but it ur server explained it to us and we joined in. I had one of their specialty long islands and it was delicious! Not a fan of LI s but this one was very enjoyable. I had the patty melt and cheese fries and they were delicious. Patty melt patty was cooked like I asked and not over done. Great location, can t wait to come back

Went on Valentines Day and it wasnt crowded at all. Walked in and there was a sign that said seat yourself will be with you. There were only a few diners yet we waited outrageous amounts of time for anyone to come check on us, bring our food, and bring our ticket! Went for lunch on Saturday but it wasn t busy at all, less than 10 tables in use. Took about 10 minutes for our server to come get our drink order. We ordered our food at the same time. We ordered small chicken nachos with chicken and cheese only (no beans or condiments), and a Crispy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with chicken and cheese only (no veggies or dressing) and a side of fries. We received our order in about 20 minutes but both were wrong. Nachos had beans and the sandwich had veggies and the dressing and no fries. They remade our order but forgot the fries again. They brought out the fries but they were cold and had no seasoning. I had to go to 3 tables before I found a salt shaker that wasn t filled so much that I could use it. The sandwich and nachos were good but wish the overall experience was better.

I did not enjoy my experience here. To start, the table we sat at was incredibly sticky even though it was clean . When our appetizer was brought to us (fully loaded cheddar fries) we were brought spoons instead of forks. When our meals were brought out to us they didn t provide ANY silverware. We asked for forks and a spoon for the meals (chicken fried steak w/mashed potatoes and corn and frito chili pie). When dessert was ordered we were still not provided with utensils (spoon for ice cream and apple pie). Upon requesting the utensils for eating the main course meal we waited at least five minutes before being brought just ONE utensil for two meals. The Long Island iced tea that was brought to me was just awful and my husband reluctantly drank his too because it was $11.00 and he didn t want to cause any problems by returning it. We will never come here again solely based on the poor service and the cost of the check for what we feel was certainly not worth the price ($77 for two people).

Wednesday, June 21, 2023 4:00pm. We were a party of 6. One couple shared a chicken fried steak with French fries. The French fries were charred very dark and were inedible. One couple shared chicken fried chicken with potatoes and gravy. The chicken was very heavily breaded while the potatoes and gravy were cold. I also had chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables. The potatoes and gravy were cold. I requested additional gravy which was served in a stainless bowl which was cold to the point of frost on the side. Gravy was equally cold. The server was a very friendly young girl who tried very hard to make things correct. She even said she advised the manager of the situation(s). The manager, woman approximately 30-35 appeared toward the far side of the room looked at us and just stood there, perhaps 20 away. NO effort to contact us, no effort to verify anything. None of us will return!

A couple friends and I have been going to eat once or twice a week at different restaurants in our area, and we had originally planned to go to Razoo s, but my intolerance for Cajun food was enough to get them to agree with my suggestion of Snuffers tonight. Prior to this awesome dinner trip, I had only been to the Greenville Avenue restaurant and had a couple good experiences. Tonight convinced me to give this location my future visits! Aurelia, our server, was so nice and attentive to our every need. I personally will ask for her in my future visits! She is well deserving of special recognition, for her friendliness and taking great care of us. We continue to talk at our table after the meal, and not once did she ask us to carry on our conversation outside. She checked on us a few times even after we paid our tickets. It s service like hers that makes a difference when someone considers to return or not return.

I met with a group of friends to have lunch at Snuffers. Me and my friends live in different parts of Central and North Texas. We each arrived at staggered times for different reasons. Our waiter, Goldie, was absolutely fantastic! Five s for him as well. Goldie is charismatic, and spot on with service. Our food was delicious. We had fried mushrooms, cheese fries, and Texas nachos. We also enjoyed classic burgers with and wirhout bacon, a guacamole burger, and boneless wings. We did also partake in adult beverages, the Cherry Limade, and Ranch Water. Everything was delicious. We had a great time on the patio with perfect weather. I will definitely eat at Snuffers again when Im in the area. I will also be requesting Goldie as my waiter. Kid-friendliness: There was space on the patio for the kiddos to play.

Service was slow, the texas sized chili dog was big, but so salty it made it hard to eat it had cheese and mustard on it could not taste either due to the salt flavor they dont put chili on it they give you a very small dish of it not enough to cover the dog. Not recommended to eat

My server, Alice, was very attentive and on top of everything! She greeted us immediately after being seated, had our drink orders out in no time, had our food out in a very reasonable amount of time and kept our drinks refilled without us ever having to ask. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a very pleasurable experience & you can tell she works very hard and is a wonderful asset to Snuffers! She s absolutely incredible. Ask for Alice!!!

We visit Snuffers in Mesquite on a very regular basis and absolutely love it! River is an amazing bartender, and there are many great staff - Voun, Marquis, Izzy, Martin, John, (just to name a few!) They are friendly and attentive and always looking to take great care of you!! And the food is always very tasty! I would highly recommend it!

I had the worst experience today. I experienced the bartender calling a fellow black coworker of his a monkey. I have never felt so disrespected and humiliated by a team member. The bartender s name was T.G. I am so disappointed that he would even feel comfortable to say that in the work place, to his coworkers face and in front of customers. This should never be stated, but especially in a place of business.

Chedder fries.... You dont need any other reason. Update! We had the best time at dinner tonight! I took my cousins for their first Snuffers experience and Selena was the best! Food was excellent and we enjoyed every bite. Then Vun (sp) (Im sorry if I spelled your name wrong!!) and Marquis came over to check on us and we ended the night with a ton of laughs! Thank you all for a fantastic evening!! Update to correct Marquis name. He has become one of our favorite people there! Also, tried the Woodford Reserve Old Fashioned and it was perfect!
