So, Ill begin by saying that Im totally lost in reality. There was a time when customer service was at the top of the list when working at... Well ANYWHERE! Those times have clearly gone by the way side. Pulled up to the menu board, and a monotoned ungrateful voice says, can I help you? What happened to Welcome or Thank you for choosing.. its more like, hurry up and order and GTFO. There was a time when no one had to wait for their order when going thru Weenie world.. if youre local you know, thats what we called it. There were runners taking orders 10 cars deep and smiles on everyones faces, thankful to be there. This locations employees suck. They all look pissed to be there, unfriendly and nearly chucking the order out of the window. Heres a tip, hire people who want to be there and are grateful to be employed. And fix your drive through window, its broken. Really shows a lack of pride.

Chili-cheese dogs, best anywhere, service has taken a nose-dive since the Elftmanns gave it back to the Corporation in L.A., needs paint job on bldg. Parking: Park in the dirt lot from when the BBQ place used to be next door.

Owner is a coward who will hide from you behind poor employees and not refund you even if your food was stolen with proof. They do not care and use the employees as fodder for rightfully angry customers. Don t go unless you don t mind the risk of not receiving your food.

The service was horrible.Went to the one on Bryant about 10:30 an was very upset when left there.We ordered a number 5 an was sitting in drive threw over 30 min waiting.We were both like whats taking so long .We was like probably the corn dogs an thats was fine.Except the employees were all in the talking an playing around ,Finally came to window an the lady was like we are going to have to park you ,we burnt your corn dogs .So we after waited for while in first place was like cant u just give us Chili dogs instead so we can go.She was lime no i can to fund your corndog money.But you need to pull around an wait an we wasnt going to wait another 30 min so we just told her give us all our money back.She was very hateful an ehould have offered us something we else to replace it .a instead she said i guess you really want sone corndogs are you kidding.

Just had the worst food and service at you San Angelo location on S Bryand BLVD. Spk to Manager Jackie and wanted me to drive back 20 minutes across town to replace my fries they undercooked that were cold. Then offered to credit only my fries nothing else to make up for the fact I am missing half my meal today. She said she bought food on her break and hers were undercooked also. Very poor excuse of trying to fix the problem. Good thing Sonic and Texas Burger sales chili dogs because you all lost my business. This isnt the 1st time these locations have given horrible customer service and undercooked food. Its the last time I will waste my money. I will also write reviews on YELP, Google and anything else. Should have just made it right instead of insulting me with replacing the fries only. By the time I drive 20 minutes then wait 5 minutes then drive back home another 20 minutes what you want me to do microwave me other food? Ugh you guys have really gone in the toilet!

Since its a drive thru thiers really no atmosphere to speak of, so thats why I have it a 3 star for that. Otherwise I like to visit them when Im needing something thats not really heavy for lunch or dinner. It remains a place where I can eat at fairly decent prices. good fast food served hot and fresh. the staff is friendly enough and are good at what they do. BUT its also a very popular place ( obviously) at around the usual lunch dinner hours so its always really crowded and often long lines to wait in. So I try to go in between those times.

Havent been since college more than 30 years ago. My chili cheese dog had a spoonful of chili on one side. Couldnt find the cheese. Fries were both overcooked and undercooked in the same batch. Soda was just carbonated water. Overpriced. Experience ruined my childhood, never going back.

New review. Love this place but I absolutely abhor when they go out of their way to add onions, raw nasty onions, when I didnt ask for them. Just called, twice. Let it ring over 10 times both times and no answer. Looks like McDs across the street will be getting my business. Love yall but between the onions and not answering the phone Im out. Update: went back tonight, after I had a day to cool down. Asked the staff if the #1 comes with onions. Said no. I said last night and again a few weeks ago that mine was covered in onions. In fact it had so many I threw it in the trash and went to McDs across the street. She asked what I would like. I said a replacement meal seems warranted. Was told not without the food from last night. I simply said OK and walked off. I eat at this store 2-4 times a week. Been coming here since I was a little kid and loving it always. Now I will Not be going back. Sad day for me honestly. My marketing teacher told me in high school that not only is the customer always right (with some restrictions) but when a good customer wants something you give it to em. A free meal for a customer who spends nearly $50 a week there aint asking for too much IMO.

Lots of fun interesting options, menu changes often. Drinks and food are good. They may get your order wrong, so make sure you check, but theyre good at fixing it quickly. Vegetarian options: They have veggie dogs now, theyre not bad. No indigestion, which was nice. I got vegan deli meats at a sun shop once, terrible indigestion, watch out for those.

The food is good and the staff are polite. The only thing that really bothers me is getting stuck in the drive-thru because someone 2-3 cars ahead is still at the window waiting for their food. Its nice that they will let people pay and receive their food if they are a few cars back, but PLEASE change your drive-thru routine. Ive been stuck in the drive-thru for 10 minutes many times because a single vehicle at the window is waiting for their food. Please ask people to pull forward or pull around so that customers that already have their food can get home before their food gets cold.

Good not great. Junkyard dog was pretty good and people there were pretty nice. Fairly expensive for the quality of food. They charged me 50 cents for each side of ranch which I thought was a bit bizarre given it wasnt anything special. They also charge for ice water when the water doesnt even taste good. I may go back again, but it wont be a top option when I consider other fast food options in the area.
