**Very Disappointing Experience** Our visit was a total letdown. The service was painfully slow from the start, and we had to ask for the basics water, straws, even salt! The drinks were weak and lacked any real flavor. After waiting too long and being so frustrated by the lack of attention, we were disappointed enough to leave before even ordering lunch. I can t rate the food since we did not eat a meal other than salsa and chips Definitely not a place I would recommend or return too

We had a fantastic dinner here on a Saturday night. Justin B was our server and he was fantastic! Friendly, kept everything refilled, and quick to help with any requests. We order fajitas, quesadillas, a fajita wrap, a burrito, and nachos. The guac had pickled onions, which was a big bit at our table. Definitely get the infused margarita flight- all flavors were delicious. The chips and also were great as well. Chips were warm and fresh, and always refilled. They could have used a bit more salt though. (Or put some salt on the table to use) The only negative about the food was that they just have changed the nacho recipe over the last few months. (Or maybe this location makes them differently) They used to be my sons favorite, but he wasnt a fan this time. The chips were soggy on the bottom. Really liked the vibe of the decor as well. Everything was nice and modern, and it wasnt too loud. We will be back for sure!

I love that El Rincon moved closer to us! We used to drive to the Addison location to get yummy Mexican food but now we dont have to drive that far. My fav appetizers are the chips & salsa, Queso Cargado & shrimp brochette. Our favorite main dishes are the birria, filet fajitas, and Mexi fried rice. We came in with a large group (18 people) and they were very accommodating and have a private back area that fit us all perfectly. Caesar was our waiter and very attentive and was always there on time to refill our drinks. This location even has a cute store to browse & the kids enjoyed selecting their own ice cream. Will definitely be coming back! Parking: Plenty of parking. I was able to easily fine one nearby on the street. Kid-friendliness: This restaurant is definitely kid friendly! Wide variety on the kid menu and has a cute little store with yummy ice cream.

I m so glad they have a private party room. Our group was big and loud. Good food, good service, and good atmosphere made our visit memorable. Kids loved the ice cream. Adults loved the services Parking: Was always lucky enough to find good parking in front. Kid-friendliness: Kids eat free on Saturday during lunch.

1230pm. Empty tables everywhere plus empty seats at the bar. Couldnt be seated or talked to even after someone came up to the host area. They just walked away and proceeded to look at the two tables with guests. Unbelievable.

Went for dinner early around 5 pm. Was not busy but we waited for 30 min to try to place an order. One waiter seemed to covering most of restaurant and patio. We had tickets to a movie. Could not catch the waiter who was really avoiding eye contact. My husband tried to flag the manager to see if we could place our order. She gave us a little wave and just kept walking. At that point we left. So I ve got nothing to say about the food.

We have been twice to this location after visiting their old location in Frisco. Both times visiting this location the service has been terrible. First visit we waited for 15-20 min to order/receive our drinks. And even longer for our food order to be taken. Second visit we came with a party of 3 and they made us wait in the lobby for 10-15 min while over half the restaurant was empty. Then still same thing with service although we did get first round of drinks faster. To get a second round we had to stop a different server. First visit food was good I had chimichanga and wife had tacos both were good as were the elote. Second visit wife and I shared combo fajitas and daughter had chicken fajitas both were terrible. Dry lack of flavor and just sad. We even added the $1 extra garlic butter. While some options are great I dont think we will be back any time soon as there are better options for us to spend our money. Such as Salsa!

My husband and I were thrilled about this new location since we live upstairs, making it incredibly convenient to just walk downstairs. We were disappointed when the Frisco location closed, as we frequented it regularly, and we also visited the Addison spot a few times. The food is consistently excellent here particularly the shrimp, which are the proper size for fajitas, unlike the tiny ones some other Mexican places use (eye roll). The drinks are always spot-on, too. I ve already been there three times since they opened!

The young lady at the front, Mariana, is very welcoming. We had such a fun experience with Chris as our server. She made excellent suggestions and asked quite a few dietary questions for us. The chef was such a good sport. Hands down the best Mole sauce! We will be back! Food

El Rincon in Addison is my favorite Mexican restaurant. Fortunately for me, they opened one in McKinney! Opening night we had some of our favorites including Beef Nachos, Birria tacos, and Dos Burritos De Carne. And of course it was Margarita Wednesday so we had a few margaritas! They have incredible daily specials + happy hour prices. I highly recommend this place.
