If youre looking for a very Latin feel, then this would be your place! If you love shooting pool, then yes, this could be your place. It was a very chill vibe and for me personally, it was the music that was playing. I didnt taste the food, i only stuck to margaritas and they were pretty good! I might have to go back to try the food just to soak in some good Latin music. .

Great place to shoot pool I am in a wheel chair worker ask if group at the with the area around if minded moving So I could the table. Attentive but not bothering you every few minute about a drink. Has become my place to shoot pool.

They add gratuity to every check. Even if you are solo. They don t show it so they can get a tip in addition to the gratuity. Servers are horribly slow. They spend most of the time chatting at a table by the bar. I waited over an hour for them to come by, and in the end I still had to track them down to get my check.

Karaoke was fun, felt like a great spot in Mckinney. Mixed crowds everyone was welcomed to sing. Mostly Latin singers,but there was enough of a mix that no one was excluded. It was a good Friday night!

Always ask for an itemized bill. They will overcharge you, especially if youre new. I played in league here and never had a good experience. Im convinced the owner and some staff are engaging in illicit extra-curricular activities, the service is terrible, and the owner is rude. He called me a derogatory word in Spanish behind my back. If youre not part of his little clique, youre not going to be treated well.

They tried to get the tip twice. They do t give detailed bill. When I got the check, I have asked if they included gratuity or not and they said they did not include it and we can add tip to the amount. I asked to get the detailed bill for each item, they got it and it has 18% gratuity already included in it. They basically lied I didn t like it.

2 crazy guys try to double dip on the gratuity. It happened 3 out of 3 times to us. First of all no prices on the menu. That s a huge red flag. They won t give the detailed bill until we ask. They add gratuity to the bill they just give the final number to pay and we asked the waitress she said no gratuity added and expected to add tip. When we asked the detailed bill, being the high bill(50$ per person for just beer and wings) , we found she added 18% gratuity even for 2 people. I am not sure if owner is taking gratuity or waitress. But I did not like the way they try to rip customers on the pricing and try to get 18% gratuity and again tip. I hope owners sees this and take corrective action.

Excellent pool hall, pay by the hour. Our group ordered several things off of the menu, and were great, but the chicken in the taquitos was stringy, and pulled out upon biting. The drinks were perfect, and the service was excellent. Kid-friendliness: There is a family atmosphere here. Families have their children, and it was great seeing the young ones learning to master pool.

Miguel the bartender was really nice. Drinks were great. Came in for my first time on a Sunday afternoon. There was some kinda pool tournament going on, but it was surprisingly quiet lol. The jukebox was turned low and nobody was talking but still a nice vibe I guess for a Sunday crowd. Large selection at the bar. Didnt try any food but the menu looked good. Just moved in down the street and looking for my new favorite dive. This one could be a contender.

Its a great place! Great staff and waiters... but they are NOT taking care of the pool tables at all! They dont clean them, or have dehumidifiers to control humidity. Those tables are going to be destroyed real quickly if they dont start taking care of them. Very very sad to see

Ok this place I truly love. Why? well it is what it is. A BILLARDS HALL. Yes, it serves mean drinks and huge mugs of frosty beer, and the food is a decent mix of standard but way above average bar food. The guys behind the bar are friendly the women, well they are young and must be dreaming of getting a different job. They bring the stuff to you but no smile no light conversation nothing to make you want to really tip them well. Sad but maybe they are someones kids. Albeit the rest is an amazing pool hall and great drinks digital jukebox is great. So, if you shoot pool have a pair this is a great place and to be near snooty McKinney all the better.

I have friends that enjoy coming to this place over the last two years. Personally a few weeks ago those same friends had a horrible waitress while she used vulgar language to speak to them and demeanor them because they are drunk ! Refused to sale beer or a bucket of beer but would sale shots . First of I was sober and refusing to sale to me as a walking customer at 10pm then offer straight liquor? Also last call for alcohol not made and she came a dumped all beers while playing pool with a $600 tab. It s the last place I would ever see myself again. Rather go to Plano or Dallas until they can get their staff to learn county regulations but also customer service. Waitress should also learn how to professionally speak to customers a deescalate situations rather than make them worse.

I was 21 and the dirty blonde girl wearing the pink shirt denied me entry claiming I wasn t 21 when I showed her my ID she still denied me entry. Terrible service and I was only inside for maybe 1 minute before she kicked me out. If I could leave no stars I would definitely not worth it. My brother and sister were here playing pool and invited me so I came and we all left when this employee was blatantly disrespectful to me. Will not be returning here. Y all need to get better employees

Excellent Service, Staff and Food. Had my husbands 32nd birthday there with a bunch of his friends and it was a hit!! While the kiddos were able to play a game of pool as well. We are in a pool league that plays here once a week. Heres the ways that they could improve for not just the league, but also other patrons. I hope they will read this and make changes. Otherwise, I suspect they will lose the league business at some point. - They have no respect for the league (who pays to play there and gives them LOTS of business). They will have loud parties (even karaoke!) during our pre-scheduled end of season playoff matches. This is like yelling during a golf shot...you just dont do it. No respect. And on league nights, they tend to have 1-2 tables (friends of the owners) taking service away from us and they are always loud and distracting. They also let some young kids (5-6 y.o.) play on tables right next to league play and the kids scream and accidentally hit us when we are shooting. - You basically bus your own dishes, glasses, etc. And every surface is always sticky. Its gross. - There are hot areas in the place where you are miserable. And other areas where you better have a jacket in your car or you will freeze. Their A/C needs serious re-balancing. Its sad when you dont know what to wear each week because you dont know which section you will be playing in. - Some of the rudest players are friends of the owner. Actually, every group that is bothersome is friends of the owners. He should care about the experience of his patrons and expect his friends to act civilly. - They run FoxNews all day/night. A business should put more neutral stations on or, like other bars, just play sports channels and not news channels!

Good place. Fairly priced alcohol in comparison to competition (End Zone). The reason I am giving this 3 star is because we had to clear our own table because our empty glasses are starting to pile up and the bartenders were just busy socializing with other customers (not busy). And when we brought our empty glasses to the front counter the lady server was like you didnt have to do that--- uhhh yes we had to because no one else was clearing it for us. I also asked if the kitchen is still open, the guy bartender told us he will check for us, but he never came back. They also do not know how to mix drinks, next time we will stick to the drafts or bottled. We visited 4/8/2022 so the servers assigned the closing shift were underperforming. We will definitely come back again, but with lesser expectation.

Was there for a few after a long drive. The bartender took our credit card, which happens, and kept it. We noticed he didnt keep anybody elses card. A few weeks later we had all kinds of strange charges from around the area. We had to find him to get our card back and it too him a few minutes to locate it. Probably shouldnt go there if you are from out of town. Maybe a coincidence. Maybe not. Drinks were over priced and the waitress didnt know what a Beam and coke was. Probably a great place for locals.

We took or our two teen sons after hockey tonight. The service was excellent! We never had to look for anybody, and they took good care of us the whole visit, with no issues! We got everything we ordered with no mistakes on our food or drinks! The burgers, chicken sandwiches and pizza were fantastic! The chips were fresh and hot when they arrived at the table! The atmosphere was relaxed and there were lots of people there, but still plenty of room. We will be visiting again soon!

Its hard to find a pool hall that doesnt reek of cigarettes, has tables in good working condition, and has friendly staff in DFW. If you enjoy all of the above look no further. This place has very friendly staff, the pool hall is new so all the tables and equipment are in perfect condition, its a super clean establishment and the food comes in generous portions.
