Im from NJ and this was my first and last Jersey Mikes experience! Cheap a skimp! Crap meat! OK, few hours later pains in my stomach started and was was tied to the crapper all night. As I said, Im from NJ, South Jersey. A bridge ride from Philly. In south Jersy, the sub is called a hogie! It is made well and packed! The food isnt out for display and exposed to make you sick

This is a good location to go eat. Easily seen and accessible from the road. Accessible friendly though the accessible parking is a little ways away from the store but thats the shopping center and not the stores fault. Parking is okay but leave something to be desired due to lack of parking spots around the shopping areas and lack of proper accessible parking lot. Store stays very clean and the staff are very attentive. Bathrooms stay clean and when theyre not busy so does the dining area. It can get a little dirty when theyre busy but were talking lying almost to the outside of the door kind of busy.

The food is great and the service wasnt this time - its my 2nd time at this location the sandwich ordered wasnt made correctly, and when I mentioned it, I got the look like I was in the wrong. Placed an online order for pick up the next day for 6 sandwiches, when I went to pick up the order the manager told me they didn t have my order at all let alone have it ready. When I showed him the email receipt he said the ticket showed the order was needed the previous day which sounded like a made up excuse to me. Now I am late to a work event because Jersey Mikes ordering system apparently doesn t work anymore. I will say that the staff made the order quickly to recover during busy lunch rush which was really appreciated.

Possibly came on a bad evening. This is the location nearest my home and this time the service wasnt as good as its been in the past. There was a long line and the folks moved without energy or purpose. Was disappointed but our sandwiches were completed accurately albeit very slow service. Glad we didnt get a hot sandwich. It would have cooled off this night.

Last minute decision for Jersey Mikes for lunch. We both had the #13 Mikes way and then some. All three counter personnel were friendly and delivered service with a smile. A clean dining room and we enjoyed our meals. Next time Im in the area, I will visit this Jersey Mikes again. I highly recommend it!

Just tried the Salad for the first time here at Jersey Mikes! It rocks! I got the wedge salad. I recommend chipotle mayo sauce instead of Blue Cheese. Thanks everyone! Yall are awesome! I hope they keep the salads on the menu, Ill definitely be coming back for more!

Went here last night at 8:30pm. Walked in and was immediately greeted by tall teenage boy. (Friendly) He was cleaning the flat top. (Zero complaints about him) He said someone would be right with me. Within view are two other teens, one with long brown hair. She was in the doorway of the kitchen with a short haired blonde. Brunette was eating with her hands and repeatedly rubbing her face. Nose and eyes. Looking at me and continuing to touch her face and eat. Blonde is not looking in my direction but just standing there ripping a vape pen. They both come out to make my food. Blonde puts gloves on and was very friendly and began making my sandwich. Brunette is cashier/person who dresses the sandwich. She grabbed my sandwich with her bare hands and then seeing my look of disgust put on some gloves to dress my sandwich. I was kinda floored and there was nobody else there. While paying for my food the blonde went back to the doorway and started ripping the vape pen again in hindsight I should ve just left without food. But I paid and then threw my food away.

WAY above and beyond! Received my order at home without requested modifications. Spoke to shift manager and explained I was unable to drive and pick up a replacement due to a medication I had taken. Shift manager prepared a new sub and had his employee personally deliver to my home. I expected an I m sorry, we ll give you a refund, which would have been totally acceptable. Never expected him to take an employee off the floor and hand deliver a replacement. Much appreciated!!!

My wife got a regular type sub. It wasn t bad. But they don t have any toppings like cucumber, olives. For toasted it wasn t really toasted more like warmed up. My cheesesteak sandwich was awful and no doubt the worst cheesesteak sandwich I ve ever had. The meat wasn t bad it was the overly thick flavorless melted creamy cheese that just over powered everything.

We really appreciate the customer service and courtesy this evening. The evening crew was getting ready to wind down their evening and we walked in with ten minutes to closing. They greeted us kindly and took our order. Most places are rude, we really appreciate it as we had just made a four hour drive and we re wanting to grab something to eat before heading home. The curbside pick-up that they advertise on their website is a lie. If you place an order for curbside pickup, there s no place to park for it, there s no way to tell them you re there, and if you go in you ll just have to wait in line until they can even help you, which is exactly the same as going inside to wait in line to order. If that s the only option you have, fine, but don t advertise something different.

I sure miss my Philadelphia and New Jersey Hoagies. Jersey Mikes usually satisfies, but recently most orders we pick up or have delivered are way to Mikes Way even when we can request it not be. I would suggest as well to enable comments for orders on Uber Eats as well as you cannot say easy on the Mikes Way!. Our las two orders the bread was literally falling apart due to the oils.

The older lady with the pony tail out the back of her hat is so rude and has no care for her customers she rushes to make the Sadie h it s always sloppy and he has no concern for cleanliness constantly making sandwiches on top of the mess she made from the sandwich before she needs to learn to slow down and correctly make the sandwich only JM I ve ever been to with and employee like that. My son had walked to get lunch earlier today and needed a little help with something. The cashier, Sequan, was so incredibly kind and helped him without even thinking twice. My son got home and didnt tell us until dinner time. We drove to thank him in person, but he had already gone home for the day. Great experience! Every employee I encountered during the process of ordering, and picking up my order, had a great attitude and an even bigger smile. I feel as if their employees truly love their job. The store is always well kept and very clean. I had a rather large catering order. Each sandwich was made correctly and the employees even took the time to write the individuals name on each of the sacks. The personalized attention I was given was amazing, as well as the food. I highly recommend this location when it comes to feeding yourself, your family, or even a large group.

Went to Jersey mikes last week and they informed that they were out of bread and gave me a card for a free sub. Then I went in to use the card the next day and they told me the card had been used and I was given attitude by the staff member as she informed me the card had already been redeemed. So I was given a redeemed card to use and I went up there using my gas and everything to get a sub and twice in one week I was unable to receive good service. I went a head and purchased my sub but it left me with a very bad taste in my mouth. You gave me a redeemed card and then speak to me as if I was trying to scam you all.

3 things: 1. Over charged me for the sandwitch that I did catch and received refund of over charge. 2. They put the wrong sandwich in my bag found that out after I got home. 3. Sandwiches are great, but not being able to do To Go orders over the phone is ridiculous and takes them off our list of places to eat. We are often out and would like to order ahead so we dont have to wait. We also take our dogs on walks or to the dog park and would like to order ahead so we dont have to leave the dogs in the car. Not possible with the way they have it set up. Dont trust Google pay if you are educated about it so that is not an option. This is unfortunate and annoying but life is too short.

Having grown up in St. Louis where there are many authentic Italian delis moving to north Texas 20 years ago was really a bust when it comes to deli sandwiches. Jersey Mikes is the closest thing I can get to what I like about St. Louis sandwiches. Love the crunchy style bread. It really is a simple store with a handful of cold cuts and fresh toppings. I usually order the #9 Mikes way minus the tomato. I appreciate that they take care of McKinney teachers as well. Always great service at this location as well.

So I love Jersey Mikes but the people behind the counter should not be working there. The guy behind the counter looked at me like I had just ran over his dog. He was angry, no greeting or smile. When we used to live in Maryland we went to Jersey Mikes all the time. Used to be we had to go all the way to Plano to get our subs, but now theres 2 in McKinney and this on is less than a mile from the house! Its almost hard to rate the service, because its so fast. I got a sandwich, Italian number 13, and it was good. My only complaint is the staff wouldnt even drink the ice tea. The employee was getting some ice tea for himself and said lets see if they made good iced tea this morning at 730pm. He quickly dumped his tea after tasting it and got soda and went back to work. The iced tea indeed tasted very gross and old and for this reason and the fact your staff knew it tasted bad i give 3 stars. It leaves the consumer wondering what other corners are being cut.

There are great selections to choose from at Jerseys. I enjoy the Parmesan Bread, its soft and tasty. I wish the staff would ask if I wanted mayo on my sandwich since it doesnt come with it but thats just being picky I guess. The staff is ok. I didnt stay and eat so Im not sure how clean it is but it didnt look bad, as in dirty.

Grand opening and was very impressed with cleanliness of store. Had alot of help there and GM Alec was very engaging. Staff was friendly and quick in sandwich prep. Had the number 8 and was fantatstic. Highly reccommend to anyone who wants freshly made sandwich.
