First impression: very personable staff. Mr. Smith is an outstanding individual, down to Earth and focused. His courtroom demeanor and quick intellect are the qualities needed in litigation. I had faith in his representation for the beginning unto the ruling; and Donlee Smith did not disappoint!!!

Donlee s Law Firm was a great experience through a rough time in my life. I was in a position of innocence and he made sure the court knew it. Very friendly and accommodating receptionist as well as also always being reachable. Just as any lump some of money can be a gut check when it s something in this matter, it was well spent. His retainers are very fair and made it easy on me in the process. Thanks again for a job well done.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I have seen Donlee in action, personally, years ago and recently with a friend of the family. Dont expect any sugar-coating or your feelings might get hurt. He will tell you the absolute truth whether you want to hear it or not. So if you want a pushover Attorney, Id look elsewhere. Personally, Id rather have a common sense, no BS Attorney that understands the law and the system. Key factor for me.... When he steps into the courtroom, the clerks, the DAs, and the judge all seem to be affected by his presence. Their respect for him is crystal-clear. He is very confident but not in an arrogant way (for an attorney anyway). Jokes aside and equally important, they all know he means business but at the same time, they all seem to love him. Could not ask more from an attorney!

If you are in some serious trouble and need help, he is the one to call. I have used Donlee twice. I still cannot believe the results. Both my cases were long tough fights. He never stopped till he got the best results both times. The first time I thought it was luck, then he did it again. This man does what he says. Mrs. Terri his secretary was always super nice and patient with me even though I probably drove her crazy sometimes. I will always be thankful for these people.

Donlee is nothing but a professional. His ethics, morals, and judgments are sound. Please Please Please if the case takes longer than you expect, trust in him. If its taking a while its because he is doing his job. I had doubts about my case and was wanting to plea; however, Donlee shot it to me straight and said he didnt want to let it go. I placed my faith with him and I was fortunate enough to have listened. He got my case dismissed. He will represent you fairly, honestly and to the fullest extent of the law and his capabilities. Mr. Donlee Smith did an excellent job handling my case and got an outcome that other lawyers said wasn t possible. My case wasn t a small ordeal either and I was amazed when he told me what I d be walking away with. Top notch expertise with handling my case! His demeanor is also superb.. I have dealt with lawyers in the past and Donlee is by far the most caring/understanding of them all. Always returns calls as soon as he can too! Huge plus in my book to have someone that is actually reachable when needed.
